Here is really good place to leave. But sometimes some neighbor makes me scared and landscaping people makes too much noises. except that reasons, everything is perfect. good washer and dryer, big space, clean bathroom, large storage room. so good place.

Overall, my experience has been good. Majority of the staff is friendly and very professional. Robin is a little rude. Some of the maintenance staff like to take short cuts to avoid the extra work, we've had to call several times for the same issue but they are still pretty nice even on repeat visits.

Bittersweet is the best way to describe my stay. We encountered a mice infestation when we moved in. This was not rectified until I called Baltimore City code enforcement. Since then, we have only seen 2 mice, and our stay has been pleasant. The mice have left a bed impression on me and my family.

Overall I love the community and my apartment. The staff is great as well. I have lived here for a little over a year and I love the location. The neighborhood is quiet and they have great amenities. Parking is sometimes a hassle, but other than that I have no complaints.

A very professional staff and quiet community, with a great location with access to many different entertainment options. The staff works hard to be inclusive and try to foster a sense of community, and for the most part people are friendly. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a good place.

We have lived in two different apartment styles at the renissance; the town home and the two bedroom apartment. We enjoyed both except for a few biceps here and there with the air conditioning and the washer and dryer. Getting maintenance to come out is a wait sometimes but they get to you and fix it and everything is good eventually. Trash pick up is right out side the door in the morning which is awesome and the prices are moderate.

This community is perfect. A short distance to markets, schools and even colleges. Trash pick up a six days a week. They have a pool, fitness center, and even have patrol officers patrolling the area. plus a washer and dryer and every unit. But beware as your rent will increase every year.

I really like it here. The apartments are very nice and the staff are professional and courteous. The gym is nice, but some music would be nice. I would recommend this community to friends and family. The only issue I have is the increase of rent every year.

I love my apartment, and I believe I have a great deal. I've even recommended it a friend, who saw the apartments once and now lives here too. I never thought that for the price I pay for rent, I would have such a spacious apartment. Sometimes I don't even know what to do with it all, but at the end of the day it feels like home.

Overall, I really enjoy living here. My only complaint is noise. I work 12 hour shift, 50% day shifts and 50% night shifts, so being able to receive proper rest is important to me. I can hear my neighbors above me leaving out early in the morning, walking around and getting ready in the morning, returning home at night, loud talking, etc, which is very frustrating. Other than this, I have no other complaints. This complex and community is very clean and I feel safe.

I moved in this apt initially simply due to convenience to work, and I have been very satisfied. It's clean and recently renovated. Washer and dryer in unit with free parking, and the rent is very reasonable too. The only downside I can think of is the trash pickup which only runs 6-7am Mon-Sat. Since my work schedule doesn't agree with it, my trash sometimes has to wait a little while before they can go out. Overall I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends who are moving to this area.

The staff are amazing from Alicia to the gentlemen in the white. I wish they did 3-5 yr leases! I love everything from the activities to the facilities! Plus the repair turn time is extremely quick! They provide an environment for everyone from a college student to a someone starting a family. Thank you again to the whole staff! You rock!

For the past 2 years my leaving experience has been ok. I just feel as though the apartments are too small and the rent goes up every year. I feel as though these apartments aren't worth $1100 dollars a month. But it has been a quiet and safe environment to live at.

This is my first time living in an apartment dwelling. I find living here to be enjoyable. My expectations of having unpleasant neighbors was unmet. The location is highly accessible to work as well as recreational activities. I particularly enjoy the fact that I can get from my apartment to the Harbor and surrounding attractions effortlessly.

Diane in the office is magnificent! She goes above and beyond in customer service. Everyone in tht office is very professional and honest. I recommended this location to many of my friends and relatives. The trash policy needs to change though. But overall I enjoy my residency here: peaceful, great location and excellent design.

I love the Renaissance Club-Not really much to complain about! I've enjoyed my years here as a resident and am mostly pleased with the property, the staff, and the community as a whole. No place is perfect but this is almost as close to it as it can get.

Great value. Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly environment and professional staff. Buildings are a little old but very clean and well kept. This is an apartment community I would recommend to others. Online rent pay is very convenient once set up.
