I have had an excellent experience at this Community. Everyone from the staff, to the maintenance workers are very pleasant and efficient. The rent is reasonable and I just love it here. The area is always clean. I also like that security walks around at night, I always feel safe. I definitely will recommend friends to stay at this community.

    Great application process! The staff are friendly and the community is clean and quiet. The property is well maintained and request for services are answered quickly. The bonus: trash pick up 6 days a week from your front door! No dumpsters, they are unsightly and smell terrible.

      I really love this community! Aside from the rare suburban feel this neighborhood offers, this area is very safe and the staff makes you feel like family. My apartment is everything I was looking for and the location is the icing on the cake!!

        Quiet and sceneic location. Patrick was very professional and helpful with area amenities. Due to my financing failing through, I had a week to move during COVID-19. I was able to move in in a weeks notice.

        I have been living here for almost two years and I am very satisfied with my apartment. I rarely hear neighbors when they are home. Parking is always readily available. The office staff is very professional. Emergency maintanance will return your call immediately if you have any issues.

          well since I pack into this community it has bee a joy to me (1) k chicken, bathroom, dinning, laundry, lager living room, store, this are things I consider when i was looking for a house, but as God may have it I found it here in All Rock community this is the ideal place for me.

            I absolutely love my apartment! The community and its nice and quite. The staff is always friendly. Whenever I've had an issue, maintenance were very prompt and it was done in a orderly fashion. Rent is a little high but with the addition of the pool and access to the gym makes it worth it.

                The community was amazing. I loved the upkeep of the community and the style of the apartments. I was also looking for a comfy home with a washer and dryer and this place was the perfect fit. The staff were also very helpful as well.

                  My rent has increased to an amount that is beyond reasonable ($1010 mo). There must be more security patrols to protect property such as cars and to protect the people who live on the property. Trash pickup or disposal should be extended hours or trash bins set up for night time disposal.

                      The only complaint I have is dealing with the trash. I think the trash pick up should be done a little later to give residents who work at night time to get home to put trash out. Other then that I have no complaints, great community for the price of rent.

I have been comfortable and I appreciate that the staff holds everyone (residents) accountable for the upkeep of the entire community. I do not see security as often as was used to.                           This community is safe if you are looking for security. Maintenance has the fastest response than any other apartment that I have been in. The one bedroom apartment has limited closet space, but includes a washer and dryer. The security lock of the front door gives peace of mind.

                            I love living here. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner.The six day a week trash pick up is very convenient.The staff is friendly and there is always a community event going on from Easter egg hunts for the kids to summer pool parties for the whole community. All which include great giveaways.

                              Just moved to Baltimore in 2013 and have had a pleasant experience with the staff at the Renaissance Club. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. I would like to see the common areas in the hallways of the building more clean and sanitized.

                                When I moved to the Renaissance Apts, it was during the winter time and I had just left Avalon Centerpoint Apts. I needed a change in scenery and office staff from the downtown appeal. Now, I have plenty to indulge in the Renaissance Apts. :):)

                                  I lived at the Renaissance Club (2007-2011) and after experiencing some of the unprofessional behavior of my current leasing manager - I realized how great I had it!!! The only reason I left was because I wanted a dog. I rarely used the pool or fitness center - if these amenities are something you are looking for and you don't want a pet then move in!! Sometimes parking was tight on the weekends but - security was always visible and friendly.

                                      I would not recommend this apartment complex. I had a horrible experience with a neighbor. The neighbor was crazy. She would bang on her ceiling and make noise during all hours of the day and night. I got sick of the so-called mediation and other foolishness that never resolved anything. The neighbor called courtesy patrol when we were not even home most of the time. I got tired of fighting with the courtesy patrol staff, Baltimore City Police, the corporate office and more importantly the leasing manager, Ms. Braxton. She was never there in the office and she had a lot of excuses. I ended up moving early due to my failing health. I would strongly urge people to save their money and look elsewhere. I pray no one has the same experience I did. I would not wish what I went through on anyone. Ms. Diann was more helpful. Your rent will increase about $60 per year. I was lied to about a resolution. There were other broken promises made by the staff at the Renaissance Club Apartments. There were some maintenance related issues, which is to be expected. For the most part, they were resolved quickly. The situation with the neighbor trumped my entire experience.

                                        I lived at 1542 Waverly Way for 3 years. Out of all the communities I had previously lived at in Baltimore City this was the best one. I had an updated 2 bedroom Apartment Home. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Having my own entrance and a washer and dryer in my own apartment home were 2 of the best qualities. Ms. Queen made sure any maintenance request were handled promptly. She even followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My son and I enjoyed the end of Summer Pool Parties. The only reason I left is because I purchased a home. They made it very easy to terminated my lease. All they require is a 60 day notice. This is the only community that I have lived in who allows you to terminate you lease at anytime as long as you give them a 60 day notice. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who wants to live in a Peaceful, quite, community in Baltimore City who offers free water, washer and dryer in your apartment home, fitness center, pool and A Service to all of it's residents.

                                          I would have to say No. I have lived here for a year and I'm not sure why all of a sudden they have a cockroach infestation. In the past 3 months I have seen a bunch out side at night. And recently on 3 separate occasions I have seen one on the kitchen floor. Went to get water in the middle of the night and step on one in the dark. Absolutely gross! And another in the hallway. There is one thing that I can not and will not live with and that is roaches. Too pricey to have to deal with roaches

                                            The staff is wonderful especially Ms Robin she made me feel at home during the application process I can express the warmth when I walked in the door. Everyone us efficient in their daily work schedule from showing me the place Mr Patrick did a excellent choice of showing me 1 place and I was sold their was no need to see another place but most of all it a place I can call mine thank u to the wonderful staff and how they greet u and they should be awarded for their effort of keeping not just me but all tenants happy.                                               Well i must say...my stay at the Renaissance Club has been wonderful.The staff is amazing, everyone greets you with a smile. They make it known that they are happy to have us with them. Our neighbors are very friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile, they maintain a professional image at all times,they make sure the area is clean, neat and safe. I dont have to worry about anything happening to my family and i at night. Its very quite.Im very pleased with my stay here.
