It's a favorable place and Appartments in the mid of the city with beautiful garden front not available at every appts in the town. Spacious and includes laundry which is the most important thing for living.

The community is well kept and is clean and the location is really nice. The only problem I have is that my apartment door open directly to the outside. So I cannot get my packages delivered directly to my house as the leasing office said that some of the residents have complained about missing stuff from there front door. Furthermore, I work from 7am to 7pm. Even if I get the packages delivered to the leasing office (they are open from 8 to 5), there is no access to the building so that you may pick up the packages if you come later than 5pm.

Overall it is a wonderful place to live. It is a perfect distance to my 1-year job at Hopkins. I went to see about 7 apartment complexes in the area and this one blew them all out of the water. Laundry in unit, free gym on campus, huge parking lot - it has everything I was looking for. The property is well taken care of and I have always felt very safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Maintenance staff and office staff are unmatched. The customer service is awesome. I love my apartment because it's very cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here. Besides the noise level from my neighbor and the foot traffic through the complex, I have no complaints.

So far so good! I just moved in a week ago, but I chose this community because it is very nice, it's quiet and well kept. The staff is helpful. I like the amenities they offer (the pool and the fitness center). My apartment was clean when I moved in. They actually walk through with you to make sure the apartment is up to par. I was impressed. They also gave me a curtsey call the day before I moved, which showed effective communication. They have valet trash service which is nice because all I have to do is put my trash in front of my door in the morning, no dumpsters on the property means a lower chance of rodents and other unwanted guest in your home. I would recommend this place!

The staff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of signing the lease and moving into my apartment. The apartment is the perfect size and is very clean and modern looking. The apartment has secure locks and in a safe area.

This apartment complex has no reasonable parking don't let them mis lead you like they did me. Imagine you get home from work you're tired and you still have to drive around looking for parking then walk to another ten minutes to your home. Even at night!! It's not safe to walk in Baltimore city when the murder rate is high. If you have teenage girls you should be concerned The neighborhood has a lot of breakins and robberies...Don't let them make you think it's all roses here it not. The staff misleads you beware!!!!

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It's close to everything from food, shopping and fitness. I Love my apartment, it has great amenities! The office Staff were very friendly, The move in process was very easy!

Me and my lady moved here June 2018. Outstanding service from Management to maintenance. Also the apartment looks exactly how the module is displayed. We have no rodent problems and the neighborhood is very clean. Honestly I would recommend another person to move here because everything was great from my experience.

Great community, good location and great amenities for the amount of rent. However appliances may need to be updated. I had a pest problem that took forever to get under control. You can't bring hardly anything to the pool area.

Office and maintenance staff are always efficient. Lovely community with great amenities. However, there is a daily fee when using the pool and there is limited closet space. Neighborhood is very quiet.

I love it! I have only been here for a year and I absolutely LOVE where I live. The staff members are very nice and attentive to your needs. This apartment just feels really "at home". Moving here, even though it was out of my budget the amenities are what really got me. Everything is just so convenient here!

The Renaissance apartment is a very clean, hospitable, great environment to live in. The Staffing that works in the leasing office I always willing to help you in any way possible. They always greet you with a smile, which is quite welcoming. They never have a rodent problem. Plus dress gets picked up every day, so you never have a dirty smell in your house or outside your neighborhood.

Recently just moved in and everything is great except for one issue. I had a written noise complaint my first week. Couldn't hear the tv over the washer so I turned it up just a little bit. Got a knock on my door a few minutes later from the staff saying it was too loud. I could barely hear it but it was too loud for someone else. Thin walls I guess.

So far the move in was amazing! Mr. Patrick assistant was superb from the time I came in to acquire about an apt, to the time I signed my lease. When he walked me through my new home, my wall wasn't painted as I requested. Mr.Patrick and the maintenance staff was at my door within 5 minutes (no exaggeration) . Everything was done under an hour. They were amazing! Me and my daughter feel at home.

I love this complex. The staff is wonderful! I moved in 2017 in a one bedroom apartment. I was able to upgrade to a two bedroom. I absolutely love where I rest my head. I definitely tell others about this hidden gem.

I Love the community in my apartment but the The one downfall now is that there is no supermarket near us. The shopping center now only houses a liquor store and a subway and now a gym so you have to travel quite a distance to get to the supermarket.
