Great I have loved it here every since I moved in , in 2010. Grounds are always clean, Staff always ready to assist. The pandemic did not interfere with customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I know the community surroundings very well but as far as the complex community I am not too sure. I just moved in. Imeen it seems pretty cool. Not too sure yet! Sometimes people walk through the complex because there are homes close by. Because the complex is directly cross from a shopping center, those close by use the complex as a short cut. So I am not sure about the community overall. I will have to come back to answer this survey question.

Absolutely beautiful community. I love the scenery. The tenants are pleasant. The staff as well. The pool is lovely. I like that it's near the Dollar Tree, a bank a gym, even though it's one on site. I really enjoy living here.

Its quiet for the most part. the security could be better. The maintenance staff could be more attentive. The people in the office are good, I never really had a problem with them. Overall experience is good.

I truly love this community!! Everything is clean and nice, they so quick with maintenance issues and overall any questions and concerns are addressed very fast. On top of that I love that there's always some sort of entertainment for residents, like pool parties or food take out and etc.

It's a unique space. Maintenance staff is swift with service request, that's top tier for me. Two + bedrooms have a private entrance. Office staff remembers your name. MS. Dian is my favorite out of the office staff.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff here goes above and beyond for all residents. They get things done in a timely manner and they help you with anything you need. We love it here and you get great amenities for the money you spend. There is no cons I can say about this place except get home early to find a parking spot lol.

The Hot Box

On 5.21.2022, I returned to my home and it was extremely hot in my apartment. So I tuned on the air. However, as the evening progressed the heat continued to rise in the apartment. I ended up sleeping in a hot box that night and it was miserable . Due to the extreme heat,I got up around 5am Saturday morning and I was in a pool of sweat. Immediately I put in a maintenance request. I was so hot that sleep was my escape. Around 10 am I woke up and noticed that I did not hear anything about my request. I called the office and I was advised to call the emergency number. Once the person came to my unit, he stated that he had bad new for me. Stated that it was the compressor and there was nothing that he could do. I explained some personal things that I knew would be an issue for me without the air in my unit. He offered me two fans, I thought that was rude and I said to him, why would I have more hot air blowing on me? He said that there was nothing else he could do. I felt like the emergency service had no urgency at all. Even though they came Sunday, I still had to endure that 86 degrees for more than 24 hours. The weather was high this past weekend. I am very concerned of how I am valued as a resident and that there was no follow up from anyone. The was a big inconvenience and I am not sure why that seems to be okay at this day and age. The air is now working, but the resolution was not urgent for me.

My experience at this community have been very good... The staff is very friendly and is ery quick to assist if you have any issues... I remember when it was cicada season and I was renewing my lease, one of the staff came to my apartment to get the lease, because I was afraid to come outside...

It is a quiet and clean, apartment safe very little appearance of police and criminal is now days are rare.i wouldn't really want to live anywhere else at this of trees,very well kept grass and flowers,and different types of birds.

The experience is great! When we first moved in, the pool and gym were closed due to Covid but all of that is changing now. They did give access to YouFit! I love it here! I really hope they allow me to renew my lease with the ups and down s I've had.

The Rennisance club apartments are a wonderful place to live..I highly recommend moving here. It's a very clean, well kept community. Staff is friendly. My time here has been just short of amazing! The property is well lit, I always feel secure when arriving home late nights. The complex is quiet for the most part. The grounds are kept up very well. And the office staff is second to none. Very friendly, courteous, and always professional!
