It's been nice while I have been here. I would like better appliances without rust, and faster maintenance service. Also, it gets louder in the warmer months when folks sit outside and are drink and high.

    The leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. They were fast and I'm getting me into my apartment. Like the apartment just a few minor things I felt like could better better before I moved in like the blinds were very dirty and I was wondering why new ones weren't put up.

      The whole process was amazing especially the leasing representative I worked with. She was very helpful in answering all of my concerns and working with my roommate and I. Everyone was helpful and kind and the apartment is better than I expected.

        For my first apartment I was definitely nervous about picking the right community for my daughter and I. The process with RC was so quick and easy, my mind was made for me. On top of being in the apartments prior to moving into one. I've lived in two units so far and both moves were great. The staff is very helpful and on top of everything that goes on in the community.

            My experience was phenomenal! Not only was the staff professional both over the phone and in person when I was deciding whether or not I would live here, but they were very personable and made sure I was heard in all my needs and with any possible concerns I had. In addition to the experience of touring and deciding if I would live there, once I filled out my application they continued to be supportive throughout every step of the way and even taking the time to answer my many questions I had! During the actual move-in process, Centura, the Leasing Manager, did a walk through with me and immediately put in service requests for the very minor things I wanted to be addressed. And to top it all off, those minor concerns were addressed and fixed within my first week of moving in! This is a phenomenal place to live with a great staff! I love it here!

              The Renaissance Club is overall a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay. Most of the leasing staff are nice and will resolve any issues that you may have. My only complaint is the security system. You need a key to reenter the apartment so if you forget your keys your out of luck. This also causes problems for package delivery. Delivery drivers will reattempt delivery another day if you aren't home. It would be easier if the front door was keyless entry. A keypad instead of a key would be wonderful

                I really couldn't experience the community because of covid but the homes are amazing... The community look great, no one really bother you, everyone stay to themselves. You can enjoy quiet time outside with your children and the area where I live everyone was friendly...

                  I highly recommend The Renaissance Club apartments. The complex is well maintained, and conveniently located between Towson and Baltimore. I am a travel nurse, and I have lived at TRC during two separate assignments. You will find the staff pleasant and always ready to be of service; clearly, their objective is to provide each of their residents the best possible rental experience.

                    They were smooth in the move in process. No complaints as of so far. When I Moved in Patrick was so nice and thoroughly explained the whole process with me. I'm loving my new apartment and would definitely recommend friends to be a part of this community

                      My experience was an awesome one. The staffs were so helpful and before we complained about any issue, they reach out to us. The application process was smooth and within a matter of hours, our application was reviewed and they got back to us. Fast and excellent process.

                        I have been living in the complex 18 years and I love it here. The staff are always nice and professional. The Amenities are great ( in home washer & dryer, built in microwave, fitness room central air, swimming pool, & community activies) Maintenance issues are always addressed promptly and the office staff follow up to ensure the work was done. The inside of the apartments are very nice and well kept. The grounds & inside of the buildings are kept clean & neat. Trash is picked up daily except Sunday. Also security walk the grounds to ensure its a safe place. I really enjoy the community activities and meeting my nieghbors. I would definitely recommend this complex It's really a great place to live.

                          This has been one of the best places I've lived no rodents or bugs it's not loud even in summer. Love trash pick ups and big bin put out occasionally for bulk items. I feel safe with my kids playing as well.

                            I have a wonderful experience with the staff and maintenance. I especially want to recognize their ability to follow through is exceptional. Questions with housing or fixer uppers that I have encountered, they made it feel like it was not a problem to easily resolve. Just yesterday I had called Maintenance and Ms. Alana I think thats her name answered. Not only did she get to the bottom of my problem, but she called me back at the end of the day to assure me they were on it. That matters to tenants like us who are eager to not only pay their rent but pay it ahead of time. Thank you to the residential and maintenance staff. I had to come and write a review because you all are exceptional.

                                I love my apartment but they need more Security Guards and handle issues regarding other tenants in a more Professional Manner. The area is not good regarding safety anymore due to decreasing security.

                                  My husband and I really love basically everything about our apartment except there were a few things that needed to be fixed. We contacted the management and they took care of the matter promptly. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew were professional and very friendly. Also this is the cleanest complex that I have ever lived in. The trash is picked up six days out of the week. Now that’s a plus. We have only lived here a little over a week but we love our apartment and the community??

                                    The leasing staff was very helpful in the leasing office. The apartment was clean includes a in unit washer and dryer. Parking is free and can be found relatively easy. The location is great, not far from I-83 or the inner harbor of Baltimore.

                                      I love it. Simply put. Alana the new Service Manager is AMAZING. I had a problem with my tv today and I immediately called Maintenance. I know that they're extremely busy but Alana was nice enough to come to my apartment and help me fix my tv. Being an elderly woman and stuck in the house through the pandemic, me watching my soap operas is all I have right now. Thank You Alana, you didn't have to that but you did. It probably would've taken Comcast 2 or 3 days to come out.

                                        Please do not move here. Renaissance Club Apt. is for weed smokers, noise makers and rule breakers. Management does not care about their residents safety and habitability. Complaints goes nowhere. :-(

                                                The leasing office people have been very helpful and respectful. Quick responses even when they're not in the office. The view is beautiful, lots of greenery in the community. I have a small child and actual feel very safe. Everybody i've seen pretty much minds their business and goes on about their day.

                                                  It has been pretty great thus far. When I initially moved in, there were a few adjustments that needed to be made, leaky pipes in bathroom. Hot water not working, missing toilet paper bar, microwave needed to be reprogrammed. With all of these issues, they fixed everything Monday (moved in on a Friday afternoon).
