The staff is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and my move-in was seamless. I came in on a summer special so my rent is affordable. Loving my accent wall and large windows. I highly recommend so far.

My community living condition at this community has bin nothing but great. It is quiet clean and safe. Like any place there are riffraff that will try to come in and cost trouble, but we have security on staff for 15+ hours a day that quickly escorts them away. The grounds are clean and inside of the building are also clean daily, along with six days of the week trash pickup. This is a beautiful community to live in. I love, love love, living here.

I love the community great location close to the Towson and whitemarsh area. The grounds and community are kept clean. Peaceful! Nice scenery with the trees and grass. Great for walking for yourself and pet!

My apartment is newly renovated spacious and in a great location. The community is well kept clean and most importantly very quiet. Local shopping and entertainment is close by so I don't have to travel far.

The community is clean, quiet, and safe. There is adequate lighting for residents and a community patrol at night. The common areas of the interior of the buildings (e.g., steps) are vacuumed and cleaned Monday-Friday. There is valet trash pick up six days a week.

Apartments are nice and at a time more affordable than most. Some apartment need amenities upgrade. Location is great, but concerns with safety of property have increased since pandemic. Community has been relevantly quiet, at least where I stay.

Is a very nice place to live. If you're an older tenant just pray your neighbor above your head doesn't have kids. Otherwise it's a Wonderful experience. I'm retired and used to quiet. I don't understand why if you've already complained about being retired and having tenants over top of you with a child running back and forth across the floor at times where you're trying to Rest! Why would you ?

I have lived on the property for 25 years now. I love the community and all it it has to offer. There are many amenities that we enjoy. which includes washer/dryer, microwave, outside pool, and newly placed doggie stations. The staff is very friendly and polite. I really enjoy living in this community. Although, I've lived here for under a year, I tentatively become a long-term resident of places that I rent. I particularly love having the amenities which includes the pool and fitness center, and the valet trash removal is a godsend!

I really enjoy living here and would definitely refer other people. It is quiet, clean and peaceful. I especially like that they pick the trash up from my house six days a week. The rental office staff are excellent.

For many years I enjoyed living at the Renaissance Club because I had easy access to public transportation. However, lately I keep thinking I should find someplace else. People are always sitting on the steps and although they see you coming you still have to ask them to move so you can pass.

Nice apartment,I wish the sizing of the apartments were bigger. Parking is not the best. There is some security but not adequate security. The property needs more parking towards the back end of their properties.

Right from the beginning the two ladies I spoke with, and that helped the entire time with the application, to move in process were so polite, and extremely helpful. They made sure not only did I have everything I would need but also that I was going to get the best living experience possible. Very clean and quiet. The area is well kept by their daily cleaning crew and maintenance always show up in a timely manner. I feel safe going in and out of my home any time of the day or night and I feel comfortable with my child playing in the area.

Very friendly staff and beautiful apartments. Great location, apartments are very spacious and quiet. Parking situation is excellent with ample street parking (no permit required) and large parking lots. Very happy to be living here!

It's been chilled so far, I love my space and appliances. Application was swift and easy, move-in was great as well. Maintenance are extremely swift to deliver. The neighborhood is conducive and calm, I also love the ambiance, it's natural. You should live here 100%.

It is a nice apartment complex the staff here is friendly. And I don't have any complaints besides that they should have dumpsters instead of what they do for trash removal or just a special day for bulk trash but that's just my opinion besides that everything here is great.

My experience has been a positive one. The staff is professional and helpful and always has events, that include "freebies" for the residents to participate in. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The maintenance promptly respond to and take care of requests for services. The custodians clean and vacuum the buildings EVERYDAY M-F, leaving a fresh, clean scent. (they are to be commended) I have not heard of much crime (although I'm sure its everywhere.) My neighbors are quiet and considerate. I would recommend this community to live in.
