I love it here thus far ! This is my 1st apartment she 1st time out on my own and the transition has been great. The office staff (leasing office) have been very helpful and approachable. I looked at a couple of different complexs in the surrounding area and The Renaissance Club is the only one where I feel I am getting what I am paying for. The units are updated and modernized, there is a washer and dryer inside the unit (mayor key for me), there are laminate hardware floors and carpet (I hate carpet all through the apt), the grounds are kept neat and clean, and the amenities are a plus too (gym and pool). I also like the fact that they have events/activities once a month to get the community involved and associated. So far it's been a pleasure living here and I don't think I'll have any complaints any time soon. I would definitely recommend this for family and friends.

My experience has been positive over the last 6 years, I'm glad we added a gym across the street. I like how the grass is always cut and I love the Valet trash service. I like that every unit has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

When applying for my apartment Mr. Patrick was exceptional and very professional. He treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Interactions with other staff was also respectful and they were concerned about any needs that may come up. If a service request was made they checked in to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Overall a nice place to live.

I loved my stay here. It's family friendly, the community has a lot of activities to participate in, the pool and fitness center- very nice, the staff- very nice, the maintenance staff always fixes any issues in a very timely manner. I've been very comfortable here. No rodent or bug issues. I live by a main street and the car noise is the only major noise that I hear (and only after opening my windows) otherwise, the actual community is very quiet and peaceful. I really like this place! Cute layout. Only downside is storage space but we were able to get around that with creative storage ideas (shelving, storage ottomans, and wardrobes for additional closet like space).. Perfect for my small family of three.

Moved in May of 2016. Have not had a bad experience. My "complaint" is only when the lots closer to my apartment are full and i have to park across the street but I cannot get mad at that because that typically happens after midnight. First time renter. This was always on my radar when I first started looking. Property stays clean. No issue with snow removal this "winter". Maintenance is quick & efficient. Spacious. I would stay another year

I enjoy l living at the Renaissance Club. My favorite amenity they offer is the swimming pool, it is well kept and overly loud nor busy. I've had limited experience with the staff, but all occasions have gone well.

We have only lived here 3 months, but so far it's the best place I've lived in Baltimore. The staff is friendly and fix things quickly. They really seem to care about the residents. The neighborhood is quiet and people are nice. The apartment is a great size with a washer and dryer! My only mild complaint is the parking. For the most part you will have to park on the street. However, we have never had to park very far and there haven't been any issues. I hope the prices stay reasonable so we can afford to renew when the time comes.

My, then boyfriend, and I moved in 7 yrs ago with our 1 mth old son. It was and still is clean, family oriented, engaging, and great maintenance turnaround time! The culture of the complex is very respectful, safe, and diverse. Neighbors range from doctors to college students in a clean and respectful area. We love how quick, efficient, and friendly the maintenance team are. The staff has an awesome "open door policy" approach and our children love that they have snacks for them. In our 7 yrs, we have found cheaper apartments but a lack of community, cleanliness, and horrible maintenance (we would ask the residents and read reviews before inquiring)..the RC has way more to offer than nice apartments. The staff has been supportive through every transition of our lives (my bf now husband, moving to a larger apt (they even made our son's room (he was now 3) ready made (shelves, childproof) without our request, congratulating us on our marriage, welcoming our new son, etc. Our children love the pool parties, Easter egg hunts, pizza night, and outdoor movie night. My husband and I love the safety, cleanliness, and the fact that they know the residents (from the Community manager to the maintenance team). It's more personable which is a big deal for someone who you are entrusting in your personal information and well-being of your family.Oh and I love that the security is available and walking the premises. My family and I love it here! .

It's always a pleasant experience due to this is my second time residing with the Renaissance. The rent unfortunately again has increased tremendously and no updates has been made. The community is always friendly and respectful. No complaints far as noise and parking. The office staff is pleasant with the exception of a few bad apples.

I'm a new resident. My move in process was easy, and the (incredibly friendly) staff worked with me to make sure everything was the way I wanted. (One thing I've loved is that facilities will paint a wall for you and install shelving in the closets.) I've only been at the Renaissance Club for two weeks, but so far my neighbors have been quiet, the grounds have been clean, and I haven't had much of a problem finding parking. Some features that drew me to the community: cat-friendly (I couldn't move to a location that wouldn't let me bring my girl with me), facilities handles trash removal daily (Monday - Saturday mornings), complimentary fitness center and pool, washer and dryer in unit, water is included, and lots of windows for natural light. I'm also thrilled that my cat can watch the squirrels and birds outside. She loves them, and has been just as happy as me with the windows. :) No apartment is perfect, and my washer had some issues. However, maintenance was quick to respond, courteous, and worked with me to coordinate visits (my cat is skittish and will try to run out of the apartment). Everything is working now, and I'm loving my apartment!

I have really enjoyed this community and the staff have been very friendly. The only draw back is my rent keeps going up to the point that I might not be able to renew my lease. They have wonderful events different times throughout the year.

This is a great community to live at and the staff is always helpful and prompt with attention to their residents. The communication during the winter months is impeccable as they TEXT their residents updates on conditions. I truly appreciate the residents service teams hard work and dedication to me while i was a resident here. The Office staff also follows up with you an ensure you are their top priority. Also in my 3 years living here I NEVER HAD A NOISE ISSUE OR RODENT ISSUE, Thanks guys! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to rent!

I just recently moved here and so far, so good. I love that I have a washer/dryer in my apartment home and the trash pick up in front of my door six days a week is great! I have not seen any mice or any other insects thank goodness b/c I am horrified of them. The accent walls are a plus. I wish the grocery store was still across the street but hopefully in the near future there will be another because it would be such a convenience. I haven't had any problems with parking, the security patrol is another plus. I feel safe here and would definitely recommend this community to others.
