I like the area, the convenience and then it's much better safe. I can refer people to rent. Don't have to drive bus in front of the building across the street Silverspring Metro so I always refer for people. I tell people it's a very good community

Water sprinklers pipe broken

Why planing to leave always something wrong this complex after two months finally fix the garage door level G1 thank god it was fix because what happened today water sprinkler pipe burst bye if that door wasn’t fix have ice rink trying leave the garage were the management haven’t seen them last 3 days Also the alarm went off around 1am Saturday morning talk to one of the firefighters said some pulled it ?? so thank about it twice before you moved Here tank you for your time

I love love love this company very professional, straight to business I applied on Friday and Saturday they called me for the keys it was a very smooth process.. unlike other companies they will get back to you and not just take your application fee and not hear anything after (The Woodner in dc ) .. anyway I so glad I apply here .. the best so far

a great place to get around but the staff is always unavailable or never answers the phone. there are mice and roaches that wasn't caused by us when we just moved in and have a new born along the way.

The location is great. The neighborhood is good. The building itself could use some renovations but it's a decent place to live. The parking situation is inconvenient more so for guests than deliveries.

I have has a good experience thus far at Colesville Towers having been a resident for 4 years. There is always room for improvement. For example, the gym facilities need upgrading, some of the equipment are missing and have not been replaced. The property could hold/host more community events to engage tenants and to get to know the tenants. There have been issues between the management team and tenants recently which resulted in changes in the management team but no formal introduction to the tenants.

I've had both great and terrible experiences at Colesville. I'm hoping that with the new staff there will be a change around in the way things have been going over the past few years. We also seem to have a much better/quicker/ and efficient maintenance team.

I like the location of the apartment because it has so many shops and restaurants that why. So overall the apartment is ok but there is some other things to suggest that the corridor is old carpet that are smelly.

Worst place to live!

These apartments could be a nice place to live if it wasn't for the incompetent, unprofessional, irresponsible and plain useless management., starting with ROSS MANAGEMENT and ending with the onsite managers, Ana Casasola and assistants who do nothing, hide on the office and never come out to deal with issues, they couldn't care less about tenants and if you complain much they kick you out with their nasty, unprofessional and rude lawyers who care even less about tenants so watch out people! Any positive reviews ate Fake. DO NOT MOVE THERE! AVOID Roaches mice,bedbugs, illegal aliens and homeless people living in other tenants apts and every day police ambulances and firetrucks coming day and night,crazy people live there.

parking fee a bit expensive based on the quality of apartment. The building needs improvement on room door. The roof is near and very hot in summer season and the bathroom is very small as compared to other apartments I visited.

Check google, Montgomery county code enforcement website to see the issues, check the news, visit different times and speak with tenants, these reviews are fake!! What’s real is we have rodents, leaks, poor management, dirty carpet, broken equipment in the gym, broken laundry room door can go on email to learn more.

The community has about everything you could want. Lots of eating establishments, entertainment (play theaters) shops (TJMax, Burlington, Marshall's) etc. Plus it is on two bus lines Flash and Metro that goes straight to the Silver Spring Metro Station.
