If you love roaches and rude people this is the place for you! I understand that the rent might get you but please do yourself a favor and pay a little more for somewhere else. I'm a clean person who takes out the trash every day and the amount of roaches that are in my apartment would make people think that I'm the filthiest person alive. They literally crawl on the couch with you. Can't wait until my lease is up!

Good value for the money. Great location close to DC, Downtown silver spring and many commuting option. The apartments are fine, with no fancy amenities of decorations, but perfectly clean and spacious. There are some persistent issues with bugs

You cannot get a better deal for the space and price of this apartment. It is centrally located in downtown Silver Spring and the front desk staff are great. I have enjoyed my time at Colesville Towers.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT COLESVILLE TOWERS! Laverne and Yolanda don't answer emails or phone calls. Haven't had A/C in over a month! Don't move here! Go across the street to Colespring or anywhere else!! Try The Blair's!! Great place

I've really enjoy living at Colesville Towers. The apartment layout and size is great, real value for your money! The management has done a great job with all the upgrades to the common areas like the fitness room, laundry room and recreational area - it looks beautiful. And the building location is absolutely fantastic!

The Colesville staff was extremely friendly the moment I applied, to the moment I moved. They were receptive to all my requests, and I love the current management. Room conditions leave something to be desired, as there is a small pest problem, but manageament claims to be working on it.

Great location, close to walk to everything from grocery stores to metro to shops. The Concierge staff and the maintenance staff are all very nice and helpful. They work on updating the common areas and upkeep of them.

Leasing agents are great, very nice with the move in process, however some appliance still have not been fixed. Maintenance has been working diligently to fix the errors. Great experience so far with this community

Quiet community. There are bugs and mice but if you keep a clean home they become LESS of an issue. Office staff is busy leasing the apt that they don't respond to emails. The gym is great, computer lab is non functioning, tvs do not have cable and are just for show.

There have been serious problems with the building that does not seem to be able to be resolved. While it is close to downtown Silver spring, there is a major problem with mice that the management has not been able to fix

Overall I am very happy with my experience at Colesville Towers. The front desk staff is really great, the units are of a good size, there are lots of windows, and Downtown Silver Spring is very close. I wish maybe it was a bit *more* central (closer to Georgia avenue), but we're talking about a couple short blocks, so it's not really that big a deal. My unit was clean and had been recently painted (I would have preferred white over beige, however!).

The move in was great and went smooth. The staff were very cooperative, on time and made the move in very comfortable. Booking the elevator was perfect even with a short notice and the front desk staff was helpful.

Was not welcoming or helpful the day of move. It felt more restrictive and not easy to access things. The staff can be rude to you or your guests. The pest problem is definitely a concern. Rent is the best perk of the building because it's affordable as well as location.

It has been good for the most part. I see lots improvements in the building and service but i have problem with management not addressing the weed smoking on our floor (9th floor). We need it addressed because it makes the environment unhealthy

The studio apartment is very open and big. A great big patio. Good price. Small but decent gym. Great location to downtown. But roaches, lack of visitor parking and and lack of people my age make me think of leaving.

Overall excellent. The community is not perfect, not quite as modern in appearance as some others, but is quite satisfactory. Staff in office & maintenance are excellent, professional, treat you with respect if you do the same for them. Also, 90% of time they have doorman staff. The garage spaces are very spacious and area is easy for me to maneuver in. Too bad the garage doors seem to have issues repeatedly. Overall, the grounds and common areas are clean and free from graffiti for the most part. I enjoy living hear and the people are friendly. It is a nice value - would definitely recommend to others.

Since taking up residence in July 2016, I've found mice living in my HVAC window unit and a roach infestation throughout the entire apartment. Neither have been resolved despite numerous visits by exterminators. Management has consistently underwhelmed with their service. Despite each unit being billed as having individually controlled heat and AC, the building controls when both heat and air conditioning are turned on for use. So when temperatures hit the mid 80s in early April, the AC capabilities of each unit were still disabled, making for many miserable days and sleepless nights. In my opinion, the cheapness of rent does not make up for the myriad problems you'll experience if you move into this building.

Colesville Towers has great amenities and a great location-next door to Ellsworth Park and a quick walk to downtown and grocery. The metro is a ten minute walk away. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Staff are very helpful, above and beyond expected.

Great community and location! Right next to a park and a fenced in dog yard. The view is cool. They have done a lot of work lately. The driveway has always been plowed. It is a nice place to live with great staff

Neutral experience. It's fine sometimes and not so fine others mainly because of the mice. Pest control comes regularly but it doesn't really deter mice. Residents destroy things which is unfortunate because staff is trying.
