The apartment was infested with mice and roaches on arrival. Packages have been stolen. Public areas such as corridors and elevators require aesthetic renovations so they look more presentable. Sometimes there is no one at the front desk, raising security concerns.

    I like my apartment a lot but am sick of having so many mice problems. I see them regularly. Also, my parking spot is near the dumpsters and the parking garage is disgusting. It smells really bad by my car and the hallways in the garage are also very dirty.

      If you value your life don’t you move here.

      I am not the type of person to write bad reviews but THIS RIGHT HERE IS A BIG NO! I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP TO MOVE! This property deserves no stars let me tell you why. 1. There is an issue with parking in the garage. They want to charge $120 for people to park their cars in a designated spot, on the weekends when people in the leasing office is gone people decide they want to park anywhere in the garage. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME SOMEONE HAS PARKED IN MY SPOT AND MIND YOU I HAD TO GET MINE CHANGED TWICE FOR THIS ISSUE. They do not do anything about it. The parking for the property is HORRIBLE OVERALL 2. There is a big problem with ROACHES! When we first moved in there was no roaches in my apartment. I keep a clean house. After living here for months we have started seeing a roach here, a roach there it was manageable. However lately roaches have been spotted EVERYWHERE IT IS DISGUSTING. Maintenance came in and sprayed it does NOTHING. 3. Security DOES NOTHING. Its fights happening that you can hear. People stomping over your hear , dropping stuff , being loud. Nobody answers the phone when you call. 4. The cost of these apartments are not even worth the money. I can pay this amount somewhere cleaner and safer with better parking and a property that actually fixes issues. You want people to move in here and make it look like its to great to live here its a nightmare!

        The leasing agent made a complete waste of my time. I applied, showed up for the scheduled tour, then was told that an offer letter was not a valid proof of income. Even though the agent knew this, they still showed me the common areas and an available unit. I only found out I would not be considered when I asked directly. Quite unprofessional.

          Moved in September 2022. Since then I've felt very comfortable. Very friendly neighbors and no loud noise. Maintenance is on point with any sudden concerns. Access to public transportation wherever. So far so good...

                  The building is disgusting and unsafe. The elevators and stairs are equally unsafe. The leasing office does nothing and refuses to meet with residents or even email back. There is zero security and I have been threatened and harassed by residents and their guests countless times.

                    Decent value for location Great location But please do your own pest control The staff is okay! The guys and woman who do the cleaning are great people and work hard! They try to get it done as soon as possible! I do wish we hand fresh paint on the walls and new carpet or hard floors

                        Personally because of my personality I do not have any major complaints. I do not like to be bothered so work orders are rarely submitted. I love my unit but made sure it was home. Management has been here a lil over a year now and the road was tough in the beginning but I've seen a change in the way we communicate but again my personality demands the respect I give. I do speak to quite a few tenants that experience infestation of roaches, mice , leaks, issues with management. I've seen one mice since living here and put in a order to find the hole. The pest control is available, I don't use them because they enter apt with bed bugs, mice, roaches I don't want them. Again, I do not have any issues with my floor bc we the tenants here nip it in the bud early. I've heard people have issues with disturbing the peace. Montgomery county has a non emergency number. Have police shut down. To sum it up, it has problems like many multi family developments. It's your apartment make it a home. It's older, much more living space the amenities sucks weight room is horrible, security is sleeping on the couch If working, laundry machines doesn't wash your clothes good

                          I really like the downtown Silver Spring. Whole Foods, Pharmacy, shopping center, restaurants,dog park and parks are all within walking distance to the apartment and overall is a great place to live.

                              Here is a complete neglect behind the glamour: Management is inept, argumentative, often rude to deal with. No emergency services for the residents after hours, the office often opens their doors at noon, sometimes when you express a particular request regarding a payment update or other services, there is no sequel after that.                                   I think that the apartments need lot's of improvements. The floors are old and walls are old, inside and outside hallways. I think that it would be a good idea to move all the residents out to a hotel and remodel the whole apartment building.

                                    Apartments are very spacious, it a very short walk to metro, food and shopping. The staff here are very friendly. The property is pretty clean and quiet. It's a very nice place to live especially for the rental price in downtown Silver Spring

                                            The only good thing about the building is the maintenance staff. The Colesville Tower building is old and there's always something broken like the elevator, the fob readers etc. There's a cockroach problem too.

                                              It is wonderful to live in the apartment because it is everything has amenities. It is coming with a nice balcony, more space, etc. Also, it is next to a Dog park and a lot of stores and restaurants. Also, it is good prices that we can afford.

                                                The move in process was delayed due to the cabinets arriving late. This was outside the complexes control but it was frustrating because our move out was on hold. Eventually it worked out. When we got here the apartment was in pretty good condition minus the balcony screen door and the stove top. Would love for the complex to modernize the appearance and lighting of the hallways...it looks old

                                                  Bed bugs, mice, and roaches. This building is poorly managed and maintaned. Paying $1700 a month to sleep on the floor in my living room because my bedroom is full of bed bugs. Avoid this place at all costs.
