This place is ridiculous. The maintenance sucks, the way the rent is raised and absolutely no I upgrades to the apartment itself. All the front buildings got new deck and porches and the back of the buildings did not. They keep adding things to leases without you actually signing them. The ac barely gets anywhere in the apt cooled down. So many things could be improved.

Living in York creek is ok, I don't like how the tenants speed through the parking lots all day and night especially when the children getting out of school, and in my unit you can never do laundry area because they keep their stuff in the washing machine an dryers for days

Have had a good rental experience overall, however maintenance is very slow to respond to maintenance needs, can be unprofessional when questioned about their untimely nature, and do not repair properly. Also, neighbors are a bit loud, and it's not uncommon to see trash on the grounds.

This place is so so but rent is so expensive. The laundry room is always a mess they don't mop the floors and it Always smells bad in there and some people smoke in there too. But it is a ok place to live in.

I HATE IT!!!! THERE IS NEVER NO PARKING WHICH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN IVE BEEN HERE 4yrs AND PAY MY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH,PARKED IN HANDICAPP FOR ONE NIGHT AND CAME OUT TO GO TO WORK AND MY CAR WAS TOWED!!! $310 LATER IVE GOT MY CAR BACK, CONTACTED THE MAINTENANCE HE WAS RUDE AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE PARKING ISSUE!!! CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL YET!!! DONT RENT FOR THEM, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! AND ALL THE KIDS THAT LOVE OUT HETE THERES NOTHING FOR THEM TO DO, NO POOL, BASKETBALL COURT NOTHING AND THE LITTLE PARK THEY DO HAVE IS BS!!

I've lived here for the convenience in being close to the highways and because until a few years ago it was affordable. If you need temporary housing I'd recommend it if you have no other options but it's no place to raise a family.

I've been living here for almost two years and honestly enjoy it for the price. My apartment is spacious and I won the lottery on neighbors. They are all so so sweet. Every time I have a maintenance issue, their team comes quick are are quick with the help! Never had to call a million times to get someone out.

In the begining was terrible. Had to switch apartments completely which I spent a month fighting for after being gaslit about having a rodent issue. Then my apartment flooded. Then got roaches and had to fight for multiple treatments. Maintenance has gotten a little better but with no substantial upgrades to the apartment the rent continues to raise "to match the market" knowing dang well most of the apartments air conditioners are from when the buildings were built and other appliances are substantially old or out of date as well. There are no repairs or upgrades to justify raining rent that much. It used to be 20ish dollars a year but this past year ours (and a few other neighbors) went up 70.

Maintenance is slow to getting repairs done because of a shortage of staff. Other than that it's not bad place to live. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds are kept clean. I enjoy sitting on the balcony after work and watching the kids play.

Great for the most part. Terrible at communicating and answering the phone. Security is decent. Kentwood police constantly riding around ensuring safety. Residents are kind but make noise complaints for no reason tho. Happened once and I was asleep. Next thing I know security is at my door saying I'm being too loud. At 2pm. While asleep. Office told post department that I moved. So I haven't been receiving mail and office won't fix it.

Our experience here at York Creek Apartments has been a wonderful one. We moved to Michigan in August 2022 and to the apartments 3 months later. Heather in the front office helped us with everything we needed to move in. She made it pleasant and it was an easy transition. I also love that rent can be paid online in the app and it helps my credit score!

The move In process was rough and was very stressful. The security doors and the buzzer for your guest do not work. They were very good with clearing the snow over the winter though. Parking is a absolute nightmare

It's been ok. Neighbors stay to themselves but the amount of trash that blows all over the grass and people not cleaning up after their dogs is ridiculous. It's not winter trash. I am also pretty sure there is a person sleeping in their car in front of my building.

Overall the place isint that bad but individually the manager never leaves the office to check the status of the complex and neighborhood is somewhat depressed. Neighbors are VERY loud and management can't seemed to be bothered with doing anything about it. In the 6 months I've lived here my garage has been broke in too, my car was towed the first night here and manager said oh well. I will not be renewing my contract due to dog ---- everywhere and noise that is non stop, coupled with no effort made by any manager to address the issue. Good luck land co.

Its quiet. Neighbors normally stay to themselves, kent county sheriffs department helps patrol the complex to help keep the community safe. There are also cameras at all front entrances to the apartments

They are decent, i feel the rent is too high for your apartment to not be upgraded on the inside. They could do more. Especially rent goes up every year' on top of having to pay for laundry in the facility

I really enjoyed living here until a few months ago when I was charged a small fee for an extra day being in the month?? I had no idea about the fee because it was sent to tenant portal which I don't use because I pay rent by check. So since I was unaware of the few being there, it turned into a much bigger fee that I was forced to pay. I didn't feel like that fee was mine to pay to begin with but the communication with the office about it went no where. I've been here 3 years but plan to move when my lease is up.

It's been okay it could be a little better honestly. I have had any problems and had toilet problems since I moved in. Now I'm having stalker issues and asked to be moved for safety issues and basically can't til I make reports and nothing happens yet my children and I feel unsafe

Not good at all, you have to keep record of what everyone says in the office even the GM for them to honor what was talked about. There has been time after time that we was told one thing and then later find out that they lied.

It's dirty, people are loud and gross and stink up ur apartment, dogs piss all over your porch, cats sneak in ur garage, apartment wasn't even clean on the move in date, complaints on you that aren't even caused by you, no safety I heard gun shots last week, and all this stuff with a high cost. And update your apartments this isn't 1973 it's 2023 with all the money u guys make u can atleast update your buildings ????????
