Everything is outdated, they charge $1,200 a month and no central air or laundry in the units. I've had call with multiple issues including leaks and mold. ---- this place, I pay $1,200 for ------- what.

The Apt Is Good,To many Barking Dogs Day and Night Trash all over the Entrance I Clean it up Kids in the Hall using the Outlets Blocking my Door Someone keeps Breaking the Surcured Front Door The main Entrance always Smell like Dog Poop Doing Laundry late at Night.

Maintenance has to be contacted 5x before coming, if they ever do. The laundry rooms never get cleaned. It's like walking into a dirty gas station if I'm being honest. Otherwise, it's a home over our head and when I moved in as a single mom I was grateful. Every year they raise the rent without any explanation as to why, they don't update anything and nothing is ever kept clean. They pour enough salt outside before a storm to make sure you never fall(I've heard someone did and sued and every since that's the only thing I see our rent money going towards)

These apartments are very affordable. However the amount of issues that we have had during our stay here has been extremely unacceptable. People here are disrespectful and don't care about anyone but themselves. We have had several issues with repairs and even mold in our apartment.

Getting appliances fixed has been a nightmare "when you find out what's wrong let us know and we'll come back". Security has also been less than helpful. There is a resident who lives above us with an acoustic drum set. Calling for assistance when they play well into the night has been unsuccessful. Office staff are rude and unhelpful. Besides staff, the mold is unacceptable. I assume we will not be receiving our security deposit, as no matter the amount of cleaning we have done the caulking around bathroom surfaces, windows, and doors are becoming unattached rapidly due to mold. Honestly my family cannot wait to leave this place. If we are going to pay this much we expect the space to at least be maintained and livable.

Everything has been going well I've been here since 2021 & plan on renewing again. I don't have many issues. Most of my work orders are taken care of. The people in my complex are decent! There's a lot of help with the community center & additional help they provide! Close to the stores/gas stations & highways. Comstock park schools are amazing!!

It's very expensive. The lower floors are prone to mould. The hallways reek of cannabis. The appliances are very old. Every year it seems like rent goes up a few hundred dollars. Its more than doubled from when I moved in.

Maintenance is extremely prompt! We did have a car stolen in 2021 by the neighbor's kid from the next apartment. The car was recovered. Extensive damage and loss of property. Lots of fights during the summer and the KCSD is slow to respond. We have had to call man y many times for domestic violence and group fights right outside our patio.

I so disappointed about this apartment. It so dirty we have dog ---- everywhere around the building. It smell until in my apartment. Maintenance are lazy. Price is coming higher I started at $800 I am now at almost $1200 in 5 years that's crazy. I can't advise someone to more here seriously.

It's quiet and comfortable in the eastern-most area. The units themselves are reasonably nice and maintained. The walls don't transmit much sound, so neighbors aren't a nuisance. The lots are kept clear, clean, and safe throughout the year. Grounds are patrolled by security staff at night, and local police pass through frequently

Slow

Slow application workers. Put our applications to transfer months ago (yes! months end of July)and now just getting an answer. Every time I called the worker who had our transfer application.. was not available. So unprofessional. paying $200 extra for month to month, on top they want us to pay a security deposit. Our application should’ve been done like it was told to us as a smooth transfer at end of our lease in the early September.

I don't like that rent gets raised up every year however it is a nice place to live and it is convenient cause there are many stores and food places that is walking distance. Also the staff is pretty nice

I do all my lease and renewal online, but the staff I have interactions with have been great. The apartments themselves are a bit dated, but they are slowly upgrading them. Laundry room in the building is pretty clean and reasonable prices. It's been a good place for getting back on my feet after moving back to the state.

It's covered in trash, there is dog poop everywhere, the management doesn't return phone calls and the maintenance is super slow and does horrible work. The maintenance team entered my apartment without me home one time when I have a no enter without me being present signed on my lease (it was for routine maintenance, not an emergency).

It's Great as far as Maintenance, but the Monthly Payments are way to much and someone on Disability Social Security it's hard to make ends meet for a 1 Bedroom 1 person that Sucks . Maybe you need to lower payments so people. I go without eating a lot so I have to make payments or Eat !

Easy and fast application process. Great value for the cost of rent and area is surrounded by trees yet close to many stores. Convenient highway access. But apartment was in disrepair when I took possession and they keep closing my maintenance tickets without doing any work. My dishwasher hasn't worked at all since I moved in, the air conditioner is missing a knob and freezes up and stops working after a few hours, one of the closet doors came off, one of the windows can't be closed from the inside. The trim is all mismatched and there's mold around the windows. Only takes 4 days or so of non-use for mold to grow in the toilet bowl.

York Creek Apartments is a very quiet community. Pet owners take care of their pets outside droppings.The maintenance team takes care of any issues that arise in a timely fashion. While the office staff are there to help you in anyway they can.

I have lived at York Creek for many year. Every year my rent increasen. I can't afford to mive out and can barely afford to stay. The CONS are: -High RENT -36 units sharing 1 sm dumpster that is always overflowing on the ground. - Little security. Some one tried to steal my car and caused 1200 in damages. Someone tried breaking in my apartment 2x (different yrs). - Parking is difficult. Especially in the winter. They don't have tenents move vehicles to plow between vehicles. I've gotten stuck trying to back out many times! - In the winter the sidewalks and entryway are barely shoveled. I've done it myself many times. - If late on rent, then won't work with you. They will start eviction process. - Always and laundry rooms are always dirty and barely cleaned. The Pros: - Close to shopping centers. - Apartments a decent size. - Thankful to have a roof over my head.

Not enough parking spots for all of the people who live here with cars. Constantly having things break and maintenence taking too long to fix it. Not a good experience living here. People are terrible at cleaning up trash or animal droppings outside.
