I do not care for it. Rent goes up every yr. Nothing gets fixed n fixed properly. Should have 3 day leeway on rent. Dirty outside. Parking sucks. Etc I wouldn't recommend anyone here. Black mold in my home too.

The office staff is rude, the assistant property manager lives above me. She has two full grown gods that keep me and my 4 month old up most nights. They throw trash over their balcony. They let their dogs out on the deck. I have photos of urine and poop on my patio furniture, coming from the above balcony. None of us in the building have ever seen the dogs. They do not bring the dogs out for potty. They use the balcony.

Maintenance sucks. They literally wont return your phone call or look at work orders until you are forced to contact Kyle at Land and Co. Then they will finally do their jobs. Maintenence will also lie to you telling you that they are installing a brand new appliance when your current one breaks, but then they really just lie and say its brand new out of the box every time you ask them then when its installed you realize it was actually a use appliance out of someone elses apartment and that they didnt even clean it out so there was still old food in it. The leasing office employees are the worst though. They literally all have an attitude and act like they dont want to do their jobs. Garages are broken into on the daily. Even after you get a new clicker and new opener. They refuse to install security cameras for the residents yet every year they hike up your rent by 50-100 bucks. The air conditioners dont work that come in the apartments. The units are too large for 1 wall unit to cool sufficiently. And they wont allow window air conditioners due to insurance so be ready to fork out a couple thousand for the portable window air conditioners on wheels that are allowed and then another thousand for your electric bill during the summer just to run the portable air conditioners so your apartment isnt unbearable to live in. Ready for the only positive??? There are NO cockroaches or bed bugs here so I'm still here! But if bugs were an issue in my unit/building I'd be gone years ago. For a 3 bed (2 bed with a loft) and 1.5 bath with granite countertops and a washer/dryer in my apartment I think it's decent but only because I pay $1207 (started out paying $1115) and there are no 3 bedrooms in the CP school district that have rent that low. That's literally the only reason I'm still here, so my kids can stay in the district and not have to change schools or do school of choice where I have to drop off and pick up every day.

Needs to get the hallways painted, get security added. Like cameras my car got keyed and tires slashed in parking lot and they didnt have one camera to help solve anything. Maintenance doesn't come on the first call you have to call several times.

This complex is moderately maintained. Mostly quiet. Being a large complex, there are a lot of different types of people and not all are respectful of the common areas (ie. lots of littering) Rent is increasing rapidly. No recycling bins available.

Its been pretty good so far! You guys have been great. It seems like you do a good job maintaining the property around my apartment. A couple of my neighbors are unnecessarily loud in the mornings and nights. They leave so much trash (and used baby diapers) in the parking lot which is pretty disgusting but not your fault. Also, the water is bad here. I've started getting rashes due to the amount of corrosion and whatever else in the water lines/water. Other then that it's been great! I've enjoyed living here so far.

Apartment is basic, no upgrades and pretty crappy maintenance work done before move in date. Walls are paper thin so if peace is something you seek these apartments are terrible for you. Neighbors aren't thieves but they also aren't respectful of the fact that you live in an apartment community.

Overall, it's fairly quiet and very convinient being right off of alpine and so close to popular stores. There is an occasional hooligan ripping up and down the parking lot around 10pm and our garage door opens itself a couple times a week so i have to keep vigilant of our stuff in there. The neighbors are usually very quiet and when we do meet each other in the hall, they are pleasant.

I moved here to a 1 bedroom, which this is my first apartment. The staff here helped me, and showed me the apartment before I could pay first mouth rent and deposit. This showed me that the staff cares about me being apart on the neighborhood, which now I'm a resident here.

Neighbors are great, we dust off each other's cars take out each other's trash etc. I had an issue with neighbor dumping lime and grease and trash off their porch and they were evicted. Leasing office listens to you. Very friendly. My issue is they are tearing up the woods behind my building. It looks bad now, but before it was very scenic and quiet. I don't know why they would tear up the only wildlife left in this town.

Ive enjoyed living in York creek, the yearly raise in rent is outrageous though. Need to update the apartments for the prices they are charging and be more efficient with maintenance calls. Everything else is ok.

When I moved into York Creek, the pricing was more affordable and I do believe there are worse places you can live in the area. However, they do raise the rent every year without fail and it is getting to the point that it is unaffordable. They also do have a security vehicle that patrols occasionally throughout the night. That being said, there really is no security here. There is poor lighting in the parking lots at night and I had an incident with my vehicle being burglarized. After contacting the office requesting any sort of help, they essentially said "not our problem." This complex is only interested in making money in my experience, and anything you may do that could hinder that makes you a problem. Just know these things if you decide to stay here.

The older couples are nice and quiet but the full families have no idea what courtesy is. Parents can't take care of there kids. Community washer and dryers arr the biggest issues as people feel entitled to leave there stuff half washed for 3 days and leave the fully done clothes in the dryers.

No major concerns. Never really had an issue other than maintenance on occasion. With how many units there are maintenance issues can take a long time to be resolved or even ignored all together when we had a few minor problems.

I enjoy living here at York Creek. I have had minimal issues with office staff or maintenance. One time, maintenance said they would come back and fix an issue in my apartment and never returned, however, it wasn't a major issue so I wasn't upset. My only complaint is the neighbors in my building. They haven't been horrible but I can hear the people underneath me jumping a few times a week. I feel like that is to be expected in an apartment though.

People here do not respect the facilities and the landlord does not care about maintaining the property. The landlord obviously does not care about making the facilities nice and only cares about cash flow. A lot of low lifes in the community also, too much crime.

For the most part OK. Cost was a factor for sure. Size of apartment is adequate. Have a noise problem with neighbor located above and disappointed in the response from the management in correcting the problem.

Horrible, people that come in smoke in the halls, have loud dogs in a dog free building. I can't get maintenance to my apartment for anything. Mold is everywhere and I have told the office time and time again all primer did was paint over it. The people in the office are rude as hell. When you ask for the manager they always say she's busy and will tell her to call but never does even when I leave messages. So all in all it's ---- environment with ---- people running it in the office. Also i told maintenance they don't have permission to enter if im not here they DID anyway and all they did was say "oh sorry, it was on the notes I dont know why they did." No action was taken.

Takes a long time for maintenance to come. The ice removal is non existent. The washer and dryers and tenant use is horrible. The outdated air conditioners cost 250 a month to run in the summer and still isnt cooled down. Mold is horrible in the barely vented bathrooms.

I previously, lived at Yorkcreek Apts, before 2009, from 2001-2004. Then I moved back in 2009, I am, satisfied, living in this Community, every time that I need, something done, they respond fast. The Office Staff, are very polite and professional, very caring and concern about their residents, all areas of the community are well take care of, like landscape, in winter they clean as fast as they can, to clear sidewalks and entrance to the building, etc, etc.

It's nice having a place of my own, I have noticed it is a cheaper apartment a handful of things have fallen apart or were never attached properly before we moved in, I think it would be convenient to put trash cans outside every building as I've noticed a littering problem
