This community so far has been very nice. There hasn't been any problems so far with any neighbors or outside. Kids are able to play outside with no problem at all. It's very clean the trash bin can sometimes get way to full. Then there is trash flying around everywhere. Other than that it's pretty great.

We haven't had any issues with the leasing company itself but we have had issues with our neighbors in the building. It is a good location geographically to live, alpine is right there along with restuarants and other businesses. The room and space for the price is fair. However with so many people living in this area, it is not the best but not the worst.

The people in the office they not know help kind of rude for the price you pay property is never kept up. the outside is never kept up ,trash everywhere the laundry room is always nasty. I have had items fallen out of my apartment by the 3rd party no help

My hallway and apt always smell like weed from my neighbors, they play the music so loud thatbit vibrates my floor, one guy found dead in his car by my home, some guy was shot across the street from my apt, police and K9 promitted me from entering on a different day because they were looking for a felon, came out on my porch another day to cops standing in playground pointing guns and yelling towards my building, mail gets stolen i have to send packageselsewhere or store pick up. I have 4 household members. we can shower 2 at a time because we run out of hot water after two 15-20 min. showers. But all my utilities are included.

It's been terrible. We have people above us that caused us 3 water damages, they have kids that run around like a herd of elephants non stop, smoke weed all the time, people across the hall play music so loud that we can hear it in our apartment, we've called maintanence about our garage and nothing's been done, our sink drains stink and nothing's been done, we've made numerous complaints and they get ignored. Our rent is constantly going up mean while the people who live around us never have theirs increased.

It's okay. I think the apartment office was a problem to start. We had problems with our paperwork that took years to correct which wasn't our problem. It was their issue. Finally resolved after multiple attempts to do so.

Complex is incredibly large - too large. Management is all about the extra fees it can add to your account and displays very little empathy, unless your account balance is in arrears. Maintenance will arrive timely, but there is no communication and they leave no record of their visit.

The office isn't very organized. We paid our holding fee for when we initially moved in here and I had to call to get a checklist for move in and I was told I didn't pay my hold fee and almost didn't get an apartment due to the office staff not looking for it. When we moved in, I was assigned to the incorrect apartment and even after this was corrected and taken care of and we moved into the right apartment, I was served for the incorrect apartment 2 weeks after I moved in. I had to go to the office repeatedly day after day to get the court date dismissed and get the issue resolved because there was no sense of urgency from the office to fix it. Now that I live here, I've called multiple times for my downstairs neighbor because the people that live beneath me have a dog that they don't clean up after. There's piles and piles of dog poop outside, directly underneath me. They've done nothing about it and I can't imagine how it's going to smell once it's warm outside. I pay almost $1,000 a month to live here and it's a laughable apartment complex. If I could move, I would.

Good clean apartments very nice neighbors and More affordable than most you find now a days they have amazing people in the leasing office they always know how to help the only problem is maintenance I've had multiple things that needing some fixing since I've moved in and I have been here for about a year and maintenance has never came I have been paying every month for granted countertops I don't have

People usually either keep to themselves or you hear every little thing that goes on in your neighbors places or in our case especially the hallways. Maintenance has gotten better over the years but contacting the office for literally anything barely ever gets you a response unless you physically go in and even then its 50/50 on whether or not they can actually fix your problem. It's nice because it's cheaper and they certainly let you do more now to decorate but there are still a lot of restrictions and you can tell the property doesn't hold up to someone living in it for multiple years no matter how often you clean and maintain.

I love how quite my apartment area is, the application process as well was smooth and the employees were so kind. When i renew my lease they make it so convenient and easy as well. Maintenance isn't the best and they do jobs kind of half way. But when they come they are very nice still. Overall I've been living here for some years now and I'm happy with the experience.

We are very disappointed in " hot water " running out of the complex. When we call maintenance and the front office. Both use the same go to line. " everybody is using the hot water in peak hours" who cares i work 12hours a day and if I want a hot shower at 8pm then i should have one. i pay the most expensive rent for the 3 bedroom apartment and we run out of water 2-3 times a month.

The area I live in is pretty quiet. There usually isn't that much activity going on around my building. I've had multiple neighbors move in and out around me, and I haven't had any problems with any of them.

Very nice apartment with wooded views and dining area. Apartments have not been updated. Lobbies have dirt carpets and need paint. Bathrooms are heartbreaking. The dumpster overfill with garbage and nobody picks it up for days.It makes me feel bad to live like this.

I love it here. Its very peaceful. My child goes to school in the comstock park area and i work near here so its the perfect location. Maintenance doesn't take to long to come when you call. They are very helpful

I am have been living here for 5 years and have had an over all good experience. Having a garage is a huge perk. Upgrades could definitely be made and a better effort to pick up trash would make a positive change.

I feel the apartments are very expensive with nothing to show. No updated appliances they don't even have a pool. The office never answers the phone. A lot of tenants keep trash in the balcony which us tacky

In general it is the cheapest apartment available in The Grand Rapids area and it shows. The rent payment does not get used wisely to improve the renters living experience. Why should I still be paying a granite countertop premium after 5 years? My rent has increased, solely on market value, way too much. Just because you can make more money doesn't mean you should, and if you do make more money then invest it in the property so that residents at least experience a better living experience for the rent.

I USE TO LIKE YORKCREEK APARTMENTS BUT ALOT HAS CHANGE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE JUST THAT YOU DONT FEEL SAFE ALWAYS BREAK IN IN PEOPLES CARS. MAINTENANCE IS THE WORST NOTHING GETS FIXED THAT NEEDS TO GET FIXED ALWAYS GOT TO BE CALLING IN TO MAKE SURE STUFF GETS DONE.

Dog friendly buildings. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of trees and green space behind buildings. Garage included with rental. Weekly cleaning if the hall and common area. Decent size living room. Efficient units when it comes to utilities

Ok community, could be better. Leasing office is understanding and will work with you. Maintenece could be better takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get them to work on something, that being said they probably are really busy.
