I will NEVER recommend York Creek to ANYONE! The staff is extremely rude and does NOT listen to concerns. Halfway threw my lease a friend was cooking on the stove while I was at work, and caught the apartment on fire. My Insurance covered ALL damages, I was very displeased with the communication between maintenance, and the YC staff, they did a horrible job repairing things, and I asked for new carpet since the fire damaged it, they declined(even tho my ins. Would have paid for it). 4 months left on my lease I found 2 BED BUGS! They sent people to treat it who NEVER came, and the next month I received a letter saying I needed to move out when my lease is up and cannot resign, due to the fire. After moving they said I owed them $120 over my security deposit bc of damaged carpets. Something my insurance would've paid for 4 months prior! The staff is very unprofessional. I would not recommend, especially since they don't take care of their bed bugs! Eww

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!! The staff is horrible and so unprofessional. No one ever knows what they are doing and can't keep up with things they need. maintenance requests takes MONTHS (literally took them 3 months to complete my order). They lose leases, keys and everything else important you give them. MANAGEMENT couldn't be worse! They're cheap for a reason, wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Horrible place to live smh

I had a great experience when looking for apartments here at York Creek. Olivia Kukawski very helpful since I was in the process of moving from FL to MI, she took care of all the paper work. I like that the apartment comes with a garage that is already included in the rent, that's a great added feature. It's close to a nice little park where you can go to relax. It's also close to grocery stores like Walmart and Aldi, there are also great restaurants nearby. It's in a central location that gives you access to many places.

When I arrived she was prepared and gave me the personal attention I needed to make this difficult decision.. I been to other places and felt my time wasn't important and I felt like a number. I'm in the process of moving into my second apartment at York Creek now, and my experience both times has been wonderful! Olivia helped me during both moves and she is amazing at making a personal connection with whoever she is helping. York Creek really is a very nice place to be living.

These apartments are the worst in Grand Rapids by far. Unprofessional rude staff. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to calls. Trash litters the parking lot. Loud neighbors, creepy people hanging out in the parking lots at night. Take my advice go anywhere but here.

Olivia was my leasing agent and was very helpful. The apartment I moved into is very clean and the carpets were brand new upon arrival. My girlfriend and I were assured brough each step of the application process. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I have been a resident in York Creek for almost 3 years, I have had my ups and downs/goods and bads. Thankfully through it all Jamie from Resident Relations has been there for me to listen to my complaints, issues, concerns, or whatever I bring to her table. She has been very involved and caring about the community and the residents, not only myself. I know that I can go to her with anything and she will make sure it is heard and I am not just another in line. I also have had my fair share of maintenance issues since living there (who doesn't! lol) and I have encountered Marty from maintenance a couple times and I was thoroughly impressed when I had an issue with my dishwasher, he came in ready to work even with a brace/cast on his leg and with crutches! He still performed his tasks as needed and fixed the problem that wasn't even there but told me products to help with my issue! (my first dishwasher!) Over all I would recommend living here for the price, the endless opportunities around the city, the staff for always being available, and the environment. I am happy to say I have made my apartment a home. Thanks York Creek & Staff!

I am happy with your creek because of the staff. When we went apartment shopping, york creek had by far the friendliest staff. I also love the apartments. I have a 2 bedroom loft and it is very nice. It gives us a lot of space and it is very nice.

Love the area and my leasing agent Olivia Kukawski was a godsend in making this as painless as possible. There was initially an issue but they let me know immediately and recitified it better than I could hope. Would recommend definitely.
