I loved living here. Ms. Jenny Baxter, the manager, has always gone above and beyond when an issue arises. She listens and is very diligent about getting the job done. I have had many apartments and Coopers Landing is the best place to live. Maintenance is wonderful as well. The property is very well kept and I have always felt safe.

I just came into the office last week I didn't make an appointment but I was greeted by Ciara in a timely manner. She sat us down and asked us our information and what we were looking for. They unfortunately didnt have any apartments but she was more than willing to go over the floorplans with us which was nice and she offered to give us a call when they had something that would fit what we were looking for.

Would like to thank Ciara in the leasing office for the hard work she put in making the paperwork and move in process as painless as possible. We've had to make a few work orders since moving in and Ciara was nothing but helpful with those as well! Thanks again!

I have been living here at Coopers Landing for about 2 years, and it has been great here! It is such a quiet place and all of my neighbors are really nice. When I have to call the office the staff there are really knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. I really enjoy speaking with Saleena. She is always so helpful and she makes sure she follows up with all my questions and maintenance request I have put in to ensure that I am happy with everything. I plan on being here for a long time and so far it has be amazing!

I've been a resident a little over two years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Coopers Landing. The office staff is always kind, organized, and knowledgeable. I've been having a bit of trouble with my appliances lately, and everytime I speak to a sweet young girl named Ciara. Ciara is always willing to talk through my issues with me and even offered to come look at my fridge herself since maintenance was so busy.

Coopers Landing is by far, the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The floor plans are spacious, the grounds are kept up, it's quiet and it's close to local stores and restaurants. The office staff is also so wonderful! Jenny, Megan R, Saleena, Ciara and Meghan M are all so friendly and accommodating. My cat Mr. Freckles and I look forward to leasing here another year!

The entire staff at Coopers landing has been wonderful to work with. I have worked with Megan, Jenny and Saleena recently. Megan has been extremely patient with me while I have been deciding on the perfect new home and has shown me apartments in the older and newer section. She seems genuinely interested in helping me find what I will be happiest with.

Very nice community and Salem's was great. Looking forward to moving into the apartment this upcoming Friday. I believe this would be a fantastic place to start out at and get me time grow. I think I'm going to love it here

In the five years I've been living here there have been two different occasions when I attempted to get maintenance to come fix the problem I was having. In both cases I was talked out of it by the maintenance guy on the phone. This time, not having any hot water, I attempted to get them to come out again… But again, was talked out of it.. this time was special in that he felt he had to talk to me like I was 4yrs old.. that was as refreshing as the cold shower I will be dealing with for.... who knows

Every time I've stopped into the office with any concerns Jenny has been attentive to them and resolved them quickly. I've spoken to Megan in the past regarding a work order that I placed and she was on it right away! Great staff and always pleasant to interact with.

Beautiful, tranquil setting. Just minutes from downtown or a drive in the country. Quiet without being too quiet. No problems with pets. Everyone is friendly. Staff is professional. Especially Ciara. Overall a great place to live.

I stopped in last week to get a little info about possibly moving to Coopers Landing when my current lease is up. Talked with Jenny in the office and she let me know exactly what I wanted to know about pricing and available units...and was super friendly! I was really impressed with the property and how kept up it looked. Hopefully making this me new home when my current lease is up!

These people are great i have lived here a few times and its a great place, Jenny B the manager is awesome to deal with and both of the maintenance guys are awesome and have worked there for a long time and fix things the first time.

I have lived in Coopers Landing for about a year and a half and compared to many other apartments in the area, it is one of the best! It is in a safer area of town and right in the middle of all the stores and restaurants you may want to go to. They accept pets and have a nice dog park, as well as a nice sidewalk that loops through the whole community! I have only had one issue with a roof leak since we moved in and they got it fixed in a timely manner, working with a contractor. Very glad we picked this complex and love the space we got!

I am newer to the area and had stopped in to inquire about an apartment. I spoke to the manager, Jenny I believe was her name. I usually don't leave reviews but I'll be honest, this was such an awesome experience I felt I had to. She was so friendly! I didn't feel rushed and she answered every question I had. I will most likely be renting from coopers landing!

I've lived in several apartment complexes in the Kalamazoo area, and Cooper's Landing was definitely my favorite! They allow large dogs and recently added a cute little dog park. It's close to downtown and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely move back and recommend them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coopers Landing. They have so many unique and functional layouts and you cannot beat what you get especially at the price! We just moved into our second unit here and both times we were in need of special circumstances. Both times Coopers Landing staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The maintenance staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the office staff is the absolute best! I had to call them with a bunch of questions that I was stressing about and no matter if I spoke to Jenny, Ciara, Megan, or Katie, everyone treated me wonderfully, gave me great answers and was fantastic. They made me feel completely at ease about all the stuff I was over worried about! I'd recommend you give them a chance if you're looking to move!

Everyone is super friendly and very helpful! Rosalind was great and it was a pleasure working with her to get the perfect home for me. She worked up my paperwork super fast so i could move in right away. Maintenance is spot on when it come to needing help with anything. Residents are friendly and so are their dogs. So far so good! I love my new place!

I am so happy I moved in here! I was looking for an apartment to accommodate myself and my Saint Bernard. Finding a place that's nice that will take a dog of that size is very difficult! I walked in and began the application process and Rosalind Adams was BEYOND accommodating to get me in a unit as soon as possible. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and making sure everything was done quickly so I could move in right away! Thank you!

I love living here because I know I am getting what I am paying for! I have awesome neighbors and the office staff is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. My fiance and I were planning on buying a house next year but we love it so much we are going to stay. Thanks to Saleena Leake in the front office! She got us approved in just a couple days! I would recommend anyone to come check it out here!

I looked at this community when I was looking to relocate to Kalamazoo. I had a wonderful experience with Saleena Leake. She walked me through the application process and gave me insight to the community, and answered all of my questions. She was very patient with me since I was out of state and always followed up with me in a timely manner. Even though I didn't choose Coopers Landing it's still a beautiful community and I recommend taking a tour with Saleena.

I just recently moved here and am very pleased with my townhouse. It is well kept and peaceful. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful. I personally delt with Saleena Leake and she was great! She was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I would recommend Coopers Landing for anyone to call home.
