I love my townhouse. The neighborhood is a bit noisy in the summer but the buildings are clean, I have a garage, washer/dryer and they allow my pets. All my wants were fulfilled in one place and I genuinely enjoy living here.

When I moved in to my apartment it smelt so badly of dogs. The carpet was re cleaned, but that didn't help. An ozone machine was placed in my apartment and then forgot about, my apartment smelt like literal poison because of that. On top of all that someone else's dog hair still lives in my carpet (no matter the amount of times I vacuum) and it is disgusting. I never reached out because the initial move was stressful and everything offered wasn't working. In doing my move in check sheet there were many things that were written down as well as 30+ photos that they told us to keep and not share with them. (We were not shown our exact apartment until the move in date. We were showed a similar one that was empty and in MUCH better condition.) The outdated appliances were a bummer as well. There was an issue with the 3rd floor that was bought to the offices attention. They continuously smoke cigarettes' on the balcony and throw them onto the area by my sliding door (2 things-I didn't know I was in a smoke building until the day I moved in. I didn't even know this was an option. I don't smoke. The kids on the 3rd floor also throw food and other items over the balcony.) pictures were taken and the leasing office said they would have maintenance take care of it and that never happened. I then went into the office to let them know and a letter was posted about no smoking and the mess still was not cleaned up. I don't feel that I should have to nag the main office for things to get done. Other than that and the maintenance being called 3 times the first week or 2 of living there, the apartment community isn't so bad. The dog park and disc golf course is great and it is in a nice location.

I like the community. Having security is nice and makes me feel a luttle more at ease. It would be nice if the apartments had central air especially with being multiple level units. Of course a pool would be a dream!!!

I first moved to Coopers Landing in 2016 when I was escaping a difficult marriage. The staff at the time was extremely helpful as I had to move as soon as possible and keep my location a secret, I wasn't even able to view my apartment ahead of time. I moved to a bigger unit in 2019 after a long time on a wait list for specific apartment. I've always felt safe and well cared for here and have recommended it to others. I am extremely grateful that I was allowed to do some flower gardening around my lower level apartment. I fill the beds with flowering annuals and perennials each year and take great delight in creating a welcoming space since I miss my home gardens so much! I've expanded the landscaping to apartments near me after obtaining my neighbor's permission. It has helped to create a great sense of community!

Overall decent, with the exception of the continued vehicle burglaries. Also frustrated that the security PIN code has not been functioning for at least two years now and the staff continues to lock the front door. Also frustrating that people are constantly parking in front of their garages and it harder to gain access to the main door. Pets also need to be monitored a little closer, there is an order dog pin left outside on the grass so the pet owner can just leave their pets there as opposed to walking them. During the warmer months you can definitely see all of the destroyed grass from the animals urine.

Throughout the process of finding my home, Jessica as well as the other staff members were very helpful. Always professional, timely with responses and overall a good experience. When I moved in, there were a couple of small things that needed fixing so I reached out and they were more than happy to help and added a work order in immediately, just waiting for them to be fixed :) I strongly recommend going to see Jessica for help finding your home!

I have loved my home at Coopers Landing. It is quiet, well-maintained, and my neighbors are a joy. Any maintenance concerns I've had have been managed promptly and appropriately .I have had no concerns in the three years I've lived here.

The motor traffic is constant and it is very noisy. The grounds are littered and covered in dog poop. The residents don't pick up after their pets and maintenance does not clear the trash from the grounds. The water pressure is terrible, the hot water lasts for about 15 minutes, so showers are not fun.

It's been a nightmare. I have the worlds most inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. 3 kids constantly running, jumping, screaming?I have asked them many times if they could reduce the noise and each time they tell me " We pay rent, we can be as loud as we want" I can't wait to move out.

Overall- I like the space that the apartment has to offer, and the staff is nice. It surprised me walking in, I didn't know they had a layout with a loft style, it's pretty cool. It's a generic apartment, but it was in good shape when I moved in, with ample parking. The garage is a bonus (you aren't suppose to use the outlets in there, though) and the porch is a good size. Also - the pantry is huge. The vaulted ceilings are definitely the biggest wow factor when you walk into my layout, though. I don't have any complaints about look/cleanliness. It's an average apartment, so the quality is just about the same as everywhere else. The grass is well maintained by whoever cuts it in the summer! I just think for how big the community is, it should have something better to look at! Add some color by the mailboxes, shrubs, something! The sun just beams off these huge buildings, not a very pretty sight no offense. There are some wooded areas by here, add a trail or another, larger, dog park! There are so many pet owners here, it would get used! Especially by the residents in the back. So much opportunity around here to add a little pizaz for the residents (and add a couple bucks to the rent). In coopers landing on gull road specifically, the water is heavily chlorinated. It wasn't like this when I first moved in, but has been like this for about 4 months now. It's so bad I don't feed it to my pets, and I use Britta water for my plants. Here's my dislikes: (sorry, there are more) My boyfriends car got broken into the second week I lived here, and I live in the back. People don't pick up their dogs poop very often. I think it would be better if there were more bag/trash stations, and lights around walking areas, so people could see and have accessibility to pick it up. The poop bags are so spread out. Maintenance is super nice but isn't very fast, I put in two orders for my window and it's still not fixed, I think they forgot. Luckily it's winter so I don't care about opening it. Maybe I'll try again in the spring. They say heating is covered but it's restricted and I wasn't told that upon signing. My thermostat won't allow me to go above 72. The bathroom fans have a switch but even if it's flipped off, they have them hardwired to stay on ??????? I don't really care but that may bug some people because they are not that quiet. Constant construction back by the newer buildings, they are gearing up for the third one since I've been here. The community is way bigger than I ever thought! It's ok for what you pay, but Im heavily debating if I want to spend more than a year here! I think a pool, gym, nature trail, second dog park, would definitely add appeal to this place. The water is what freaks me out the most.

Besides being peed on by neighbor upstairs from me, several times, He used his porch for the bathroom,,....everything has been fine! It took a year to get him out and making a police report. That was a relief.

I don't think they have enough help for the amount of expansion. The builders take no pride in their job, when I moved in there was still paint tape on the walls, a paint spill on the carpet, and all our windowsills had to be redone. There are break-in auto thefts nearly every night and there has been no change to security. There used to be a security truck that was always driving around and the worker was very pleasant, always waving hello I always recognized him. Now that there is a new security system I have never seen the car driving around. The biggest issue was when we were getting to the fall season and the heat wasn't turning on. My roommate and I called three times between the two of us and the only thing maintenance would say is that we need to latch our windows closed, which they were and that he wouldn't sure on until it was 54?. We called corporate and they immediately sent someone out because the information they told us was incorrect, and it turned out that the wiring was done wrong between our apartment and the apartment next to us. I do feel safe to go for a run in the loop and in surrounding neighborhoods by myself. I just feel like there should be more amenities for the price being paid, and the continual expansion. I do feel like I'm in a very clean apartment with a very nice view, and I like being away from the college campus life.

Staff is pleasant and kind. Also helpful. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to Maintenance requests. Even if it's a weekend and you call the emergency number. Grass is mowed and snow is plowed when needed. I just wish rent didn't go up every year.

My experience at this apartment has been good overall. Office staff and maintenance have been diligent and friendly for the most part. The complex is quite and nice to walk around. Main complaint would be too much dog poop and litter not picked up. I would recommend to friends and family to live at Cooper's Landing.

Prices are pretty good for what you get. Nice apartment that's pretty quiet and plenty to do in the complex itself. All apartments have garages and a lot of them are attached which is great. I really only have 3 complaints 2 are complex wide and 1 is apartment specific. Dumpsters can get really full and people tend to leave trash on the side along with large trash that doesn't fit, the complex does not have any type of recycling and my apartment has been close to the construction for a couple of years now and that can be annoying working 3rd shift.

Not very good. I pay as much as the people with central air attached garage two levels for their apartments, newer. I had no option when I moved it I would prefer the first or third floor. I'm on the second floor and I don't know what else to say. I guess I have to keep talking to have 200 minimum on that minimum.

I have greatly enjoyed my experience here. I am very happy with the size of the apartment and the attached garage. The apartment is relatively new and is in good condition. I feel like I get a great value for my money with what I am getting and the price I pay. Overall I am very satisfied with the place. The only complaint I have is that the fire alarms have malfunctioned quite a few times. These alarms are extremely loud to the point that it is almost necessary to go outside when they malfunction. Sometimes this is when it is very cold or late at night/early morning. (This happens very infrequently so it is not an issue that has changed my opinion on the apartment).

The office is very unhelpful. I moved into an apartment that smells horribly of cigarette smoke and even with airing it out, ozone, and air fresheners I still smell it. They told me even with my asthma and having an asthma attack because of this, my only option was to buy out the lease for 7k. After that my garage has broken 3 times and one where I was unable to get my car out of the garage to get to work. My car has been egged and there is dog poop everywhere. Their stands with poop bags and a trash can are always full. My only positive so far is the rent is reasonable.

Cooper's Landing used to be more upscale and quiet. Since they opened it to Section 8, it has gotten considerably more noisy at all hours and my apartment constantly smells like marijuana from the neighbors. Rent is ridiculously high for this kind of environment.

I live in the newest side of the complex. I totally love my new home. I appreciate that the office team meet my requirements for living here. When I arrived to tour my new place, before signing my contract, I was like "Oh! My goodness I am totally in love with what will be my new place to call home". Staff meet my requirements; thus, exceeded my expectations.

I'm disappointed with maintenance, things we're damaged when I moved in and they still have not repaired the screen door. Despite waiting months. I also reported the front door was hanging crooked preventing it from latching shut. So much for security with no peephole on the door and a hallway left open because the front door doesn't latch.
