Great Choice
I'm just over a week post-move-in. I will update my review if/when I see fit, but so far my experience has been great. Grace was amazing at keeping me updated through the application and wait list process (I actually feel bad, because I applied early expecting a long wait and kept saying no until the time was right - sorry!). Once I finally said yes, she got me all the details I needed and was very responsive to my questions. Once I moved into a two bedroom Valient floorplan, there were a couple of maintenance concerns that were addressed promptly. Overall, this is the cleanest property I have moved into. My only complaint would be that my upstairs neighbors have a kid(s?) that run all over the place, and they talk a bit loud, so I can hear all of that through the ceiling. And it's really only a complaint since I work from home. It isn't bad when my TV is on. Otherwise, it's a very quiet place to live. I don't hear any of the other neighbors that share walls. Everyone I have come across while walking my dog has been respectful and polite as well. Seems like a good place to be, and I'm very happy with my choice to live here. My dog has come to enjoy the dog park. It's a decent size, but I do wish it was a bit bigger since she likes to run hard (border collie - it's in her blood lol).

Great location. Little to no crime. Good maintenance service. Turnover in office seems to have stabilized and better communication now! Roads do need to be repaved although that seems to be ongoing in in portions.

So far the community has been great. Landscaping is nice and snow is regularly plowed. Only issue is the people who do not pick up after their dogs and then it is bard to walk in the grass without having to look for dog poop. As well as a dog trying to attack my dog. Otherwise it has been good and people are nice

Quiet community Maintenance comes with in timely manner. Was are a little thin. Sometimes issues with role not cleaning up after their dogs, even though the apartment supplies doggie poop bags throughout the community.

Coopers landing has washers and dryers which is a great bonus and a dog park . Many apartments in Kalamazoo don't have these things. The office staff is very kind and helps me with anything I need as well.

I love living at Coopers. It's been 7 years of awesomeness. The buildings are great and the staff is second to none. It's great to see the expansion. And the hockey tix are a great perk :-). The only improvement I would love is a pool. Seeing that may not be possible, maybe just a hot tub or something?

I like my apartment and complex I just wish there was move for the kids. The dog park is bigger than the park and a pool would be nice other than that I like the complex but the rent is a little high but now compared to other around.

Thus far very satisfied. Our area has been very quiet. lawn care good, trash could be improved mainly from over loaded by vacating residence, but usually corrected in reasonable time. Some of buildings have green mold which could get worse if not attended to. Dogs continue to be a on going issue with owners failig to be responsible about droppings.

Good experience applying and moving in.
Through the whole application and move in process Tyler was very flexible and helpful and flexible with me and my girlfriend being remote. This is my first time moving into an apartment, so Tyler was patient with me and answered all my questions.

Coopers Landing Apts is a nice community, quiet and well maintained. Cordial Staff. Grounds are well groomed. They keep up with the snow removal. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Many sidewalks, I feel safe walking around by myself. I enjoy living here.

Walls are supper thin you can hear the neighbors talking and fighting neighbors upstairs are not considerate of the fact they have downstairs neighbors vacuuming at 2am in the morning the office don't take anything serious.

I have lived in coopers landing since 2021. Management is fine and it's not too loud out here. However, it is a lot of families and I'd wish they'd get two pools instead of building on more units. I also wish they'd upgrade the units to stainless steel appliances!

The apartment itself is wonderful. I enjoy having the laundry in-unit and my attached garage. However the cleanliness of the complex is quite bad. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, all the grass that is left behind after being cut, and people not picking up after their dogs and/or leaving dog bags outside of their door. They also do not respond to any of the messages in the resident portal in the contact me portion, which I find very unprofessional.

I enjoy living here. It's always quiet and everyone is super helpful and nice. I have never had anyone issues with anyone since I've been living here. I plan on staying here for a while. I like the area.

I think coopers landing has been awesome! I really think all of the office staff are very helpful and friendly, maintenance is pretty efficient. The dog park is awesome, having a washer and dryer in the unit and the garage being attached is great. I would recommend Coopers landing to anyone!

Very quiet for such a large complex. Comfortable residence for a reasonable price. One downside to all the buildings looking identical is that deliveries are difficult & often left at the wrong apartment.

Great place to live. Convenient to Gull Rd businesses, but far enough from the business of Kalamazoo. The loft apartments are where it's at and it feels much bigger than it actually is. Some property rules seem overly strict, but overall satisfied.

The apartment is spacious but all fixtures/appliances are very cheap. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The services of the office have declined every year. Office staff are disinterested and unhelpful frequently. Maintenance is decent.

Coopers landing is great! Been here two weeks and could not be happier. Tyler in the office was great with helping me get a tour and applied. Thankful to be here. The loft style apartment is spacious with plenty of storage.

Nice quiet complex I live in a townhouse with an attached garage which is well laid out, spacious and well maintained. Management does a great job. Maintenance is timely. Landscaping and snow removal is well done. I like living here.

My apartment is the town house style very quiet. Love the fact that my garage is connected to the apartment I don't need to worry about noisy neighbors because there is no one above me. The only disappointing thing my solar lights that I put outside my front entrance to help with lighting were stolen.

Its been nothing but helpful people. Tyler was very helpful throughout our lease signing process along with the whole process to be honest. The apartments themselves are really nice compared to my last place and I'm defiantly glad i moved here.

I like living here but honestly I think it's too big to not have a pool or workout facility. The play area for children is small despite me not having children. Kids throw ball in the grass. It's kinda weird.

It's a great community. Very peaceful and quiet. The area is clean and well maintained. Any problems that I may face are treated with care and my needs are always met. I would definitely recommend living within this community for those looking.
