Nice inside just having neighbors with small kids 4-8 yrs old running in the house above your head 80% of tge time just isn't peaceful at all.First two years the neighbors didn't have small children and heard them walking around but nothing out the norm for an apartment but last 3 yrs hear what sounds like furniture being dragged across floors,and the constant running that starts pretty much 6 days a week and starts again after about 430 pl until after 11pm most weeknights.Talked to office at least 4 times and said if you have any problems let us know. I think they talked to them and it was quiet for about a week but i haven't called them in awhile as seen no changes. Office staff and maintenance are pretty nice though whenever i went in office,haven't in over yr and half probably now or close to since you can't pay rent in there everything online. I do understand having small kids i have raised two 30 something yr old adults i just lived on bottom floors when they were small or we were in a house. Grounds nicely kept and i really like living here except the constant running. I had two family members that were considering moving here but hearing that running and bumping changed their minds.Office have said call them if need assistance and i have but try not to keep calling them about same thing. Have money to move just dread having to put everything back together in another place.

It is very quiet around the complex! Close to everything on Gull Rd as well. They are quick to resolve any issues and maintenance is quick on any repairs that are needed as well. Staff is friendly and helpful!

As far as apartment living goes, it's pretty good here. Maintenance happens quick when requested and most other issues are usually resolved quickly. Quiet neighbors but you can still hear everyone walking around, etc. But that's not their fault. There are just thin walls with no insulation. I just wish there was central AC. A single window unit in the living room doesn't even touch the bedrooms. There is central heat though.

Our apartment quality met expectations, aside from not being made aware that we would be given a unit in the smoking building, and the unit not having been DEEP cleaned. Maintenance responded VERY quickly to some requests we've made here, though. We personally have some partying neighbors, as well as neighbors with very loud vehicles, but neither have warranted a sound complaint yet. Otherwise, the main complaint I have is that parking can be hell because our building doesn't have fresh lines painted.

It is up and down in terms of customer service, maintenance and security. This is no longer a 200 unit complex, yet it is managed as such. The contractor for snow removal damaged the siding nmbetween my garage and my neighbor's. No one from mgmt contacted me to apologize & say when it would be repaired. The asphalt contractor left a big dip that leaves a big puddle that is now freezing over. There is only 1 security guard for this 800+ complex and is only here for part of the night. Many repairs take months, sometimes years to get repaired because we are at the mercy of corporate. Curb appeal us very inconsistent. Instead of excuses as to why issues are not addressed, I would appreciate proposed solutions. On a positive note, I feel that our Mgr, Norma, is trying her best. The current office staff seems friendlier and we have hard working caring maintenance crew.

Really enjoyed living here, great sidewalks for walking/running the dogs. Very friendly neighbors, and the staff was very nice, and helpful. The maintenance men were always on top of everything. No complaints!

A fairly quiet and safe community. I (22F) frequently went on walks around the area and felt safe, even at night. AC is only 1 wall unit in the living room which led to poor temperature control but other wise I would recommend coopers landing

Everything is great but I am disturbed of how many people don't pick up after their dog. I wish people would be more accountable for this issue. Everything else is very nice. I would suggest it to anyone that needs a place to live.

I have been happy overall with my apartment. I've rarely had to contact maintenance & they are generally quite responsive. My neighbors are mostly quiet, though I did have some younger neighbors who were loud on the weekends at times, I'd call security as needed. My rent has increased about $300 in the past 5 years, but apparently that's keeping up with market rate. It's discouraging that housing is so expensive! I'm quite content living here overall, though!

I have lived in many apartments. This one def lacks insulation. You can hear your neighbors when they walk, shower, pee, yell, dogs barking, etc. There is also poor management when it comes to resolving issues. They do not prioritize the issues. Doesn't matter if it's an emergency or not. They handle issues as they are reported. They are always behind and it has taken several weeks and even months to resolve some of my issues. Two are still outstanding.

This apartment is great. Safe neighborhood and the attached garage unit is a great perk. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner and all staff is respectful. Dog park is available but the playground area for kids is very underwhelming

They keep raising my rent without any improvements. I have washout of dirt on my sidewalk. I have water backups in my kitchen sink that goes into my dishwasher. Because people keep putting grease down there kitchen drains

On the whole it is a nice place to live. The rent is sort of high and it does go up more than it should. You should give breaks to people who stay in the same apartment for quite a few years. I have had good service if something goes wrong.

Pretty quiet and well maintained. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Parking can be challenging at times if you want to park near your building but that's why you have your own garage. Nice place though!

It's a beautiful place to live and they keep the place clean. It's a little pricey but it's worth every penny. Would be better with pool or a bigger playground for the kids to have something more to do.

My income has gone down since I retired. But the rent has gone up almost $300 a month in the same time frame. I am now worried that I will have to move.?? the garbage company doesn't come often enough and it's quite common to see garbage sprawled all over the area. on average, it's quiet enough the packages do come up missing if they leave them at your door or they don't fit in the mailbox of your building. People don't let their dogs poop in the proper areas so there's a lot of poop on the sidewalks and right next to the sidewalks.

It's okay. Staff helpful. Maintence respond very timely. Grounds - trash on lawns sometimes. Could use a large playground for the kids. Cars don't adhere to the speed limit- go way too fast. carpeting on stairs pulling away - dangerous for anyone wearing heels!

The apartment is clean and spacious. There is plenty of storage. Having an attached garage is an amenity I haven't had at any other complex and it is great. The grounds are well maintained. The property is quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant place to live.

I think this is my 9th year here. The office people are very nice. I work 2nd shift, so I don't see too many people. About my only concern is the parking. I know we get a garage, but the extra parking is always packed, BIG Trucks use up a lot. But, over all, a nice quiet living space. The increase in rent has been increasing at a HIGH rate....inflation I guess.

We have enjoyed the layout of a third floor one-bedroom loft apartment at Cooper's Landing for six years. We also like the on-site dog park. Most maintenance requests have been resolved sufficiently and in a timely manner. Other pros include: well maintained lawn, 10'x10' deck, walk-in pantry, pet friendly, in-unit laundry, garage included in rent. Some cons include: continuous construction of new buildings, seemingly high turn over of the office staff creating miscommunication, a lack of coniferous trees on the property, occasionally noisy/inconsiderate fellow tenants.

Highs and lows. Unsure of competency of maintenance and or ability of management to outsource contractors to complete repairs. Older buildings do not seem to be a priority for upgrades although rent increases each year.

At no fault to the office staff, the buildings are built poorly. The doors and windows are crooked. There are BUGS and DUST bunnies, not to mention previous renter's pet hair, PAINTED INTO THE WALLS in multiple units. My uncle has owned a professional painting business for 10 years and even he knows you're meant to PREP the walls with each paint job. The units are NEVER cleaned properly prior to move-ins. Each unit I've seen when someone moves in has been dirty, as if no one has lived in it for years and there are cobwebs/bugs/dust built up on random surfaces. Again, at no fault to the staff, there is major issues with car break-ins, garage break-ins, etc. even with security at nighttime. The property has a tennis ball court that's bigger than the dog park and children's playground? no one is playing tennis as often as people are playing with their dogs/children - be serious and get rid of the tennis court to expand for families.

It's not bad everyone neighbor is very friendly. I did have one issue with bugs but it was taken care of very quickly. I do however wish out air conditioning was better as it does cool down much. Over all okay

When we first moved in this was a quiet clean apartment complex. Now it is not nearly as clean and the emphasis seems just to be on money?Raising the rent even when you pay on time all year and have no issues for the office to deal with. Cars drive way too fast in the complex?. Cars do not slow down for people walking and my vehicle has almost been hit 3 times in the last 9 months with people pulling out in front of me or not stopping where it's posted for them to stop. The trash bins overflow onto the parking lot and trash is constantly outside our garage and on our patio from people who live above..????
