First years of living here- no complaints. Few years in- standards have gone down. Anybody can move in. Neighbors were having homeless people. Dogs with no leashes. No standards. Office staff did not care.

Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Proximity for me Very Happy here! I feel safe and the staff has been wonderful. I wish the people that reside were better regarding disposing of their waste to keep the grounds cleaner

It is a very friendly community. The staff is helpful, maintenance is on top of any issues we have (all minor) and it's a really good community all around. I am able to take walks with my daughter without any issues as well. They take noise complaints seriously as well. All around, we really don't have any complaints!

This community is relatively quiet. I never hear my neighbors in my building. The rent has gone up over the years, but not by as much as others. I don't appreciate their pet fees, or their requirement for renter's insurance, but I do like that they allow cats and dogs, and have a dog park too. The community is safe but we have had packages stolen and our car rummaged through. I don't like that there is no option to recycle. I don't like that basketball hoops aren't allowed at all, but there is a dedicated space for tennis and frisbee golf. I'd be happier with a basketball court. The AC units that are installed in the apartments are not rated for the space they are attempting to use them for, and the only unit in our apartment is in the living room. The sleeping quarters do not get cool at all in the summer, and we constantly have to run a second portable AC unit in our room, increasing our electricity bill and taking up space in our room. Maintenance requests are a bit of an issue. We had several problems with the apartment upon move-in that didn't get resolved until we'd lived here 4 months. You have to make multiple calls and emails to get someone to come out, even for plumbing issues. Their lawn care company is diligent, but comes out almost every day and runs noisy machines. I would prefer more trees, shrubs, and native plants to support the ecosystem, beautify the property, and require less maintenance. Overall a better experience and value than many communities in the area.

Great apartments with honest staff that really care. The building is clean with lots of natural light. The walls are concrete, and I never hear my neighbors. No one lives above or below in these units. Close enough commute to stores and downtown, but much quieter than living by campus, and I don't think crime is an issue here at all. The staff is exceptional; very friendly, competent and responsive. When I resigned my lease they took extra time to make sure I was able to get the lowest possible rate. Maintainance crew is great here as well. I've had few issues with the unit, but when I have, maintanance has been on it within the day. 5 stars!

Overall good. Rent does go up every year! Now and then things take a while to get fixed! Wish there was a pool and more fun activities for residents to enjoy. A plus it's a very dog friendly community.

The office staff is very friendcly and always willing to assist with any issues. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and well kept. The community is very quiet and all tenants seem to enjoy their residence.

I don't anything bad to say. Our experience has been relatively smooth sailing. Coopers Landing is a decent place to live. The only thing I would mention is if you're going to stay here be prepared for the expensive rent.

This is my 2nd time living here. My first time and the beginning of my 2nd time in 2016, it was a quiet and pleasant place to live. Over the past few yrs, the quality of living has gone downhill. Seems that management has no concerns of ensuring a quiet and drug free environment

It is ok. I am still waiting for them to fix the broken glass in my bedroom window from before I moved in last July. It is starting to let the cold in and they have been informed since I moved in. They say they are waiting for glass. 3 months. Not good maintenance.

Moved in to the brand new apartment, there are multiple things that are kind of not finished and feel rushed. Maintenance is slow, but knowledgeable and very friendly. Some noisy neighbors. The new building only has 1 ac for a decent size apartment and it is not enough to cool the place down during hot weather

I have been very happy so far with my living arrangements.The only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness when I moved in,my washer wasn't clean as well as some of the cupboards and drawers.But it has been very quiet and people around me have been great.

Not the greatest place to live but not the worst either. The inside of the apartments themselves are nice, it's great to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher in unit. Not a fan of how packed the community has become with all the new buildings or the thefts.

Nice apartments and nice you get a garage. But everything you call them you never get ahold of them and when somethings break it's take for ever to get fixed. Also one maintaince man is very rude and thinks he runs the place and makes the rules

Very friendly and clean apartment complex. safe cause there is security 24 hour a day . Also when you have a problem they handle the problem right away.Love that they is pet friendly with a low cost for them to to school Distric and play grown also there is a lil play area for small children if u can't get to a park also have a tennis court if u love to play.

Love it but the people who leave during the day and let their dog howl ( building 3535) are not only breaking lease agreement but also are not being humane to pet. Please include this in corespondance to building 3535. Very satisfied with all other aspects. Thank you, Mark Johnson 3535 3 B

When I moved in, a piece fell off the stove, there was dust above the cabinets, big dent in the overhead light of the stove, shelves broken in the pantry, the air conditioner in the wall doesn't reach my bedroom ( I live in an apartment less than 800 square feet ). Other than that, it's liveable

Living here has been great for a few reasons; one being location! You are minutes away from any type of store you may need, and if you can't find what you're looking for, you're only 15 minutes away from even more shopping options. The second reason is the rent is affordable, especially for the fact that I have an attached garage and my own personal entrance. I do wish the square footage was bigger for my family of 4, but we make do with our 1100 sqft space. A few negatives would be safety, and parking. I had my car broken into while living here, and the front office said they couldn't be of any help because there are no cameras on site. A little concerning considering we have a security truck that sits up by the office 24/7. I would definitely make that something you really consider before moving anywhere, not just here. The parking, at least at my specific building, is a big issue if you live with another person and have more than one vehicle. Because of my entrance being in the back of the building, and there only being two close parking spots that are shared between an estimated 4-6 people, you can count on the majority of the time you having to walk a ways to get to your door. Not the best situation when I'm toting two VERY small children along and am also pregnant, but it's a price I pay for the convenience of the location of these apartments. All in all, if 5 stars is the best place ever, I'd live here forever; I'd give Coopers landing a 3.5.

Mostly quiet and clean, conveniently located. I have 3 children and feel safe with them playing outdoors and at the community playground. Prices are reasonable... the only quam I would say, is the maintenance department is slow. Or requiring multiple times of me asking before repairs are taken care of

It is peaceful and people are friendly. However, there is trash and the dog sanitation stations need to be cleaned up and maintained. The bags occasionally spill over the side of the can. As well the doggie bags are not being replenished at a reasonable time frame.

Dog poop everywhere, seems nobody picks up after their pet. Trash in the parking lot from people emptying their cars. Trash in the hallway from lazy neighbors. Loud neighbors (must be 8+ people in the unit across the hall that yell, scream, swear ALL THE TIME). A/C unit isn't big enough to cool the whole unit, not sure why they didn't use forced air with central A/C (likely for the cost saving of having 1 boiler vs 12 furnaces). Security door doesn't latch on it's own, have to pull/push it shut. Garage door constantly thinks there's an obstruction and completes the closing 1 out of 4ish times. Otherwise it's not bad

Very peaceful for the most part have ok neighbors I feel safe when my children are outside in the complex!! It will be home for the next couple year until we purchase our home the only thing I would say is that we need more for children to do a basketball court, pool, or community center would love to start one for after school events ect

Not enough dumpsters for the amount of people living here, a lot of trash buildup. However the apartments are great, thick walls you can hardly hear your neighbors, and very spacious at a great price for the current market conditions. Everyone's always complaining about vehicle and garage break-ins but recently they did hire security to patrol at night, lets hope that helps. Lastly you might need to get a second AC unit for the summer as the units provided need a little help for cooling such a large space. Great staff and the maintenance guys are friendly and effective.
