Saleena Leake was a fantastic help to me and my current roommate! Not only did she provide excellent service, but she help us to move into our apartment in record time- 5 days! Considering this was a first for both me and my buddy, I would definitely say that Saleena did a marvelous job!

Saleena Leake has been wonderful in the application process and providing all of our needs and wants in this process. For an example and taking her time and walking us thru the model building and telling us about each room and the location. She also kept us updated thru out this process and let us know every step of the process. She is a great representative of Cooper's Landing and has truly been a blessing to us!

I moved in nearly two months ago. The staff was very professional and helpful with the move in process, which ended up being seamless. The community is really clean and quiet, close to everything. I would recommend this property.

I just moved in to a one bedroom apartment, so my experience is pretty limited. However, I will say this: the apartment is reasonably priced and the space is very generous! I love the balcony and the layout of the apartment, plus the new dog park enclosure will give my pug some much need area to cut loose. Another aspect that I really sold to me on this apartment complex is the leasing agent I worked with, Saleena Leake. She was very informative and she didn't try to pressure me into buying the apartment, which I greatly appreciated. Also, she was easily accessible and answered any questions I had in an up-front manner--definitely made my experience with selecting an apartment and the application process very smooth. While my comments are solely based off of first impressions, I'm excited about living here and I'm optimistic about how my lease will turn out!

I just moved into a 3rd floor loft unit, and I am loving it so far. Rosalind Adams was a huge help with the entire move in and leasing process and made it all go smoothly. She was great to work with. The community seems very nice again I haven't been here long but from what I have seen it is very nice.

After touring a few months ago, I decided to get onto the waiting list here. Rosalind is the main reason I went with Coopers Landing. If you are looking for someone with great customer service, she is it! She was very kind and personable. Her willingness to help me was much appreciated as I had visited many places with no luck. Rosalind was so helpful and understanding of all my questions, I could tell she was dedicated to helping me find the right apartment. Thanks Roselind!

I went to Kalamazoo knowing nothing about the area or where to live. Coopers Landing was recommended to me by several other medical school students as a good location and a nice place. When I called I was fortunate enough to get connected with Chelsea Mitchell. She has been extremely helpful. She is always very responsive, accurate and made me feel comfortable in a somewhat uncomfortable move. The apartment is clean and the neighbors have been nice. I'd definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Mitchell; she was a pleasant person to work with and also made my job a lot easier for making sure all our accounts are paid in full. Being a corporate company (AMN Healthcare) with many accounts we appreciate when our venders/clients work well with us and understand our business and how we operate. Especially since it is a lot different from their average tenant to tenant move ins and move outs are very different processes then they are used to. We appreciate everything! Thank you!

Rosalind Adams was very courteous and helpful with my application. She worked hard with Corporate to work through some barriers due to my unique situation. Though I decided to move closer to my office in Lansing, I would definitely consider Cooper's Landing when I move back to the Kalamazoo area.

Chelsea Mitchell is always helpful. I've had trouble in the past (more than a year ago) with the ladies that were working in the office but it seems like they have been working to change their staff for the better. Chelsea is always eager to help, answers questions, and is always friendly. The only issue I've had is noisy, obnoxious, inappropriate, inconsiderate neighbors and I wish they did a better job of not letting trashy folks live here but that's pretty typical of any apartment complex.

I recently stopped in to view these apartments as I am moving in the Kalamazoo area. I toured a two bed, two bath apartment that was shown to me by Rosalind Adams. She was very good. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to answer my many questions. I will be making my decision by February of 2017 and these apartments are high on my list. Thanks to Rosalind, I feel that would be a great place to live.

We started our apartment search in June and loved Cooper's Landing right away even without seeing a sample unit. We had met with Chelsea Mitchell and she gave us a very thorough walk through of everything the complex has to offer. After many questions and a few obstacles, we were able to apply and got approved in no time at all. Chelsea was able to find us a unit with a move in date in our time frame and has been wonderful to work with since the beginning. She's been very helpful with all of our millions of questions and very informative when we had doubts. Our 2 bd, 1.5 bath with a loft is the perfect size for three of us to live comfortably and within our means.

I have lived here for a few months now in the brand new building, while I have had a couple problems with random things here and there that is to be expected with a new building. Chelsea in the office is always so helpful and quick to respond and maintenance is great. I love the location and it's quiet as well. I would definitley reccomend living here.

Hands down, the team at Coopers Landing is the best around! Their two leasing consultants Rosalind Adams and Chelsea Machan have been with us since we moved in two years ago now and they have absolutely gone out of their way every time we have needed something. They not only have been very attentive and caring but have made us feel like home. From the little things to remembering our names, to even checking in from time to time to see how everything is going. In my past experience of apartment renting I HAVE NEVER enjoyed a relationship with the leasing office as much. And it is no secret that its because of these two. They are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Coopers Landing to anyone.

I've lived here just over a year and really enjoy my apartment. The price isn't bad for what's all included in the apartment. The major plus is they allow dogs! (It was so hard to find a place that would allow my big choc. lab.) Also, Rosalind is great! She is friendly and always so helpful when I call with questions!!

I found Cooper's Landing to be an amazing community not so far off the beaten path and perfectly serene. Leasing agent Chelsea Mitchell took me on a guided tour, pointing out the small and sometimes not so small selling points of an aesthetically beautiful area and surprisingly large and welcoming floor plan. She was both engaging and factual - respectful of my time and receptive to all the questions I had. I would recommend whole heartedly.

Coopers Landing was a great place to live. I spent just shy of two years there and I very much enjoyed the complex. Rosalind was a pleasure to deal with, when it came to any questions or concerns that I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.
