I searched high and low for the perfect place to live for my husband and I. I came across Coopers Landing on Apartment.com I put in my information and was called back the next day by Rosalind Adams. She told me about the community and asked me what features was I interested in. I told her we need a 2/2 downstairs with a garage. She said the townhouse may work for us. She was right. Rosalind showed us a Townhouse with the same floor plan that we would move into. It was great. My Townhouse is Awesome. It's very spacious and Amazing. I never hear my neighbors unless they come out of their balcony to grill but they are never noisy. I love the fact that we have a garage and storage all in one. Our rooms are huge. I love the fact that the rooms are not on the same side. The builders did a great job. We have only lived here for 4 months, but everyone is very nice. The staff go over and above the make sure you are happy. My neighbors are very friendly and the community is very close to everything. Thank you Rosalind Adams for calling me back the next day. We love our home.

I think the management here are liars and should go to jail for fraud for falsifying documents and blaming it on others to cover their tracks. These people do not accommodate to handicap and are very selfish. Would not live in a place ran by liars. My advise if you want to live under poor management live here otherwise please do not move here.

We moved in on February 14th, and from the start, we have had a wonderful experience. Marissa was professional from the beginning, helping us get everything ready that we needed to move in. We downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 1 one bedroom townhome, and I am amazed at the room we have. I love all of the shelving units in the pantry, bathroom & bedroom closets. We looked around at different apartments, and Coopers Landing is by far the best value for the money. The garage is included & not a separate charge, like most places we looked at. The water, sewer & garbage are included plus we were able to bring our cat. Everyone has been very friendly & helpful, from the office staff (Erica), the manager (Julie) to the maintenance (Tom). The only noises that we really hear are when the neighbors garage door opens & closes. The community is very quiet, and conveniently located. I would highly recommend Coopers Landing!!!

Ive had a wonderful experience. Its been a joy being in a nice environment and not many problem, the office has came a long way. Very well maintained. I do love having my appliances as well as washer & dryer. The reason i came was for the bonus garage. Erica and Marissa are very helpful and the property manager goes out of her way to be involved rather than shutting people out.

By far the worse apartment experience I have ever had, units are small and over priced, constant harassment by the rental office claiming I paid rent late or owe them money in some way. The apartment was not clean and in dissrepair when we moved in, however was able to get cleaning fee back. The maintence here is terrible it takes two to three weeks to get something fixed and most likely it won't be done properly. I would not recommend living here the only reason we moved in was because they allow pets.

I've lived here for a few months and it's been a great experience. I have so much space in my townhome, it's unreal. It doesn't even feel like an apartment, it feels like a house. I love that I have my own attached garage and all of my appliances. Not to mention I don't have to do any of my own lawn or maintenance work! ;) I worked with Marisa and she is just a doll! She was so helpful in making my move a smooth transition and STILL assists me, even though she doesn't have to. I go to her for all of my questions and/or concerns and she jumps through hoops for me.. Make sure you ask for her! I highly recommend this place, it's honestly the best community I've ever lived at or been to.

Coopers Landing is the place to be!!! I have been here for a couple of months and have ZERO complaints. I walked in the leasing office around August of 2013. I met Jodi, Erica, and Marissa. These ladies have been a great help since day 1. They have a great maintenance staff who is very quick and helpful as well. Currently I am living in a 1 Bedroom Loft equipped with every utility known to man... Or actually (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and a very cold fridge to keep my beer at the perfect temperature) The Loft apartments are amazing whether you need a: Man cave, Movie Room, Play Room / Pretend Fort, or if you simply need more room to hoard your belongings. Overall I really enjoy living at Coopers Landing. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by for a visit. So here you have it: -Great Staff: Jodi, Erica, Marissa & Maintenance Crew -Apartments available for loft. (so much room for activities) -Reasonably Priced. (still have beer money) -Tennis Courts. (exercise for after beer) -Seclusion w/ little trips to town. (makes you feel as if you are in a log cabin in the middle of the woods,... not really) -Pine Trees. (self explanatory) If this doesn't make your mouth water and mind thinking you have just been shafted by other leasing agents living at a crappy apartment,... I dont know what will. Stop by soon as apartments are going fast... <--- Accuracy Unknown.

I moved into Cooper's Landing September of 2013. So far so good. I worked with Marissa to complete my lease. She is extremely helpful and made the leasing process easier for me. Ask for her. Not everyone in the office is as friendly as Marissa. Things I like: It's pretty quite neighborhood. I work in Battle Creek so my commute is "back way" and not on the highway. Takes about the same amount of time but without the semi trucks. There is a Walmart and a Meijer very close off of Gull road. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with attached garage. I wanted the One bedroom with the 1.5 bath and attached garage but they didn't have any available at the time. The apartment is affordable for what it is. Leasing office accepts packages. Things I wish I could change: I wish the apartment was upgraded with new appliances and flooring. My oven is so old, it has yellow staining on it. The carpet is worn but not enough to replace. The washer and dryer are not efficient and have limited settings. The linoleum in the kitchen and the hallway to my garage is so worn and old, it's coming apart in a few places. The fixtures in the kitchen in bathrooms are dated. When I turn on the faucets, the water suds up so I have to let it run...I think it's because the water is hard but I'm not sure. I wish the Kitchen was open and wasn't behind an unnecessary wall that has a window like opening to the living area (Open Kitchens are what I prefer, but I realize due to the low amount of available rentals and lack of new construction in the area, I wasn't going to get the nice new finishes with out paying way more in rent...it's Kalamazoo..not NYC, LA or Chicago). They will paint accent walls for you. Unfortunately for me I asked for two walls to be painted, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. They ended up painting the wrong side of the living room wall which ended up being two walls in my bedroom...which doesn't make sense but I didn't have time to change before I moved in. I wish there was a way to get packages after 6pm because I tend to not get home until 6:30 or so. And if you are not at the office by 5:40 or so, you probably won't get your package because the staff is quick to be out...I don't blame them..it's just inconvenient for me. One time I got there at 5:59 and they were closed. And this is not the apartment's fault, but the FedEx folks keep leaving my packages at my door and not in the leasing office. This place could be a thiefs paradise due to that and I have called FedEx three different times about this. In total, Cooper's Landing gave me the amentities I prioritized at the price point I wanted to pay. It will work until I build my own house next year. If you want a comfortable safe place to live and you don't need all the fancy stuff, then I recommend Cooper's Landing.

I have lived at Cooper's Landing on and off since 2009. Of all the apartment communities in the area I feel that it is the best value. The rent is reasonable, especially considering what is included...a full size washer/dryer and a garage. They also offer employer discounts on the rent for certain employers. I recently transferred apartments and Nikkole Long assisted me with this move. I had several issues in the new apartment but she worked with me to ensure all my needs were met and issues were resolved. Maintenance have always been helpful as well and do a nice job of handling all the requests for as many apartments as there are here. No place is perfect, but to me having a place that is clean and safe is a top priority and Cooper's Landing has always felt like home to me. I would recommend Cooper's Landing to anyone looking for a new place to call home. :)

I have lived in Coopers Landing for 3 years now. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very conveniently located for local shopping and entertainment. The apartments are nice and well maintained. Tom and Doug jump through hoops to take care of any maintenance needs that I have had. Having the heat and a garage included is a huge plus. Also the fact that they are pet friendly was a huge factor in selecting Coopers Landing for my home. Jody, Erica, and Marissa keep the office running smoothly. Whether I am renting the community room, or just picking up a parcel, they always greet me with a smile. My neighbors are all quiet and respectful of each other. All in all, it is a nice community. The biggest improvement that they could make would be to add a pool (hint, hint)

I have lived at Coopers Landing Apartments for years and had a wonderful experience. Every issue was immediately addressed by the maintenance team, the office was always friendly, professional and helpful and the management provided valuable support. The team works very hard to ensure customer satisfaction and provides a positive environment. While it would be impossible to be issue free for years, the few times that I had a problem my situations were solved as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate everyone working at Coopers Landing Apartments and thank them for years of great service and support.

Cooper's Landing Apartments has been a great place to live for the last couple months. It is friendly, full of young professionals and is very quiet. The garage is an added bonus and I love the in-unit laundry. The only things that I would change are having recycling available and better lighting around the garages and mailboxes for safety. Jodi was very helpful and was great when still apartment hunting.

I've lived here for about 3 months and I really enjoy it. My apartment/townhouse is enormous and the layout is really nice. You can get charter cable here unlike the wanna-be apartment complex down the road(Gull prairie community). My maintenance have been done on time and to the quality that I have wanted. The grounds look nice and are kept up well. We walk our dog regularly and we routinely meet residents who are friendly and stop to chat. While moving in Jodi has been a joy to work with. I asked tons of questions throughout when inquiring about the complex and she was very professional and answered them quickly. Anytime I get a package she always is very happy and knows me by name. The walls seem to be very thick so I cant hear my neighbors and during the summer they helped keep the apartment cooler so I hardly ran the AC. Recommend this community highly!

I just moved into coopers landing over the weekend and I love it here!! My apartment has the most beautiful view and it is SO quiet here, it's a nice change compared to the other apartments I've lived at in kalamazoo. Marissa is my leasing agent and she is a doll, I love her to death! The other ladies in the office seem really sweet too. Coopers landing gets five gold stars!!! :)

I moved into coopers landing a couple months ago and so far so good. It was a smooth transition and I'm really happy with everything they have to offer, especially the fact that there is a garage included at no extra cost. The washer and dryer is convenient too. I'm in a three bedroom townhome and its huge. I love how spaced out it is. I definitely plan on staying here a while. Marissa has been so great to work with as well, she is incredibly friendly and knows what she's doing. I'm very happy with my experience here.

I moved into Coopers Landing about a year ago, I chose a 2bed 1 1/2 bath. I LOVE the fact I have a free garage and they pay my heat. It is a quiet and lovely small community. I am going to re-sign my lease for another year, yes the rates go up a little ...however it is worth it because the cost of moving would be more than the little they raised my rent. Jodi and the ladies in the office are very helpful.

2 months in and my experience at Coopers Landing has been good. Marissa was great at showing me around and setting me up with a great and affordable unit and she and the staff have been very responsive. Easy access, good location, great parking and the unit has also been good. Only issue is a bit of noise from neighbors above, but more a function of their bouncing around in the middle of the night than the apartments themselves.

loved living here, we had the town home with the garage attached. The apartments were very quiet and almost seemed like nobody lived there because it was so quiet and nobody ever bothered us there. Apartment was very clean with newer cabinets and carpets. bedroon was also very roomy as we had two dressers , a queen size bed, end table , recliner and a full size crib. we also had a walk-in closet. walls are made of concrete so you cant hear the neighbors and you feel safer during storms. maintenance was prompt and did a great job. Finally Jody and the other two ladies in the office were wonderful and caring about any needs we had during our stay, we are only moving to be closer to my job,We will miss this place .

If you move here get the Townhome. They are more expensive but well worth the build quality. They are poured concrete walls and the garage is attached. I am very happy living here.
