My wife and I are so happy because we found our first apartment here @ Coopers Landing. The Leasing staff were so helpful specially Jen Shea, they provided us sufficient information, Over all, We had a smooth leasing paper work process.The place is quiet,nice and clean!

    Cooper's Landing is great. It's quiet at all times and everyone is very respectful. I have a dog and the area is great for walking him around. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. I was helped by Jen Shea during the move in process and couldn't be happier with her kindness and helpfulness.

      I have had nothing but a wonderful experience during my first month living at Coopers Landing. My boyfriend and I were in a time crunch to find a new place to live and Rosalind Adams helped us through the entire process. She was extremely helpful in finding us the right unit for our needs and went beyond our expectations- always with a smile on her face. After living in a house, we were nervous about moving into a noisy apartment community, but the building we live in is so quiet that it's almost scary. We never hear our neighbors and have not had any problems. Overall, the units are very well built, the community looks beautiful, and it is a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that is close to everything you need, but not in the middle of a busy town.

        Where do I begin. I love this place and the staff. We moved here July 2014 and we are still here. Our Apartment home is very spacious. The staff is very professional. Whenever I go in the office Rosalind Adams goes above and beyond to help me with whatever issue I my have (very few). If I need maintenance Doug Lobretto comes right away. He's knowledgeable and professional. He repairs whatever that needs to be repaired. I know he gets busy with so many apartments but I never have to wait long for repairs. Service with a smile.

            I've had a really great experience with Coopers Landing Apartments thus far. I've worked with Chelsea Machan (Mitchell) while touring the apartment, signing my lease, and getting situated in the apartment! She's been nothing but friendly, helpful, and accommodating to me. My roommate and I had initially had plans to sign the lease on a specific day, but I was unable to do so due to a wedding out of town. I called Chelsea and let her know about my conflict, and she was extremely flexible, with little warning from me--I actually came in to sign the lease that same day! She's always very prompt in answering any questions that I have and making sure that I'm comfortable in my new home. My interactions with Chelsea thus far have led me to have a very positive experience with Cooper's Landing Apartments--I am extremely satisfied with my living arrangements and how kind, efficient, and helpful management is here :) Thanks!

                The office staff here is amazing. Kimberly Seymour Jen Shea Chelsea Machan Rosalind Adams tom Doug and Steve are all very helpful and timely. I am constantly in the office and they always help me with a smile. I would tell anyone about this community.

                      Chelsea in the front office is very easy to work with and always willing to help in any way she can. I never have trouble reaching her and any issues or questions are addressed right away. The property is in great condition and well kept-up, rent cost is at a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone in the area.

                        I recently moved into Coopers Landing and so far am having a great experience. Chelsea was my leasing agent. She responded to every question i had very quickly, whether is was by phone or email. She kept myself and my roommate constantly up to date on our approval process. Once that was completed she made sure to thoroughly explain all the move in costs and what to expect on move-in date since my roommate was out of the state. Since moving in we have had small work orders that we had to place with her and she made sure that they were addressed in a timely manner as well. Great staff overall and am very excited to continue living here for a long time.

                          I recently moved here and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. The staff here is so helpful! I was back and forth on apartments for a couple months and Chelsea (in leasing) helped me through the entire thing! I was being such a pain, and she was so nice and courteous the whole time. She was great at communicating to me when a unit became available, and even kept in touch with me through the weekend. I would recommend coopers landing to anyone. 10/10

                              We are so excited to move into Coopers Landing next week! When my boyfriend and I drove through the apartments we knew this was going to be our home for the next year or so. It is very very clean and quiet. Lots of different floor plans to choose from, and to top it off, a washer and dryer!!! Chelsea was more than helpful, showing me the apartments twice, answering my questions thoroughly ams keeping us updated along the way. Thanks again Chelsea!!!

                                I just recently moved in to Cooper's Landing and LOVE it so far. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea when it came to all things apartment related and she was absolutely wonderful. I went through a really tough time during my apartment search and she was extremely accommodating. I had tons of questions as this was my first time renting an apartment and she always answered within the hour of me asking and was extremely helpful. I had to find a place in only a few short weeks and Chelsea made it happen for me. Not only is the rent the cheapest for the amount of space I get but I also can't believe I don't have to pay extra for a garage. The buildings are cement buildings so I have yet to hear any of my neighbors nor do I have to worry about being too loud for anyone else to hear. I was hesitant to choose Cooper's Landing based on some negative reviews I read online but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. There are an extremely large amount of units at my complex but I have yet to have any issue with maintenance fixing things or showing up in a timely manner despite there being so many residents to attend to. I also really like the people that live within my complex. There are a lot of young couples but tons of families as well. It really is a complex that can fit just about anyone's needs. I highly recommend Coopers Landing and specifically Chelsea Mitchell to anyone looking for an apartment within the Kalamazoo area.

                                  Pleasant office staff, fast turn around time and great layout. I recently moved into a 2 bedroom loft and I love the space. Coming from a larger house I didn't think there would be enough room for my things but I was definitely wrong. The walk in closet is great in the master bedroom, I love the washer and dryer that are included and the detached garage is perfect for what I need. Also, the 2 bedroom loft is basically a 3 bedroom because the loft area is private from the rest of the apartment and is quite large with its own closet. Chelsea in the office was so great. She answered all of my questions quickly and made sure to have everything ready for my move in date even though she wouldn't be able to be there personally. I'd highly recommend Coopers Landing Apartments to anyone!

                                        I just signed my second lease. This is the most well maintained apartment complex I've ever lived in. Maintenance has always been right there when I needed them. It's very peaceful with beautiful grounds.                                           Very beautiful place to live! Close to everything so that's plus. Office people are very nice. But some negatives would have to be the quality of apartments for how much they charge! Very overpriced for things that constantly break.. Doorknobs constantly fall apart, panel on door falls off, some lights don't work, and sliding closet doors will come off track constantly. Very cheaply made apartment yet pay over 1000 a month. My sons small hot wheels toy blew off of our porch without us noticing once and we got a letter saying we need to stop throwing things off our balcony or could be evicted.. Kind of harsh and could have been nicer about it seeing as how we didn't do it purposefully. One maintnece guy with a gold car is constantly condescending to us.. But the other maintnece guys are wonderful. Nice scenery but will definitely be leaving once lease is up!

                                                Today we viewed a couple different apartment layouts; the community feels safe and quiet and the buildings are well taken care of. They offer a lot of upgrades as well as amenities such as garages & full size washer/dryer. We were helped by Chelsea who was very friendly and informative. We are definitely looking forward to living here.
