Coopers Landing in Parchment Desperately needs a playground for Kids. Sense we have been here, 3 new apartment buildings have gone up, with the infrastructure going in for a bunch more on the North East Corner of the property. But there has been NO Addition to the existing meager playground. PLEASE Have a New an Appropriately sized and Equipped Playground for young kids (0 to 8 years old) before you put up another apartment building! Thank You in Advance. Otherwise Apartment life here is fine.

I love my apartment, it has a washer and dryer, Oak cabinets, a large and spacious. I enjoy living there. I have a garage which is a bonus. Shopping is convenient and easy to get to. It's a great side of town.

The worst problem I had, we had chosen to move in, however, we were told we would be able to see in interior, 4 months in advance. But, they kept putting it off. They also told us we would have a private entrance, that didn't happen either. Overall, the move was good, it ended up being a nice place. The leasers just aren't very good in communication. Just a warning for those who are moving in to the next set of "brand new apartments". Otherwise, it is a quiet location and we've had no issues.

Apartments are new and very comfortable. Love the attached garage. The apartments need more kitchen cabinets. Wish we had a fitness center and pool. Maintenance staff is slow to finish work orders. Office staff is not very friendly.

My husband and I rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, loft apartment. We love the amount of space we have, and we like having a garage. We do wish that we had central air/heat, as we only have 1 wall unit air conditioner for the whole apartment, and the boiler heat isn't the best. Some of the paint is peeling/chipping/cracking on the walls already as well, which is surprising because we moved into a brand new unit. We haven't had any issues with our neighbors. For the most part we do really enjoy living where we do.

The community so quit and now we have patrol security i feel more safe. Its one of the community with nice areas for walking, dog play and kids area that make one of the best community in kalamazoo area.

I hav? had an unpleasant experience since being here. Manager at the time I moved in was rude. Maintenance took over 1 month to fix an issue. Most doors in this new apartment are defective and cheap.

It's really a nice place to live. I wish they would shampoo the hallways often. Some of the residents have allowed their dogs to urinate. Every tenant should keep their apartments clean so we don't get rodents or any bugs in the units because if one apartment is affected all other units will be affected too.

Coopers Landing provided a safe, comfortable, affordable home. I enjoyed living in the community and would gladly live there again. The office staff was always helpful and friendly and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. The one area I do think they could improve on to remain competitive with local apartment communities would be to update the playground area and consider a pool.

I've experienced a Very Quiet and Peaceful environment living in coopers landing. The apartments are very spacious. I enjoy living at coopers landing it has been a very good experience for me to be apart of the community.

I like living here, I have everything I need. Have lived here for a total of 5 years. Have not really had too many issues, at times there are crazy neighbors, but can have that anywhere. I wished there was a pool.

Typical apartment complex. Move in day apartment had not been cleaned properly. Within 2weeks microwave stopped working and took 4 weeks to resolve. Constant smell of marijuana/ cigarette smoke. Just a landing spot till a house is found, not worth complaining about. Some neighbors think we want to hear arguments etc. no respect for others.

Besides some minor issues with my apartment at move in and maintenance requests taking longer than expected, my apartment has become a home. It could use some updating, a lot of car break ins where I am located due to non sufficient lighting. Tyler has been helpful anytime I come in and ask a question. Buildings could use a power wash to make community look nicer.

The community itself is overall pleasant. The biggest downfall about the apartment is there is no central air. Especially on the 3rd floor its extremely difficult to use the little A/C unit provided to cool down your entire apartment. For the price we pay i think central air should be a necessity

Since it is a facility where we can coexist with pets, I think it is important to communicate with the neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it if you're bothered by the noise of pets running around in room, but on the contrary, the neighbors live in a healthy and safe environment. is not it? I don't have pets, but I love dogs so it's fun to hear them run around the room.

Coopers Landing is a clean apartment complex. I wish they had a pool, I love all the choices you have in an apartment with a garage or without a garage that you have pretty quiet here !It might take a couple months for you to actually move in but it is worth it. I have only been here for six months and I love it.

We have had problems with our neighbors- one will not stop staring up into our windows (3rd floor) and the complex won't do anything despite reports from other neighbors of him harassing them as well. His dog is also off leash and tries to run into our apartment and bite us if the door is opening at the same time. One time somebody broke into our shared hallway and it took over 2 months for them to clean the blood off the walls. Neighbors will take your packages if they decide it's "too late" for you to get them. The security guy is awesome and very helpful. The single wall unit air conditioning is awful and can't keep up with the 2bd 2ba loft. It's miserable living there in the summer. Constant construction is loud and they litter so so much. There's always trash everywhere and it's such an eye sore.

I like living here but the management isn't the best. When my apartment flooded, Ciara gave me an attitude when I was upset that they still had not taken the fans or put the carpet back after 2 weeks. Because she was ok with living in a messy apartment (she lives next to mine and I guess her apartment flooded too), she gave me an attitude for being upset about the situation.

Apartments are newer but construction is low quality and no follow up on maintenance issues. I moved into a newly built apartment and the workmanship was very low. Bathtub had hole in it drywall wasn't sticking in garage for some examples

The apartments are beautiful and spacious especially for single people with one bedroom and a garage attached to your apartment is a bonus. I don't really care for the amount of dogs people have because they're loud when they walk by and the amount of poop they do not clean up. Other than that I love it and I haven't had any issues so far?

Coopers Landing is a great place to live. It's peaceful and quiet as well as a nice distance from the shopping centers. Having an attached garage is great to have for some additional storage. Large living space inside.

My experience with this community has been and is very quiet, safe and clean community. The staff in the office is very nice and has an open door for you. They get the job done when need be. I will recommend any to rent here.

I always receive a friendly response from the office when calling/visiting for any reason. Recently I called to state my air conditioning unit was blowing hot air. A new unit was installed that day!!!

Over all, my experience has been positive with apartment and community grounds upkeep. I have recommended this place to a few friends. I think the office staff could be more professional. I've gone into the office a few times and I get blank stares from staff like no one wants to help me and it's a little awkward.

It's a nice community for the most part and love how spacious the apartments are, but when it comes to things being fixed the response time that it takes to fix major issues is not always appropriate or adequate.
