Management was absolutely horrendous to deal with when water was pouring into the garage. I finally just gave up on dealing with them. They resolved half of the problem. They also seem to have parking issues..

We absolutely adore the location of Bell Preston. The pool and grill area are well kept, the front office staff are lovely and we love that we were able to rent a 3-bedroom with a 2-car garage (a townhouse, really!) at an affordable rate. Where the community could use an improvement is with the maintenance team - a lot of repairs in our apartment were not done with care and the maintenance team isn't always quick to respond. The complex could also use a landscaping refresh so the back building look as lovely as the clubhouse.

Overall this community is good. Nice area in Cary and the apartments are well maintained. However, there is very little noise cancellation between neighbors and bug problems are abundant. A bit expensive for what you are getting.

Overall a nice apartment community. There are some small issues to consider (walls/floors are very thin and you can hear neighbors walking around) a lot of small fees that add up over time. The maintenance team is generally quick to address problems and are very friendly which is great. Warning, apts are given a very "light" cleaning / update for new renters. Do not expect a full cleaning, which is too bad.

The location has been great--central to so much of the area, and even walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and the grounds are kept clean. The pool and fitness center are great, and the parcel room is very convenient. Some rules (parking, smoking, etc.) are not enforced very strictly, but most neighbors are polite and friendly.

These apartments are simply excellent! Always clean and quiet, you feel safe here. The staff are very friendly and respond promptly to requests. Even when our dryer broke, they brought a new one within a week. Occasionally, events are held for residents, which is nice. And there's a convenient shopping plaza nearby.

Service has been exceptional. Every request has been answered immediately by expereaved workers. The exterior of the premises are always kept well maintained. We just love having Laundry room, a Pantry and a Coat closet. We have absolutly no complaints.

My move in experience was not great. In short, there was a lot of complications with signing my lease, keys not working, and my apartment not being clean upon move-in. I then had to go to the office repeatedly over the next few weeks to sort out paperwork for my support animal that should have been taken care of initially. Nonetheless, after the woes of the first three months, things got better. It's a quiet well-knit community (other than my upstairs neighbors). Parking can be an issue sometimes. The office sends out emails but doesn't reinforce the fact that people don't use their garages and are taking up space (2313 for example, sorry). The way people park has also been an issue, in my parking lot at least. I know this can't be helped but was worth mentioning. Lastly, I wish there was a dog park. There seems to be plenty of space for one near the playground. If I'm not mistaken, I was told one was in the works when I moved in.

Overall it has been a good experience here. Any issues regarding my apartment was handled expeditiously. Downside :I feel like I am paying TOO MUCH for a one bedroom less than 1000 sq ft. I do not like the parking situation. All it takes is for one resident to have a guest come over and parking spaces are full and in the morning when people leave for work the office employees/maintence come and park in the available parking, but send out emails/leave those sticky green towing threats on your window. It's ridiculous.

We really like it here. The entire complex is very attractive and well maintained and the staff is friendly and very receptive to requests and suggestions. The location is great - central to shopping, medical care and good restaurants without any ugly strip malls.

It's a very chill apartment complex with an older leaning population of residents with more younger couples moving in lately. It's a nice mix of population. The amenities are also nice when they are working.

This apt complex is great! Besides the location, which is very convenient to everything, it is a very well maintained and managed property. Concerns are handled quickly and the facilities are well maintained. One of the best Apartment gyms I have seen in the area too. The grounds are kept well and there's even a car and a dog wash! As for the apartments themselves, they are great. A variety of garage sizes and spacious apartments with good views, some with balconies facing a wood line. For the most part the complex is kept quiet as well and very safe to walk around even at night.

I love living in Bell Preston. Having the attached garage in my apartment makes all the difference. Staff is friendly and courteous, and the apartments are comfortable. One thing I wish they would do is replace or remove the carpets. I've been living here for 7 years and the carpets are too difficult to keep clean.

Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Easy access to major roads and close to RDU. Parking is limited so I had to rent a garage, otherwise may have to park a couple of buildings over. Rent does go up a lot because of location.

Overall we love living here. However, I did not like how the mold in our airvents was handled. Poor communication and a bad job at cleaning it and now its back. And yes it is mold. I had it tested. I can't wait to move out. A $300 increase in rent for an apartment filled with mold.

Overall, this community is great. The size of the apartments are spacious compared to the area, the staff is friendly and they resolve issues in a timely manner. I am a pet owner and struggle with the amount of pet waste around the property. There are plenty of waste stations for people to use but they choose not to. I really wish management would enforce stricter penalties for irresponsible pet owners (PooPrints).

The property is nice - I enjoy the pool and appreciate the maintenance staff always hard at work. I have noisy neighbors, and I don't think the cost of rent aligns with the value of the unit. Cost should be much less due to the apartment unit's lack of updated amenities.
