We have currently lived at Bell Preston Apartments for 1 month and we love it. Our neighbors, while we haven't actually met them, seem friendly. It's a quiet nice neighborhood. The office staff (especially Fiona) are great! We had some maintenance request after move in and filling in our move in sheet. They were able to come the next day and fix a couple of things.

I really like this complex apartment, for that reason, I recommended my sister and her family moved here a month ago but they have the same issue in their apartment (cockroach) please you have to take a solución on this problem thanks

I have been a resident of Bell Preston for almost 3 years and I really love it here. This truly is stress free living. The staff has always been friendly and professional. The community parties are always fun and festive.

Not happy with our needs upgrading badly. The kitchen is antiquated. Carpet needs replacing. Everything about the apartment seems like "low bid". Cheap paint job. Cheap carpeting/flooring. Countertops need upgrading.

Nice community. Maintenance is not the best and they do not do quality repairs. Office staff is friendly but sometimes patronizing. Monthly rent is a bit expensive for the amenities offered. Very safe neighborhood.

Horrible. Extremely expensive for an apartment patched up to see if i noticed insufficiencies. The day I moved in when feeding movers I discovered a clogged sink, painter left spatter on floors, counters, fixtures, outside window and screens, door from kitchen to laundry room off track, plus bugs bugs and more bugs just to name a few issues.

This community is the best, very clean and quiet. U love living here, the school is close so we walk our kids to and from school. The staff are very professional and kind, they are always willing to help you with any problems.

This is a very nice community close to a very good school in a walking distance. I really love our apartment with woodland view and big balcony. My kids enjoy the pool. I enjoy the gym. Staff is nice and responsive. I don' t like the fact that although it is a smoke free community smoking is allowed at the common pool area. For non smokers or kids who are not supposed to be passive smokers it is not a healthy situation. I am also concerned about rent going up every year that reflects a problem with affordable housing in some of the Triangle areas.

Very clean ,well kept grounds. Pool and clubhouse are nice and we'll kept. Kiddie park is very small with limited roaming grounds. Parking availability is atrocious and frustrating. Power bill has been over $200 per month.

Has a bonus room designed for a dining room; however, works great as a playroom for children. There is also a place for a small table in the eat in kitchen. It's great that although we are on the second floor, there are carpeted stairs from our first floor 1 car garage to our apartment.

We love living here at Bell Preston. The office staff have been wonderful from the beginning. Our apartment is well-maintained and if there were any issues, members of maintenance team came promptly to take care of the problems. The landscaping around the community is beautiful. We enjoy the pool and the gym. We found that parking can be challenging at times, but we have a garage so that helps a lot. Our floor plan is very unique because we don't have anyone living above or below us which we love. It's been a positive experience at Bell Preston so far.

I enjoy living at Bell Preston Reserve. I like the added touches such as all the landscaping, crown molding in living room, trash pick up at your door, lovely pool and spacious patios. The floor plan exceeds my expectations.

The apartment is always having appliance break and never getting repaired. I have had food go bad because the refrigerator is old. Broken window still not fixed and my sink has a broken handle. Call and they never completely fix and of the items

Descent apartments, amenities and maintenance. The staff is helpful. The Neighborhood is safe as well. Only issue to highlight for me is that - the neighbor's sound/voices seep through the floor or wall, so there seems to be a poor insulation there.

Excellent community, buildings built very well not like the cheap sheetrock tents they make now.... The area is really growing and adding new places to eat. Excellent area for sports and lots if team sports for kids. Ymca right down the road.

I picked my keys for this apt in two weeks ago, and found leakage under kitchen sink, faucet in master bath not working. When I called on April 28, 2017 I left 2 messages since all day there was no answer and the three times I went to office no one in office. When I physically moved in May 1, I went to ask office staff if the message had been received since I did not get any call back or follow up. The manager acted like asking her the status was an inconvenience and stated my concerns were minor and that they will get to it. First of when moving into a new apartment I should expect things functioning, and second when I ask for maintenance work on things that should be functioning when I moved in I should not be getting attitude from management. Then yesterday 5/10 over a week after requesting service, without informing me maintenance went into apt and set off security alarm. Management was aware I had security and there is a sign in the front of the apt stating so, I'm not sure why I was not called before entering so I could turn it off. I also gave the front office staff the inventory list earlier in the week and told her about a broken bracket on one of the kitchen shelves that almost caused my dishes to fall and break that needed repairing. I had a sticky note on that shelf, and left it open. That was ignored and the cabinet door just shut. I've only been here a couple of weeks and regretting moving here and signing a year lease. I have had such a bad impression from management and how they handled my concerns. There are several fair quality work on how the apartment was â cleaned and preppedâ for a new tenant.

The only thing luxury about this place is the location. The area provides excellent grocery / home choices. Great walking paths and sidewalks. Plus good choices for entertainment. Inside the apartments are tired and messy.
