Staff is rude. If youre not interacting with Patricia you might as well not waste your time because they dont care and they will give you an attitude as if you asking questions is wrong. Maintenance takes forever to get even something simple done. Parking is an issue.

Poor quality and at times slow service. I signed the lease in April to move in June. I received a phone call 2 weeks prior to moving in from the office asking me if I can push back my move in date by one week because there was an error on the leasing offices part with the prior residents move out date (even though I verified my move in date multiple times with the leasing office in May in order for me to set up my utilities). The request in my opinion was pretty audacious since my family and I are moving from another state to Bell Preston Reserve. After multiple discussions they were able to keep my move in date since I agreed for them to work on renovations while we were in the apartment. The day I went to pick up my keys for the apartment at Bell Preston Reserve I was informed by the community manager that everything was completed prior to me moving in. I was pretty happy when I heard this, but it only lasted for a few minutes. I walked into a filthy apartment that had a broken dishwasher, malfunction locks/keys, peeling paint, loose and rusted fixtures, and they never removed the covers used while painting off the smoke detector and water sprinkler. The leasing office stated that theyll have a cleaning service clean the apartment but they showed up 6 days later. By then we had cleaned mostly everything and even then the cleaning service did not complete what was left. The maintenance service has been unable to fix all defects that we found moving in. On one occasion they fixed a loose shelf but left a while in the wall after they were supposedly done. Its been almost two weeks and I still have ongoing issues and now Im waiting for a call from their community manager to see what happens next. Ive rented apartments I. The past but this has been the worst experience ever especially for a company like this in the Cary community.

I have lived here for almost 7 years. The community is great and the property itself is beautiful. The property Clubhouse has also been recently renovated and it looks fantastic. However, ever since New Management took over, it has been a nightmare. I have been waiting almost three months for a simple maintenance request and it seems every time I call, the staff acts like they've either never heard about the request before, or have been too busy for the last 3 months to address my issue. It seems as if they're simply telling me what I want to hear (after coming to the apartment and making empty promises) to get me off the phone, (or get me out of their office) only to tell me something completely different a couple of days later. I intend on running away as fast as possible as soon as my lease expires. If you're looking for a beautiful neighborhood, beautiful property, and friendly neighbors, then this is the place for you. However, if you want to feel like the place where you live, the company to whom you pay a substantial amount on a monthly basis actually VALUES your business, then keep looking. Sincerely, Disappointed.

If you need a quite living area, please find other places. Overall, the apartment town itself is very beautiful and outstanding. But the housing office doesn't manage pets and their owners effectively.

I love this apartment for the inside. It's quaint and nice - so far no bug problem. But then I personally spray all of my cracks outside and inside so I won't get any. The front office seems nice and they answer questions. I haven't had any maintenance requests yet. However, the parking here is seriously ridiculous. They don't have enough parking spots for residents. The only way they "enforce" it is if people report cars. TBH I don't know who belongs where. All I know is that with each new resident that moves in we have -2 parking spots for residents who already live here. There aren't enough garages and they are all currently full. Oh and the office sends numerous emails "reminding" residents how to park. Trust me it does nothing to help. If you come back at 5:30pm there will not be a parking spot near your building. After 8pm you will be parking at the back of the complex near the dumpsters and at least a mile away from your building. When walking back to your residence you will be nearly killed by idiots who speed around corners and can't be bothered to stop for pedestrians. I'm in the 500 building and the noise has only gotten worse with the new residents who have moved in above me. I can't tell what floor they are on but they yell and scream down the stairs and stomp and jump like they are doing jumping jacks upstairs. It's a lovely place though. As long as new residents don't come in and mess up an already messy parking situation. Please go else where to rent. :)

I really like this community. Its quite and clean. Maintenance and all staff is very cooperative with us . This community near from Morrisville village market so its easy to grab food and for shopping items.

The community is nice and wonderfully supported by professional staffs. The neighborhood is good too with major malls and outlets located just two blocks away on either side of the community. The maintenance staff is prompt in there response and are very professional in there approach. The community has access roads to nearby schools and shopping establishments and playing ground for the kids are well equipped as well.

Nestled in Cary near just about everything! Good neighbors and well kept grounds. Maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable as well as the front desk staff. Absolutely love the 24x7 automated package pickup as well as the valet trash pickup. Could use some upgrades to the AC units as they tend to be loud on startup but very happy overall.

So far its been great, pretty quiet even though the road is nearby. Very clean and orderly. The building design is very pretty and fits in the posh neighborhood. Love the mail package system. Wish I had chosen an upgraded apartment though. And theres just not enough parking. But still a quality choice. The elementary school is within walking distance and the best in the county.

I love residing in this beautiful community. The meditative sound of the creek that snakes through the community and the morning sunlight that percolates through the leaves are especially tantalizing. It's nestled beside the prestigious Preston golf club and Park West village. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The management and maintenance staff are very professional, and courteous. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. It is very close to shops, parks, trails, and restaurants. It's definitely a great pick for the price!

Maintenance is very very poor.. After putting maintenance request no one show up for months. Everytime this happens .. and same comment from management we are running behind. Cockroaches everywhere. Managment staff is so rude and even you call so many time for maintenance no one care. Very disappointed...

it has been a pleasant stay so far. Except for the pests that appear in the master bed bath rooms. i live on the second floor, i still get pests like cockroaches, centipedes etc. otherwise the stay has been good. the office staff is friendly. swimming pool is good. Gym is good. access to Gym area is secure. overall appearance of the community is good.

First of all the apartment could be cleaned well before move in date. When I moved in there was cobwebs everywhere, mold like appearance in bathrooms etc. I have pictures to back up my claim. It took more than a month for maintenance to fix the items from the move in checklis. I had to make repeated request for maintenance. I get the same answer all the times - we will let the maintenance know and they will work according to the requests order. So my question is if maintenance is taking months to fix an issue then obviously there is shortage so why not hire more people to get the work done on time? Will there be rent discounts for the inconvenient living? Maintenance is extremely slow. I don't know who submitted the nice maintenance reviews on - https:// For e.g. move in check list I mentioned above, my dryer broke and it took 10 days for someone to come and fix it, then the dryer broke again after 2 weeks (it is currently broke now and you can verify the ticket I submitted on 9/26/2018). I also called the apartment office on Saturday and Cindy said someone will come repair or replace the dryer today - nobody came yet, its 10 pm. I almost forgot to mention, there are bugs inside the apartment. I have gone through more than 2 gallons of Ortho Home Defense Max since I moved in and I still bugs in my apartment. I am being charged a pest fee monthly - when I asked maintenance about this last time, they said it is a third party that handles the pest control and they will be notified (how convenient ). So the list goes on and on...... I have lived here for less than 2 months and the is my review so far...So I guess improving the scenarios above should improve the living experience at Bell Preston.

Parking slots are limited and can become a very serious concern particularly during winter. If you plan to go out in the evening and return after 11.30 pm or so, then all the best. You have to go on a parking space hunt all round the apartment. The empty ones near leasing office will also be full during that time.
