Very quiet community and friendly staff. Gym is always open and decently equipped. Clubhouse is a great place to get work done if you need an alternate work area. Located in a fantastic area, over all great place to stay.

This is a great community to live in. Very family oriented, quiet, and great amenities. Close to good food and shopping without all the traffic and noise. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Facilities are clean and the quality of the buildings are good.

Very good so far. Although we have only been here a few weeks the staff have been friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is nice although the noise from the kids upstairs could become an issue as it can be excessive at times

The office has no idea what goes on with maintenance. People drive through blasting their music and park with their music blasting. The apartment itself is comfortable. We love the garage and amenities inside. They use cheap paint, cheap doors and cheap stuff in general so we are always having to submit requests which is irritating. If they just had better quality stuff overall the rating would be better.

I’ve lived in these apartments for 8 years now. I’ve always paid my rent on time of the past years. The apartments were nice when we first moved in. Since we have lived here we have had problem after problem with every person who has come into “fix things”. The grounds are not kept up. The parking situation is always horrible. On top of it all the maintenance people steal from people, are not honest, and do a horrible job at fixing things. I’ve put in ticket after ticket to get things fixed and they don’t ever come and fix anything. I would highly recommend to not move into these apartments that are ridiculously priced, small and very out of date.

I think the clubhouse cafes and gyms are very good. However, it is a pity that equipment will not be replenished immediately. Sometimes it's too insane to wait for maintenance without any contact for more than a week.

This complex is marketed as a luxury apartment complex, but it is NOT. The square footage of the apartments is good, but the remodel is shoddily done, the apartments are not energy efficient, the apartments are loud. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, but I wish I had rented elsewhere. The staff is defensive and for the most part unresponsive to concerns. When I asked for maintenance to spray the apartment. for roaches that appeared, I was mocked that this is normal in the south. When in truth the problem was that the door to the apartment was poorly sealed with a 1/2 crack at the bottom (which i had to seal myself)

Is a good area. My experience is good but the rental rate is to high for the apartment look outside. Some of the area are not clean. For example in Covid 19 situation they did not have emphatic with the rent rate.

Its very nice in here, quiet, safe, but the apartaments are pretty old. It would be nice to replace the cabinets and the appliances. Everything is fine, clean, very well maintained outside, nice view, etc...............

I love the large open floorplans especially since moving from a large home. I feel that all of my needs are responded to in a timely fashion. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help out. The location is super convenient to most places where I shop!

Never, ever had a problem that went unaddressed. We love the staff here, and the great location of Bell Preston Reserve. Management is excellent. Maintenance staff are all dedicated and professional. All staff practice COVID safety precautions. We are long term residents. Highly recommend.

It is average at best. I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and this one is fair to middling. Cheap kitchen "upgrades" doors don't match the boxes, formica countertops, matte paint that cannot be cleaned and cheap carpet. It's serviceable but not great.

Bell Preston Reserve-Great location, amenities, community, and management The clubhouse is gorgeous. The pool and fitness facilities are first class and great. Landscaping is pretty; community is clean and well maintained Im still a resident here in 2021

Overall good, concerned about garbage charge, people not picking up after their dogs and appliances in the apt not being energy saver. Thank you for your email and I hope Im not asking for to much but it is frustrating to go for a walk and step in someones else crap. Why would they say if Im going by theyre door and do what they do?? Anyway.... thank you

It has been OK. Just not apartment people. Waiting to find a house of our own. Apartment living is great for temporary living but not forever. Would like to live more in the country. We have great neighbors.

Bell Preston is a quiet and nice place to live in. The surroundings are well maintained and tickets raised for issues within the apartment are attended to at the earliest possible. It is also safe for my kids to move around on their own.

The apartment is nice but the finishes are poor. There is water damage on the ceiling, places where the paint is chipping and some caulk coming undone. The kitchen is very small and low on storage space. The location is fantastic and the access to amenities is great. The gym and leasing office are spectacular but not usable during covid.

My previous upstairs neighbors had three small kids and they were aware of how noisy their kids could be and made an effort to control them. It was still loud at times. Once they moved out, the apartment was upgraded and I guess that meant removing the carpet and any home of insulation from noise between the floors. My new neighbors have a few rowdy children that apparently only run from place to place while indoors. I think they also perform floor routines. Why do people with small children rent upper apartments? Your neighbors shouldnt have to suffer because you chose to have children. Their typical day starts with a gymnastic dismount from what sounds like the top bunk, their bed and bedroom is unfortunately above my room. Its quite jarring. It shakes my whole apartment. They have started their routine as early as 3am. I suffered from lack of sleep for at least four days in a row last week due to the chaos upstairs. Even tried going to bed early in the event of an early morning upstairs dismount. Nope. The running team upstairs was still going strong even beyond 10pm. Thank goodness my lease is up soon. Actually, I will likely be moving out a month early. Its worth the extra cost for my health and sanity. Just going to buy a house. To hell with apartment life. I have not notified management about the neighbors because, how is an apartment company going to tell someone how to control their wild little kids? So my advice to you is, get the upper floor unit so you can live in peace. Or, if you want others to be as miserable you are because of your children, rent anything but the first floor.

Quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors. Parking is terrible and non-emergency maintenance is about a weeks wait. Only one trash bin for complex, so it frequently looks and smells terrible. Dog waste bags take a long time to get refilled when they run out.

The community is clearly trending downhill, the community seems to focus on having a nice club house and model units, but very little focus on maintaining or improving rental units. If you're looking to rent here, be sure you see the unit and take a good look at everything before signing anything, the work is substandard and cheaply done, but looks fine on the surface.
