This place is terrible! The buildings are okay, its just a little older but was obviously taken care of prior to the current management company taking over. The day they did however...this place started going downhill FAST! Their leasing agent is the ABSOLUTE WORST! She has such an attitude, doesn't care about her residents, is ALWAYS looking for a fight, and is so RUDE! It doesn't matter if you are stopping by to pay rent, ask a question, or put in a service request, she HATES people and it shows! Her voice always makes it sound as if she is about to unload on you for the crime of interfering with her day! The way she interacts with anyone is an absolute disgrace to the concept of customer service. She has no idea of what policy is or how to do her job in a manner that is professional or polite, instead she uses her anger to justify her ignorance and makes everyone feel belittled when they have to deal with her. I have never had to deal with someone who is so mean hearted! She has no respect or concern for her resident's lives, their schedules, or their needs. She is clearly there for a paycheck and if they knew what is good for them they'd cut that off and ditch her because she is causing a lot of people to want to move! I can't wait for my lease to be up so that I can get out of this place and away from her nasty attitude!

The apartment itself is nice. Its in a good safe spot and close to everything but what I dont like is how kept up the apartment is BEHIND the scenes! Nothing is worse than painting over , or drilling over, or just going over the Mess that needs to be REPLACED!! I mean clearly you guys have money cause this apartment is high as hell. So it needs to go back into making the spaces BETTER . The appliances are old and keep breaking or malfunctioning! The AC leaks and causes mold in the closets .... Im just not happy

It's just okay. Apartments need to have HVAC units upgraded to energy efficient units. Trash area needs to be gated to stop outsiders from dumping in this area! Too many mandatory extras on top of the rent.

I love this community because of the safe Neighbors, clean houses, and the green areas. We also have a Private garage, and a balcony. We only moved here 5 Months ago and it's been very enjoyable. My family likes it here.

Its an older development in the area trying to keep up with all the new living areas in the area. The value just isnt there. I can hear every footstep the neighbors upstairs take. And with them having kids its nonstop and I am not a complainer. I tried to talk to them once and they were extremely rude. The floorplans are really nice and I never had parking issues. The staff is the best part.

Very positive experience in our year living here. The two story one bedroom is beautiful, maintenance staff is great in the few times weve needed them, and I have only had an issue with parking once or twice, which means I didnt get a spot right in front of my building and had to take a short walk which is not a problem for me.

Price is high for the things you get. The parking is horrible. Theres a bunch of cars for barely any parking spaces. When we moved in there was a lot of stuff wrong. The carpet installation is so loose that it moves and lifts up without any force. The kitchen has stains all in the cabinets and has a nasty smell. I like how spacious the rooms are. And I like the laundry room .

It has been a magnificent experience thus far. The sprawling area within the community is commendable. My favorite being the pool and the tennis court. And not to mention the gym consisting of all modern amenities one could think of.. it had saved me some dollars from spending at other fitness centres... The apartment we live in is pretty spacious... So this community, according to me, is highly recommended...

I love the leasing consultants but I feel like the manager doesnt really want to deal with tenants. The corporate office needs to admit some photos are photoshopped and they are completely honest about what apartments are completely updated etc

I like everything but the parking. I understand the limit on parking but I don't like having to sometimes walk half way across the community to park. Also not the parks fault but my neighbors parks crooked everyday and make the parking even worse.

Unfriendly staff changes and substantial rent increases over 3yrs without significant changes have been discouraging. resident parking is limited, if you dont have an apartment with an attached garage or pay additional rent for a detached garage be prepared to park a distance away from your home in the evenings. Most residents have 2+ cars. Different than when the property was built many years ago. Some apartments were upgraded with granite others were not but the difference in cost is not substantial. Apartments lack counter space and drawers. I have 4 small drawers not wide enough for a silverware holder. My silverware is dumped in a drawer. No pantry. Youll have to buy shelving and put in dining room. No storage closet for mops and broom except in laundry area. They provided a new microwave with the upgrades but not the type to install above stove where it shouldve gone. There is absolutely no room on the counter for this microwave. Youll have to buy a stand and put it in the dining room. The new community gym is nice. The community pool and gathering area is also nice. The upgrades to the main office are amazing but I feel $ couldve been used in areas to improve resident life as the office was already nice before. There isnt a dog run. I get that they are trying to be competitive and are limited with old floor plans and parking assignments. There are newer, nicer complexes out there for same price.

Spacious apartments with really nice upgrades. It really is a nice place to live and the location is perfect! My back porch area is very private. I'm looking forward to sitting out back in Spring. There are definitely some areas that could be improved but in all I am very satisfied.

Poor management of tenants with pets in the neighbors We've been having traumatic mental issue due to constant dog barking and noise from our neighbor. The dog has been barking during the day and even after quiet hours at night which caused many distractions and problems to our daily life schedule. We've filed several complaints since last year, but the management office replies with same words over and over, and the problem hasn't been solved and yet ongoing. My husband has been struggling with migraine due to this issue. We're paying the rent to live and to pursue happy/satisfying life, however, with this problem ongoing every day, each day has been very stressful to us and it seems pointless for us to stay at this apartment any longer.

I have lived here for only a few weeks but I am very pleased with the apartment and the community to this point. The only issue I have is that I would like to see the residents take more care with throwing away their garbage and cardboard at the community dumpster. There is usually trash and cardboard just thrown on the ground.

Lovely area, very good management and staff, including outstanding maintenance and repair. My only negative experience is the lack of noise control at times - although where I am located now it is much better than before (people would and still do have cell phone conversations under bedroom windows of neighbors) and kids arguing loudly and riding their scooters and skate boards in front of cars - several have almost been hit. I am not sure there is a place for them to actually play here and that is why they are on the main property streets riding for hours in the middle of it.

Parking is atrocious! Office staff is very unsympathetic to maintenance issues. The rent does not equal the service. The breeze way always has trash. Cars park against the walkway so when walking you have to go onto the dirt because the same person mblocks the pavement

Everything in this community is great. I would love to give 5 to everything. Only thing which stopped me is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. They took more than a month to complete few of my simple requests. Parking problem is there too but you can find spot somewhere around your home if not immediately in front. So I can ignore it to some extent because I can see management is trying to solve this. So if maintenance issue can be fixed I would totally give 5 to everything and will highly recomend this apartment to everybody.

Fantastic peaceful community with cleanliness. Pricing may be on a little higher side but its worth for the living environment that was offered. The upgraded homes are no less than a new home facilities and the community common areas and recreation areas are additional assets. Only complaint may be the parking areas should be increased. At times it is difficult to find a parking spot in the community right in front of close by your home

Bell Preston Reserve is a beautiful community. However, there are issues with noise, parking, and speeding. There are also not a lot of events to encourage the community to come together. One of the perks of Bell Preston Reserve is the new gym. It has a lot to offer for everyone.

The front staff is extremely rude. There's one girl up there who is super nice, but I can't remember her name. There are is another lady who is exceptional mean - I also wish I could remember her name so I could contact management. There's so many issues here. maintenance sucks, appliances are outdated and our water smells like sulfur. They are renovating when our lease is up but rent will go up $200+ depending on when we renew (which we won't) . We had a neighbor harass us every time we went outside and we basically have to just avoid that part of the building. He left bags of dog waste at our front door. But all he got was a phone call. That's harassment, why would you allow somebody to be a tenant under that circumstance is beyond me. Also, had our car egged. It was probably that guy... but still long story short, this place is terrible . Luckily, we have a garage but I see others suffering with parking. It's horrible here. This place isn't "luxury" and it definitely isn't worth the price.

The neighborhood is quiet and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. However the rates are extremely high for what you receive. Additionally the parking is horrendous. There are times we have to park streets away from our building which is extremely inconvenient. Inside our apartment our kitchen is extremely small and the cabinet space is very small.
