I enjoy staying here so far! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The area is clean and there is a lot to do near by. I just wish that parking was better. It's uncomfortable having to park 2 -3 buildings over at night when returning home.

I love our apartment (3 bed with garage). The staff is friendly and helpful, and it seems that they really get to know residents and families. I love that it is dog friendly and family friendly. I hope to stay here for many years!

We have had a good experience here. The apartment and people are nice. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are nice. I wish there was a cohesive sidewalk throughout the community though. Overall, a nice place to live.

Office staff always kind, friendly and most efficient! Grounds are well Maintained. Needs promptly addressed. Office area pleasant, clean and well maintained. I’m Most pleased with living in this complex. Residents are friendly and courteous. It’s a good and safe environment.

More apartments with similar pricing has more parking and elevator amenities available. Pest control is required way worse handling in last 2 years. Simply raising rental rates on competition will flee people to new communities being build without adding any new features

I've been here for several years, and I love it! Good neighbors and a high degree of professionalism from the staff. The location is excellent. I highly recommend the end units with garages. They're more like townhouses, with no one above or below (apart from a garage).

Overall, this is a great community. I do have a couple of major concerns that I have been advised won’t be changed. They are an extremely small toilet and breezeway leading to my unit is filthy and embarrassing. Perhaps, next year this area will be power washed is what I’ve been advised. My toilet is the size for a toddler and not an adult. The only way this can be altered is to have a Doctor say that I’m disabled, which is ridiculous. I work for a major Hospital and it’s super easy to obtain this documentation, but I refused to lie and say I’m disabled. This is unfortunate as this is a nice community and I’m surprised that the owner/owners find this acceptable. The grounds on the outside are clean and well manicured. However, the inside of the balconies and patios are not cared for as well. Parking can be challenging depending on where you’re located and garages are limited. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Appliances and lighting have been updated. Office staff and maintenance are professional and polite.

Absolutely happy with my decision to move to Cary and this apartment complex! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood in general is very safe. It’s accessible to almost anything you need.

If you don't mind your rent increasing $250 to $300 a year, then in addition, getting charged for NEW fees whenever they feel like adding it to your rent, then rent away! In ONE single year, they have raised my rent almost $300. As of 8/2022, you are NOW getting charged TWO different trash fees $30 for valet trash where they pick up from your door and another trash fee for using their garbage compactor outside. You are getting charged TWO different water bills. Water is split amongst the community and NOT through the city as they claim. You are getting charged for pest control, been here 3 years and only had 2 pest control visits. There are a TON of roaches here (waterbugs). It is disgusting! Constant NAILS in your tires from their parking lot, and mold issues! As for your UPS/FED/Amazon packages.... they are constantly getting LOST or stolen around here. Packages are supposed to go in their parcel room with locked storages, but the carriers always puts your packages in the wrong box at times! Cannot WAIT to leave this place into a new home!

Only lived here for 3 months so far, the community and people who live here seem nice. As far as the apartment itself, there’s definitely issues there. Lots of bug problems and the maintenance seems to do a lot of quick fixes when it comes to problems in the apartment, so the same problems keep occurring.

I love it here. I am moving but it's to go out of state to be closer to my family. It has been a wonderful place to live and work (from home). The staff make this a wonderful place to live as well. Very responsive to needs plus the extra things they plan for residence.

Your staff are awesome, don't lose that. I believe the amenities are wonderful, has a pool, etc. The true awesomeness of this apartment complex though is its location, and very low crime. I am also keen on how big this apartment is.

This experience was worst. Not after how maintainable treated us. They did not notify, they did nit call. I call this breach of privacy. I am concerned about my safety. They left so much mess with out cleaning.

The location and environment of the apartment are good, but the indoor electric range, refrigerator etc are outdated. Residents are always friendly. However ther were two times when someone parked a car in front of my garage and left, so I was very embarrassed.

This is amazing community with really nice office staff and good apartments. We love Bell Preston. All that we need for comfortable life, we have found in this place. It was good Surprise when we saw car washing. Pool is perfect. We are happy!

Its the most beautiful complex Ive ever lived in. Theres been little things like, doors missing knobs at the club. Also, apartments need to be turned over better. I had A LOT of cleaning to do (2 weeks.) I understand residents are responsible for this but carpet, appliance, kitchen, and bathrooms should be professionally cleaned. Especially with COVID. I do want to say the care of the pool, club house, and grounds are great! And I love the community newsletters/emails. Overall, I would recommend living here!

There are several others who have experienced this issue with the property. Poor maintenance prioritization and timely resolution. The reality is that they don't have any maintenance process and neither want to build any. They keep saying look at your leasing contract. The maintenance supervisor does not have any sense of understanding the issue and the eagerness to resolve it. Looking at the leasing cost, if this what you get in maintenance and services, it is unfortunate to mention that staying in this property would be a wrong decision.

Community is ok, maintenace is poor - can't get my dishwasher fixed after I moved in. Multiple requests sent without results, everyone tries to convince me I should wash my dishes better before putting them into dishwasher. Another case, nobody came to fix leaking toilet, had to fix it myself. Ironically, 5 days after member of maintenance team I met at the street asked me if I still have the issue!

I love my apartment and love living in this community however my air conditioner has not worked properly since moving in a year ago. staff were rude and made ridiculous statements and talking down to me.

Poor maintenance. And no one cares about your complaint until you call them back again and again. I am not at all satisfied with their maintenance ones. Other than that, everything is good like Outside maintenance, parks, schools, neighborhoods.
