Initially it was a good community to live in however in the last couple of years it has deteriorated. It is a disappointment with how some of the people live and have blatant disregard for others in the community.

Overall it's a good neighborhood. Maintenance workers do a good job at keeping up the appearance of the neighborhood and fixing things at a decent time. Some of the neighbors can be a little more mindful of the noise but everyone keeps to themselves

It's ok. Convenient if you need quick access to interstates. My husband car got his window broken out once -bad -irresponsible big kids are gonna be just that. Overall, it's a pretty decent place. Pretty quiet and clean except for the people who think their trash is too good to go in their cars, so they put it on top of their cars but fail to stop and pick up if it falls off the car. I like the maintenance crew- they do a great job.

The community is in a perfect location to the hwy and shops, gyms, gas, big box stores. The maintenance team (especially Mr.. Larry) is responsive and knowledgeable. The Office staff has changed over the years but they have always been available, by phone and in person. I find if you communicate openly and respectfully with them.. pretty much anything can resolved or helped. Local schools not amazing but there are great schools through CMS lottery with a bus route for our community. We love it here ??

My experience has been quite pleasant. I have not had any issues with the management or the community. I mostly feel safe here and can appreciate the consistent landscaping upkeep. I would love to see more residential incentives.

Since I move to the property I've had a great experience. The property is very clean. Larry, which is part of maintenance team is very considerate and make sure all the orders are done correctly. He's the best. I do miss Paula, though. She was a great part of the team.

Great location, very spacious, and reasonably priced for the area, the downside is no servailance of parking lot to detare vandalism and no upgrades in appliances in the years past, also a very shiesty time company contracted to the property and the visitor parking situation has been non affluent to resident during the past 4 years

Relatively quiet neighborhood. Not enough visitor or handicapped parking. Pest control is terrible. The community should offer trash pickup. Aside from that it's not a bad place to live. Management is good and maintenance is pretty quick.

The area is nice. The community could use some work. Maintenance does a great job with the resources they have. I understand there are limitations, but with what I pay for rent I should be able to have repairs done properly so they do not keep occuring. Pest control could use some work and is priced to high for what isn't done. Trash charges are really high as well with only one compactor at the very front on the complex.

Decent community, the trash compactor seems to fill ridiculously fast and not get emptied to my liking, but the mess pretty much stays in that area. Maintenance very good at keeping grounds clean, as for resources like clubhouses or the pool or gym or whatever I never use them but they seem a little lackluster to me. Managed WI-FI sucks, please let us pay for and manage our own internet.

It has been very solid so far. The apartments themselves could use a little work, but for the service we get plus the price, worth it. The staff have never been annoying either, very pleasant to deal with.

I have been comfortable and safe since moving this year. Whenever I have problem with maintenance, the Larry maintenance guy gives out good services and does his work perfectly. Which made my stay here satisfactory. And also mrs paula.H also helps me out when ever i have a problem which makes it easier and wonderful to live here.

I moved into my place April 2024 and have had the best experience with the staff, especially Larry who is over maintenance. Anytime I’ve had an issue, he’s been on it, he’s friendly and goes over and beyond ensuring you’re taken care of. I feel safe here and they keep the place clean, you’re always going to see the maintenance staff driving by.

Never felt safe

The safety in this neighborhood is nonexistent. From personal experience, I got my catalytic converter stolen in the middle of the night, I saw two guys get into a knife fight and one of them stole the others car, Kids were shooting off fireworks at 2 am, and a guy was running away from the police through the neighborhood. I never felt safe being outside by myself. If you have kids, look elsewhere.

Theft, dangerous, dirty. Zero stars

If you have a pet, they require that you use a third party service, this service charges a yearly fee that must be paid even if you are moving out in a few weeks. The front office pretty much says that you are SOL and have to pay the fee. If you like your car, do not move here. Multiple car thefts (doors locked, keys in the apartment), car break ins, and gun violence in the neighborhood. The complex is aware and limits the sharing of this knowledge on their community wall platform. They also have no cameras around the complex. Multiple street lights are out, encouraging malicious behavior. The building's halls are pretty gross with trash and stains everywhere. The trash attracts bugs (which arent a huge issue on the 3rd floor) and they can be seen all around outside. Some of the staff are friendly, but the owners/management of the complex clearly have no care whatsoever for the residents safety and protection. The inside of the apartments are not bad and it is a decent value considering. I am excited to say I will be moving soon.
