Halton park is expensive for no reason. It's hard to have company with limited visitor spots. The new managements sucks and they don't know what they're doing or talking about. They pick and choose what rules they want to enforce. Takes a week for a simple dish washer to be fished. Internet always goes down and the office doesn't care. Don't move here

Size of units, plenty of parking, landscaping, 24 hour access to gym and business center. Office staff are all friendly and helpful. There needs to be more big furniture/trash pick up. All the clutter gives us poor curb appeal.

It was Ok....i wasnt happy with the dog poop from residents not cleaning after there pets, some residents would throw trash in the parking lot and on the steps and the bug problems. Maintenance was always there to keep it clean. Staff was great at all times.

I have lived in this apartment community for almost 7 years now. Prior to living in this unit my husband and I were in a 3 bedroom. My husband passed away in 2014 so I transferred to a 2 bedroom. When I first moved here there were no problems. In the past several years the community has allowed what you would consider no so good tenants. There is a lot of young college kids in here and it seems they have a lot of overnight visitors all the time. Constant parties and loud music. There are small children who constantly ride bikes, scooters and play basketball in the breezeway. They run into the siding of the building, play in the parking lot where any car driver not paying attention can run over them. I myself have complained numerous times to management and even told the children to stop playing in the breezeway and they tell me their mom says they can. According to my lease this is a no no but it continues. I work from home and my job requires me to be on the phone a good deal and this is a nuisance. School will be out soon and I dread having to deal with this another summer. I would suggest that management do a better background check on potential tenants and enforce the rules and regulations according to our lease agreement.

I resently moved from Florida, I current live with my fiancé, the customer service in the office is atrocious, maintance come and go from the apartment with out permission, This is the 5th staff group replacement that has no respect for their residents. It's astonishing. Getting maintance to come out to fix a grabage disposal takes weeks, this morning was even the icing on the cake. I get locked out from the apartment with my dog and decide to talk to the ladies in the office. I simple ask if they can reach/call my fiancé, i can't give my I.D. Because it's in the apartment and I can't use my cell to call my fiancé cause it's in the apartment. I know they where not going to give me a key since I'm not on the lease. She walks me to her office couldn't login into her account. Tries to get her co work across the room to help, which she's does but states that she's couldnt give me a key. I said that's not what I asked, mind you I'm in my PJs with a curious dog trying to smell everything. They made me feel uncomfortable but I'm a person asking for help, no benefit of the doubt.

The living room and bedroom are huge. Bath tub is perfect size fore bubble baths. Everything about the apartment is what we were looking for and our price range. Although the apartment was clean there were bugs near and in the bathroom. No other complaints.

I'm a very new resident here, but I love the place so far. The layout of the space in the unit is very nice. The floors and paint on the wall all look new, and there is very minimal visible signs of wear and tear on the unit overall. Any issues that I did have were all resolved within a week at most. When I brought any issues or question I had up to the office staff they were very courteous, and gave excellent information every time. It's a pleasure to work with the office staff here, and they contribute to the place seeming much nicer overall.

I only been here 1 week. Overall everything been okay. It been quite and clean. Haven't seen many people because of my work schedule to know if their friendly. Garbage disposal is far and parking is scarce late night when I get home but everything is ok. Just a matter of me adapting.

There were a few maintenance issues at move in but nothing big. I am in a short term lease and having that as an option was nice. Large apartment with the three bedroom three bathroom. Staff is all nice and tries hard for create good customer service.

This is a nice community. However I feel as though it is a bit over priced. But other than that it is a great area and it's very convenient. I also feel that towing vehicles due to expired tags is completely unnecessary and they should change their policies in regards to that.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Mantnice is very helpful and nice! I wanted to move in asap and they had me ready within 3 days. The apartments are nicely laid out and clean neighbors aren't loud. Fitness room is awesome and so is the pool!

This community is okay, however, the grounds could be kept better. There is constantly trash, condoms, and huge dog poo. The maintenance are quick to solve apartment issues, which is a huge plus, however its hit or miss with the attitude of the office staff.

At first it was great! At a year and with continual staff turnover vandalism was up. Breakins to cars increased. Trash all over parking lots increased. The staff never answered the phones. I hope things get better with the latest change in staff for those who choose to staff. For now I'm terminating my lease in may.
