Nice community close to where I need to get to. My commute bank and forth to work has been a easy one.looking forward to exciting things to come in the future. Never lived in an apartment this is my first time I got some time to get adjusted.

The community is great the staff here are excellent. They really respond to any issues you have really quickly . Shopping and access to a lot of different places . Parking is also good any time not or day.

2015 was a Great year the office staff was very nice the property was very nice and clean and quiet The manager was friendly I loved living here a told others how nice it was to live here at Halton Park apt but over the years the office staff has changed several times including the office manager and the apartment complex has changed as well it's noisy and dirty the staff isn't the same as the office manager isn't friendly she stays in her office when you enter never come out to greet you Issues with noise levels don't get handled properly with neighbors you have to take matter in your own hand at the property to try to resolve any issues you have with your neighbor with noise levels it's not as good as it used to be to live here not the complex I used to happy to come home to or tell other about as soon as I find a home I will be moving out as soon as possible Rent is too high to not have the best place to live it's like Living in the projects!!!!!!

So far living here has been okay, there has been a few issues, minor, kids playing in the breezeway and knocking on doors noise overhead from neighbor washing late at night and as of late awakened my wife and I 3:35 in the morning. other than that we love living here. I Retired and moved here from Maryland, PG to NC to live out the rest of our lives in this beautiful State.

I love the community rent is very expensive right now due to inflation. I wasnt to happy about my rent going up 200 bucks after 3 yrs of paying my bill on time. When question about it they say due to inflation. Im a single mom of 3 lil ones so that took all my extra playtime money for them. I felt bad but they need a roof over their head.

Chazz was awesome from beginning to end with the whole moving in process!!! Whatever questions I had, he answered them and helped me and anyway he could! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating, I just had the pleasure of working with Chazz.

I do not have any complaints it is quiet and nice to live here. The office staff is very nice and professional. I only do want to mention about when driving into the apartment complex that some people drive around the corner fast and sometimes through the complex fast.

I love it here. Its quiet and there's not a lot of people sitting around on the weekends starting trouble in the neighborhood. The maintenance men are great and they respond to your request quickly everytime. The neighborhood is always clean. There are some pet owners that don't pick up their pets poop but I noticed the employees take their time to discard it themselves and everyone in the office are super nice. Never had a problem with anyone.

Overall, it's been ok. I enjoy the location of the neighborhood, and the apartment styles. The pool and the gym. However maintenance responses have not really been great within the past year. Also the frequent closes of the pool periodically. The over changing of the staff friendliness has decreased from when I first moved in.

The apartment is great and the community is quiet. Love the location it's close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and 485. The staff, DaJour, Chez, and Paula are friendly, you can stop in anytime they are always helpful. My maintenance issue was handled in a timely manor

My experience has been good. I have nothing negative to say about the community. The up keep of the community is well kept. Maintenance service is done immediately. I did asked in the front office is there a discount for senior citizens. I have not heard a response as of yet. Please give answer soon my lease is coming up. Thank you!

The apartments are spacious. The office team is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team responds and resolves issues very quickly. The groundskeepers work really hard to keep the common areas clean.

Leasing office was very friendly and patient. Went above and beyond to help assist me with my move in. They waited for me after closing so I was able to get my keys because I was stuck in traffic. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner.

So far so good. No violent area, nice apartments and spacious. I love it here. My kids love it here and we hope to be here more years. The schools in the district are good schools and the commute time to work is quick.

When I first moved in it was great. Within the last two years crime in the complex has gotten bad. Packages go missing, cars are vandelized . Gun fire, tenants with dogs do not cleanup after their pets. It is more so the types of people that are moving into the complex

Camila was very helpful with the entire process. Communication was amazing, she was very responsive and is very kind. Staff here are very nice and helpful. The residents here seem to keep to themselves for the most part, and our apartment is beautiful. Aside from the occasional dog barking my roommate and I don't hear much from our neighbors. There is a train that comes by every few hours but it's not too loud, you just know it's there. Great community!

I've only lived here a little over a month but from what I've seen it seems like a nice neighborhood. I have only one suggestion and that the building itself needs to cleaned . ( stairways swept) ( checking for garbage in the halls). I would like to know if there are any community groups being active.

Living here has been okay for the most part. They finally set up a package locker so packages are safe (there has been quite a few thefts). My only issues are pest control and stomping above my apartment. We're a very clean couple yet we get roaches. Also, the new flooring they are putting in the apartments magnifies the steps of my neighbors above me so it's hard to sleep or relax.
