The apartments are not so bad they just need to be upgraded bad and fast, the smell of the apartment when you enter is a smells like it had been closed up for years so what I think is the apartments should reflect that they are keeping up with the change of time that means upgrades upgrades.

Never really liked that the trash compactor is the first thing visible when one enters the apartment complex. The maintenance crew does an okay job keeping the grounds around the compactor reasonably presentable. Kudos to them. However, since they can only inspect intermittently, there are times when the trash area is a real eyesore.

So far I am dissatisfied and uncomfortable but I'm getting acquainted more each day. The roaches really made it hard to live here and I didn't feel like it would have been handled in timely matter unless I spoke to someone personally with the intent not to back down.

The staff is friendly, the complex is clean and taken care of. There are some weird people that live here that I try to avoid so we don't go to the back of the complex, but over all i enjoy living here.

I was extremely scared to move into this Apartment complex based off some of the negative reviews I'd read. I haven't lived at this Apartment complex long but so far I am enjoying my stay. I really hope it stays that way. The apartment when I moved in was very clean and well maintained. For the price they could use some updating in my opinion. The staff has been super nice and very helpful when ever I've needed to contact them. They actually answer their phones believe it or not. The maintenance team is even better. I can put in a service request and that same day not only have someone show up but have my problem fixed. I love the clubhouse and all the extra amenities that come with living here such as the playground, coffee/lounge area, pool, business center - as I'm in school and it comes in handy when I need to print an essay and the areas you can go to to clean your car. The parking is intimidating but I've managed to find close parking if not right in front of my building every single day no matter the hours. The neighborhood is generally pretty quite but be mindful you will be living literally right across the street from the train tracks. I've gotten used to it but the train does sound off very late at night and it's very loud! Pest are controlled and the complex does a great job at trying to manage that in my opinion. Again, I'm happy so far with my stay and I hope it stays that way but if anyone is looking to move here I'd definitely recommend it.

The Front office staff and maintenance are very attentive to making sure are needs are met. Nice neighborhood for all families. People of all ages live here but everyone is pretty considerate of their noise levels. Big community but it has alot to offer.

Office and maintenance staff are amazing and work hard to ensure all of their residents are taken care of. The community boasts great amenities and is well maintained. Couldn't ask for better bang for he buck.

I love all the amenities the apartment includes , the maintenance staff are very urgent and friendly, the rental office staff are also friendly. The apartments and community is clean. My experience has been more than what I expected!

The neighborhood sucks. The included wifi and cable is a scam. The internet never works properly, you cannot change ssid, and there is no ethernet. Not to mention that to hesd into town you have to do a u-turn. The neighborhood isnt easily accessible.

Very friendly staff. Quiet family oriented community.. apartment size is huge. Overall beyond happy I moved to Halton park. I would recommend this complex to friends and family. I absolutely love it here

It's ok. The apartment has been very attentive to all of my needs since I moved-in in June 2018. The only issue I am having is with bugs in the building, I may have to move unfortunately. Other than that it's been a great place to live.

Halton park is very well set up. They are spacious apartments for a good price. The apartment was very clean when we moved in and the staff were a great help with putting in work orders for anything that was previously missed. These orders were also completed fairly quickly after move in. The only complaint so far has been noise from the train across the street.

my experience has been good. the grounds are clean. But there a lot of un- supervised kids in the computer room and gym. All other complex next door come to the pool in the summer time not beening monitored by staff.

Beautiful apartment with spacious floor plans but roach infested. Very disappointing Staff stated they do have a pest control company that comes out but just moving in I'll have to wait which leaves me uncomfortable until this is resolved. It's honestly disgusting. My first night I saw about 20 roaches, and ended up bombing the apartment and leaving for the night.

It's a cool place to live. Friendly staff all around. Convenient to highway 485. Minutes from UNCC to the right, Concord to the left. Plenty of community activities. 7 min from Concord Mills. 5 min from Starlight movie theater. Only complaint: a little hard to get out of the complex during morning rush.

I have stayed her going on 2 years and I have not had any concerns or problems so far and maintenance is great they fixed any issues with apartment right away. I would recommend this amartment community to friends and family.

Quiet well maintained facilities here. I am satisfied with services and amenities in this community. The pool is in beautiful condition. I am barely aware that I even have neighbors because it is so pleasant and quiet when I am home.

I needed to move very fast and the leasing process was quick and easy. I applied on a Wednesday and moved in by Saturday. Lavar in the leasing office was very nice and professional and assisted me with all my needs. Apartment looked great upon move in. 100% satisfied. One of my best experiences by far.
