The apartments are kept in good condition. Its relatively safe and office staff is friendly. The highway is near by and convenient to Concord and Harrisburg NC. If there is an issue mgmt will try their best to resolve it.

It was pretty good. The staff was nice. The community seems nice. There are a few issues I've noticed now that I've moved in but hopefully the staff will correct them quickly. So far so good. We'll see going forward.

Excellent place of resistance. I truly have enjoyed my stay at the community. I would recommend the community to future residents. The property management team are very professional, courteous and polite.

Wonderful staff, updated and large floor plans , lots of storage and I love that they are pet friendly as well ! I've just moved here , but feel like I will be satisfied. I plan to use the bark park with my furry boy and really like the work out room, it's getting hot . So I probably will use treadmill instead of walking outside.

Management is very nice. Quite and beautifully community. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very pleasant when answering the phone. The pool area and restroom is very clean????????????

So far the move in has been good still unpacking and moving in, the community is quiet haven't met any neighbors yet I would recommend this to a friend a family member anybody who is looking for a apartment.

I love it here it's quiet apartments are nice and kept up I would recommend these apartments OH it's in a nice location as well as a nice staff all of them are nice the grocery store is in walking distance

The apartment complex is really beautiful and well kept including the inside of apartment. I was impressed with the space and modern feel. The area is really quiet, the neighbors I've met so far are friendly and genuine. The location is great everything is in short driving distance. As for office staff they are okay, you can tell they are just about business and nothing else. You have to stay on top of Everything.

I've only been here one day and night. But so far so good. The leasing office has been helpful all week leading up to my move. They helped me yesterday by going through everything about the apartment and the parking. Everyone in the office has been helpful. The washer I am renting from this apartment complex did not work but when I called maintenance on a Sunday morning, he called right back and came to look at it. Hopefully they will replace the washer and that will work. The apartment was clean when I moved in and everything else works well. So far I've had a good experience on my week leading up to my move and for my first day and night here.

I moved in july 2020. I have not had any problems within the community. I have experienced domestic altercations on several occasions. Loud loud music after hours. Cars roaring through thr complex. Profane and vulgar communications among residents.

My Experience here at Halton has been great. With the whole pandemic going on around the time I first moved in I had a few hardships but the staff worked with me and had patience. I definitely would recommend this community to anyone.

This complex is overpriced for the tiny size apartments. Things around the house break frequently because of the poor quality materials used to put the apartments together. There is never adequate parking. The tow company they have a contract with tows residents cars because they can't see the red parking sticker at 2am. The residents steal packages from in front of your door that the mail man leaves and the community manager expects the residents to have packages delivered elsewhere because of the high theft rate that she knows about but won't install mail lockers since they don't except packages for the residents. This complex also has several alcohol rehabilitation apartments that they denied but I live across from one and it's 6 random men from all backgrounds that lives in the apartment and they have a heavy traffic flow of random men. The community manager is NO help at all when there are issues. I feel blue ridge needs to GET IT TOGETHER that's why everyone is moving out. I would never refer anyone to live here. People are being forced out because of the ------ conditions and high prices.

Good experience overall. Sometimes had an issue with neighbors being loud in the parking lot late at night. Amenities are nice. Would recommend to someone if the apartment has updated appliances in the kitchen and bathroom

Love my apartment and the staff is always so helpful. The maintenance crew are always pleasant. One maintenance man, Mike. He is always quick to respond and helpful. Usually the neighbors are quiet. I do suggest that you try to place people with small children be placed one the first floor.

Honestly looking forward to moving. It is loud and weed smokers everywhere. Residents leave trash in the walk ways. Courtesy officer is worthless. I can say they maintain the appearance of the place.

My experience at Halton Park has been ok. Management is not friendly and rude at times. Maintenance always gets the job done no matter big or small. One thing I like is that the office is always doing something to keep the community Engaged.

Diverse neighborhood at a good economical price point. I love the location because you can hop on the highway and get to most places in 25 minutes with Charlotte traffic. I like Jasmine and other office staff because they are kind. ?So are maintenance staff.

Well maintained grounds and the apartments have a great layout it's a train off the main road that makes noise periodically but it's not a game changer. The community is accessible to all things Charlotte , Harrisburg & concord
