I have been here two months and wish I did more research. I have a problem with Water Bugs or Palmetto bugs even after numerous Pest Control visits. Not satisfied at all with the community. Very stressful during this time of Covid-19.

The community is great, clean and quiet. I really love it here! The maintenance team is great. The leasing staff is very friendly. Before moving in, the staff contacted me and stayed on top of things. They made me feel like that wanted me apart of their community.

Move-in process was seamless despite current issues with social distancing. Apartment was better than I expected with lots of space. Great amenities for my family and friends. Staff answered any and all questions.

I've only been living here less than a year, which I will be moving out soon. It's okay but not the worse. The atmosphere and quality has gone downhill. It's not the staff, it's more of the selection of residents and guest that be out here that makes it unbearable at times. It's very concerning the presence of cops activity that Ive seen over the span I've been here and it's kind of concerning of what's really going on. Constant loud music from vehicles, the trash be all over the place. It's like some residents don't take pride in their community. I know you really can't control what people do but I think more rules and polices should be enforced especially for individuals that be in violation.

I love living here!! The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and know who I am when I walk in the door. Any maintenance requests I have are fixed very quickly. The apartment itself is very spacious and the layout works fabulously for my child and myself. Best apartment I've had in Charlotte.

When I first moved in the experience was awesome. The community was quiet and nice place to live. It was nice to find an affordable place to live with spacious units. However that had changed and as a result I will not be renewing my lease.

The staff is awesome. The only problem that I experienced was lack of security and the constant breaking into vehicles from residents and staff not showing empathy towards the issue nor tried to resolve it by adding gates, cameras or security measures.

Everything here has been great during my 2 years here except the noise. The tenants above me are very inconsiderate. They run throughout the apartment day and night. There may be small kids there but after 11pm the running should stop. I have reported this twice and was told each time that there was nothing they could do. I will be relocating because of this. Absolutely no other complaints.

Nice community I would recommend family or friends. It's clean and grounds are well kept. I like the fact the you have tenant activity and you care about us. Repair s are done promptly which is great. The Maintance team know what they are doing.

This is a good complex, the staff is friendly and responds quickly. I love the bundle cable and internet deal that's included with the rent. The only downside is there is only one trash can for the whole community other then that, I believe this will be a great place to call home

So far I am enjoying my apartment. I have no issues. It's nice and quiet. The only thing is, I wish there was another way in or out. Maybe in the back of the complex, instead of having to come out on a busy street.

We've only been here for a week now , and so far so good . Loving our new place . Only con are the bugs , but called the office and they sent someone out to spray for us quickly. I would definitely recommend to a friend

Since moving in, I have noticed small things such as residents living their trash outside their doors which attracts bugs. Need more parking for residents and their visitors or just do away with parking passes. My personal opinion I have lived in apartment complexes in the past and a parking pass was not required.

I love it my neighbors are nice . The residents are nice and the maintenance men are very responsive. I would highly recommend Halton park to anybody who's looking for a great quiet nice community. I greatly appreciate everything thank you .

Great community, kept clean. Great communication with tenants. Staff is very involved eith donating to community organizations. Office staff is friendly and helpful. They provide opportunities for neighbors to interact.

The personnel at the leasing office have always been personable. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly! No issues with other tenants. Very nice amenities! Only downfall to my Apt building is the amount of palmetto bugs that pest outside and inside the premises.

Great place to live . Great staff. Would recommend anyone to come and join the Halton Park Apartments. Quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood is close to everything food, shopping centers, restaurants, and movie theaters

Right as I walked in I was greeted with respect and courtesy by Jasmine. She was very helpful and provided me with all of the information I was searching for. I really liked the way it felt. Very welcoming. The apartments were both really nice, and I am looking forward to getting a chance of being able to be part of this community.

I heard about this apartment complex from a family friend. When i went to view the apartment it was very clean, in great condition, and the office staff was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends!

The staff is always friendly and communicative to all the residents. At Halton Park we are constantly having special events to bring our community together, which includes: holiday celebrations, appreciation gatherings, breakfast, cookouts, pool parties, etc... At Halton we have a pool that can be utilized year round, a gym with fob access, a computer room 247 access, an entertainment room, guest housing, property security, grilling area and just a beautiful living area with manicured lawns.
