I really love living at Halton Park. Everything is always kept really nice and available for me if I need it. The staff is mostly always nice and helpful and there has only been nice neighbors so far as well. The only complaints that I have is that, whoever lives above me, they are constantly beating the floor or building something.. We can't tell what it is. But since day one it has sounded like elephants above us! Also, the only way into the apartments is very narrow and people take it very fast and recklessly. I wish it could be widened. Other than that it is great, we've already re-signed our lease :)

I am enjoying my spacious 3 bedroom apartment. So far maintenance has been speedy and the office personal have been very pleasant. The grass is well kept and it quiet. The community activities are nice. The Halton Park community is great!!!

I LOVE Halton Park!! the application process was easy and almost everything was done at the touch of a fingertip!! And the apts are so modern,it's perfect!!!! I will recommend these apts to everybody,everyone should call and ask about the Preferred employer program

Well I love the community but I don't like how my visitors have to park so far away from my building and have the time there is no parking for them. If we could get some more parking for the visitors it will be great.i was told after 5 they would be towed

Only good experience here, I can park my car at my apartment without walking long distance, friendly people living in my apartment, love being able to good to the gym when I need to. great feed back when there is a problem, the staff checks to make sure everything is ok. That along means a lot.

Nice place to live, great area close to everything you need. Concerts, shopping, schools churches. You can't ask for anything else. The staff is great. We have lived here 7yrs and except where they have the dumpster everything is great

If someone comes to this apartment and just experiences the cleanliness and professionalism, they would be ready to move in. But if they asked anyone who lives here about the real experience, they would leave quickly and not come back. I am very social and speak to my neighbors as I walk around several times per week. Not a single person I've spoken to currently wants to renew their lease. There are complaints about parties, domestic abuse, load music, car alarms, break in's, long term eye sores and broken down vehicles, police being called repeatedly and a couple comments have been about the current police officer living on the premise that has joined in on the load drinking and partying in the parking lot. I will be leaving here in 2 months and will give a fair assessment as to the positives and negatives, but my over all review will reflect my initial sentence in this review. For all the good amenities and staff, this isn't your next apartment.

I have always received excellent customer service from the staff at Halton Park. I wish the parking rules wasn't so strict, but overall there's always ample park. I'm satisfied with my overall experience with my home and this area of Cha lotte.

The office staff seems like I am a burden when I come into the office and more importantly I don't want to come to the office or send an email. I want to call but no one ever answers the phone! ANSWER THE PHONE! And don't use a survey that requires me to enter 200 characters when I made my point at 168 characters.

I have been a resident going on two years. The staff is very friendly. If a request for maintenance is needed, they will respond within 24 hours. The grounds is kept pec up at all times. Other residents seem nice and quiet. I really enjoy living here. The only concern that I have is when people don't clean up after their dogs, which is on rare occasions.

I am a fairly new resident here at Halton Park and I absolutely love it. My only complaint is the parking, if you work at night or even if you just run to the store for a quick second and come back your parking space is GONE! Outside of the parking I have no complaints. The office staff is really helpful and if you have a maintenance request it is fixed very quickly. I thought that the welcome package when you move into your apartment was a very kind gesture of the community. I have stayed in a more upscale complex and did not receive the treatment that I receive here at Halton Park. I would recommend Halton Park as a wonderful community to live!!!

It has been good so far, the only thing I dont like is that the parking is very limited. I think the park spaces should be marked for each unit. Most days i have to park at a different building and thats something I disapprove of,one more thing is they need more dumpsters it a hassle to put trash in my vehicle to walk drive to the front end of the apartment complex

Halton Park Apartments are extremely nice. The environment seems to be very peaceful and a great place to stay even though i just recently moved in. The community staff is very helpful an generous. Really do not believe that i could have found a better apartment complex for location and price. 100

Halton Park by far Is the worse apartment complex ever! The new management Is lazy and doesn't care about her job. I'm 7 months prego and I live In a Buliding with drug dealers and to top It off there Is a police officer that lives on top of them. The hallway smells like weed when you walk up the stairs. I can't find a place to park because his customers are In the parks! Where Is the tow truck that Is assigned to this complex? You can't complain to management because they are NO good It's a waste of money for nothing. You would be better living In a dump before you move In this drug Infested complex.

finding a place to park my vehicle at night( near my apartment) can be hard at times. I can hear everything that go on in the apartment above me. some time the children upstairs jump and play so hard, we had to knock on there door but they was very nice.

This is a good place to live! They have good staff! I Love the pool here and it's opened year round! I would suggest that you get your own washer and dryer that's the only bad thing, the community ones in the clubhouse suck!!! Also you can hear the train go by.

Awesome place to live! Staff really go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy living here and any maintenance items are taking care of quickly. Plenty of parking. The amenities in their clubhouse are really nice: fitness center, pool, coffee, movies, wifi.

Overall I haven't had many complaints about Halton Park and I have enjoyed my stay. The prices are really the only thing I have to complain about. Prices can be a bit steep but you pay for what you get. It's close to I-85 and concord mills as well as to university area. A win win!

The apartment is very nice and was in good condition upon moving in. However, the moving in process was done incorrectly and our leasing agent was very shady throughout the whole process. Stay away from Carmela. Parking is also an issue, make sure you get all of the information you can about this apartment before considering moving here.

I loved these apartmemts. I lived on the first floor, in the "Master" floor plan which was a two bed and two full bath unit. The community itself was clean, well manicured and noise was never an issue for me. One of the biggest issues for me was my upstairs neighbor who wasn't very considerate when walking all over their apartment all day and night. The size of the apartment was great for two people but it was just me and I used the spare bedroom for a craft/studio area. The maintenance was great! Whenever I submitted my request online early in the day it was always completed by the end of the day by the time I got home from work. The staff were okay. Right before I signed my lease; matter of fact during the lease signing they discovered that they had given me the incorrect address. This was just a little inconvenient considering I had already set up service with Duke Power, but it was an easy fix. The staff overall weren't too welcoming in my opinion, except for one of the leasing agents, Ms. Carmela was WONDERFUL and so sweet! My lease just ended two days ago and I hate I had to leave but the rent was increasing; so that was one of my deciding factors for leaving. The permitted parking was totally inconvenient when I had company and the resident parking was horrible and whenever I got home late at night I always had to park sort of far from my apartment.

Great community HOWEVER I HATE the parking arrangements. If you have company they have to park at the front and walk to your apartment. very unsafe to walk at night ALONE in the dark for parking. You will be towed. Renters should get at least one visitors pass
