This is a decent place to live. The apartments are very spacious, and bathrooms are HUGE and really nice. My apartment is very clean and if something ever does go wrong maintenance is very responsive. I do wish the apartments were slightly more updated but it isn't a big deal. My only complaint would be that I wish the neighborhood was more quiet and tenants were more respectful. There are way too many children running around screaming and I constantly hear my neighbors yelling. Otherwise, it hasn't been a bad experience.

I enjoy my apartment here. When I have a maintenance request it's fixed almost immediately. I highly recommend halton park apartments to friends and coworkers. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe.

Nice community, great deals on rent for the space. In a good area. I just moved in Feb 2018 so I have not experienced a lot. I like the reserved parking for residents. Amenities are good as well. Leasing office is very nice.

It has been okay. Some of the front office staff can be a little unpleasant at times. However the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is friendly and timely. The movie room is a good amenity when it's free and working.

I moved in to the community in September of 2017. So far, I have enjoyed my stay. Its pretty quiet and the grounds are well kept. I would reccomend this community to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This is my 3rd day here in North Carolina and in the apartment. I would say that people in the apartment have been very helpful and friendly. My only issue is that I feel there needs to be improvement at the leasing office since there were many mistakes made that could have made me lose money trying to get here from Louisiana.

Other than rent going up everything here is great. When issues do come up the staff is very friendly and professional when something needs to be fixed. I've been living here since Dec. 2018. Great place to live if you are looking.

Very good community and near to UNCC. Clean and well maintained. I recommend it for uncc students who are serious and responsible. The apartments are spacious and very well laid out. The security and privacy is highly taken care of.

I think the community is ok! I was concerned it would be noisy because it's in a college area but there are not many college kids in my building. I do however hate living here do to the fact that visitors parking is too far from my unit and there is no security on duty and i don't feel comfortable with my guest walking that far at night! This community needs more visitors parking and closer. I also don't like how dangerous it is to get in and out of the community.

If I could give the place zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is a complete rip off and they will nickel and dime you for everything. - We have had problems with roaches, flies, bees, and spiders. They claim to spray but the bugs just keep on coming. - The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear all of your neighbors business and they can hear yours. - The floors creak no matter where you walk. -The leasing staff is incredibly inconsiderate and rude. They speak to you like you do not matter and are incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you bring up a question to them, they act as if you are stupid. They never answer the phone. If you want any help with anything, forget it. - In order to use the movie theater it is a $50 security deposit and you have to make a reservation. Not free. - They claim to have an involved couple working on community events, but they don't contact you even if you try reaching out to come to events. - If you do not give a 60 day notice that you are moving out, even if your lease is up, they will force you to pay for additional rent that you did not agree to upon signing the contract. Do NOT live here if you want to be treated with respect.

Overall good so far. Parking for any guests is a nightmare and keeps people from wanting to come over. I don't like feeling as though i can't have friends over because they have no where to park. This problem is very bad for the back buildings.

The move in part was a bit stressful, cashiers check we didn't know to get so we had to jump through hoops to move in but so far so good. There is no light fixture in the living room and every room doesn't have a ceiling fan. The structure of the apartment is a little off to me, so we're having to do rearranging

The office staff was very nice and knowledgeable. My moving went smoothly. So far I am very happy with my apartment. I like that there is a 24 Hour Fitness Center on the premises because my work schedule varies. I have not really had any issues with noisy neighbors although it does seem like the walls and exterior doors are really thin.

They have been helpful from the day I moved in. It's very quiet here. I don't have any problems or complaints. I don't actually see anyone unless they are going to work or coming from work. Other than that it's a descent place to raise children and feel safe.

It started off horrible. I had a really bad ant problem that took FOREVER to resolve. After that, I had to deal with "water bugs". The neighbors above me have a toddler that runs through the apartment all day. I reported it to the office and was told that I'd eventually learn to "tune it out". I then had to have several direct conversations with the neighbor which then made the situation totally uncomfortable. The kids in the area do not know how to get off the bus and quietly walk through the buildings in the complex to get to their actual building. Instead, they bang on doors and run. And if they aren't doing that, they are fighting each other in the parking lot. Furthermore, I've had several packages stolen and maintenance issues do not get resolved. Now that I list everything, I'm not sure why I said that it started off horrible...it still is!

Community is great. Really enjoy the atmosphere especially being a student. It's pretty quiet and the staff is very nice and I love the all incisive deal they have for rent (optional) Living in the University area is great and it's right in the corner so you don't miss out or have to drive too far to get to places.

One of the main reasons why I moved here was the location. You have all the businesses within 5 minute drive. And then the 485 highway let's you connect to other highways without having to spend time in the city traffic. The speed at which service requests are handled here, is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this community.

People do not show care for the Environment. No sensitivity towards others. Residents or visitors are very loud in the parking lot. Dog waste all over the grass. But must say the maintenance guys do well daily

When I first moved in here a year ago, this apt. complex was clean, noise free, and just alot more pleasant to live in. In the past few months things have changed negatively. Noise has become an issue, there have been numerous incidents of trash thru out the complex. Children running thru the apt. halls and parking lots unsupervised. Issues with flies inside my dwelling has been an ongoing problem for the past few months. And parking has been a concern since my move in. Not sure if I would recommend this place to anyone at this point and time.
