The apartment is great but I wish the common areas had better up keep. Coffee machine is always empty and hallways are always messy. The staff is great, I haven't had any bad experiences with any one that works for MAA

Walking distance to awesome restaurants, bars, breweries and businesses. Great location! Great staff. Friendly neighbors. However, maintenance could use some help... elevator and parking garage door to inside building has been broken for 3 weeks.

I love the location of the apartment and the amenities they offer. The apartment itself is nice and maintenance responds quickly. The lack of parking spots is awful. I work a late night job and I usually have to find street parking. The cleanliness of the hallways is lacking and it smells like trash in the hallways often.

For example, when answering the question "Do we have the internal or outsource resources to pull this project off effectively? Your group might determine that, on the positive side, you have many of the skills needed, but on the negative side you are missing key areas of expertise. Your options, therefore, involve sourcing and pricing additional personnel to fill out a project team. Your score (often presented as 1-5) might be a 3: you have about half the expertise you need to successfully compete for this project.

The apartment is really nice and the office staff has been great. However the parking availability and distance from the elevators or doors that open from the outside with stairwells are limited and can be far from the apartment.

I like living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and so are the residents. The location is amazing! I love being so close to local restaurants, breweries & the panthers stadium. I do have a few concerns that I have addressed with the leasing office staff. They have been willing to listen to my concerns and try to come up with a solution.

I like the location and apartment complex. I do not like the fact that my air is extremely unreliable and have dealt with an 80+ degree apartment on numerous occasion. The maintenance team will temporarily fix the situation but the source of the problem obviously still exist.

The community is great. The location of the apartments are perfect for going uptown or staying in South End. The apartment units are great and if anything goes wrong, the maintenance is quickly to fix it.

In my experience living in this community has been fine. It stays fairly quiet. It does however have some maintenance issues. The garage door and building doors malfunction from time to time. The hallways and stairwells should be kept cleaner.

Management is nice, but a little uninformed when it comes to transferring leasing and working with you to get all paperwork and fees in. Repairs are made quickly. Courtyard is very pretty with a city view.

I enjoy living at 1225 South Church. The location is very convenient to dilworth, uptown, and the interstates. I enjoy the parking deck below the building, especially on rainy days. I would recommend this complex.

I had already knew that I wanted to move here for some time. When I came over to speak to the staff they were very helpful and understanding. I had quite a few questions during the weeks in which I was making my decision. They were answered.

Best apartment complex I have lived in for last 10 years of renting. Decent prices for location, all dogs are welcome, the office and maintenance staff are phenomenal. My only complaint is with other residents. Half the people don't pick up their dog waste, a good percentage of the residence are fresh out of college and still reliving their glory frat star years so there are cigarette buds and glasses smashed around the property most Sunday mornings. If the residence weren't inconsiderate this would be the best complex to live in

This is a great location in SouthEnd. Not too far from the rail trail and definitely not too far from uptown! The people in the community are wonderful as well as the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly and well kept

Great location and accessibility to work, nightlife, and etc. The community has a lot of social activity and the amenities are nice. Strongly recommend for young professionals working in uptown! It's great for pets as well!

If you are looking for a party type atmosphere, then this is your place. My husband and I were here for 3 months and I would have to say the only positives were the pool and the gym. The pool, however, gets insanely crowded on the weekends like its Daytona Beach, so I could only go during the week. The noise level was terrible in the courtyard, which our balcony faced. Also, we had a very disruptive neighbor, who played their bass loud throughout the night. People here are not very considerate of other people as far as noise goes. And majority of the time the place was trashed from people partying, and the clean up crew did a very poor job at keeping the place looking nice. Overall, I was not happy with 1225 and would not recommend it to a friend.

When I first moved the Charlotte, I had two weeks to find a suitable apartment. I was looking for a reasonable studio-sized apartment close to my work. I chose 1225 for its proximity to my work and events around uptown since I'd be living by myself I wanted to make sure I was surrounded by a good community. So far, my experience has been excellent besides a few shortcomings such as the trash and dog excretions around be building and staircases which are both faults of the residents themselves. I would suggest a way of monitoring this and hopefully that will solve the problem.

I just recently moved in. It seems fine. The hallways are kind of dirty and I wish they were better maintained. Also it took me two hours on the phone with TWC to get my internet activated - I thought it would be right ready when I moved in. Lastly the water for the dish washer was not turned on.

I've lived here for two weeks and my experience here has been great. I feel much safer with the building security and it's a great location to walk to restaurants/bars/stores and I can even walk to school.

Great location and Nick was a wonderful leasing agent. Apt is great for the price and view. Love that it is dog friendly could use some updates to improve the floor plans and cleaning in the halls of the buildings and elevators. Great neighbors and parking has not yet been an issue.

This community has been more than helpful with all of our needs. We learned all that we could and more through the community from basic information to extra features that complexes had. This ultimately helped us make our decision.

I have enjoyed this community thus far. I have only lived here for 10 days, but the staff have been friendly, maintenance has been efficient, and the neighborhood seems safe and is convenient. I have also been surprised by the lack of noise at night. I'm one of the first units in the building and do not have trouble with hearing people come and go.

Management is attentive when we need service most of the time, took 3 tries to get the water heater fixed, but they came out every time and tried. I don't hold the complex responsible for the residents who leave trash in the stairwell, but the construction was never disclosed during the tour, and I wouldn't have rented here if I had known I couldn't use most of the ameneities and now I can't open my windows or use my balcony.
