It has been okay. I dislike the carpet in my apartment and the way the halls are always dirty. The trash areas are always dirty as well. I like the location and my easy commute to work but there is definitely a lot to be desired

Great location, great amenities, good customer service? good value for the price. Not the best in the area but very good overall. Overall experience is good and worth your money to live here. Lots lots and lots of pets!

The location in perfect. It's a 10 minute walk into uptown and it's also near a few great breweries. We chose a studio because it was in out budget and it's perfect. It's very open and there's a half wall that separates the bedroom from the main living area. It also has a great kitchen and a balcony! The complex has two pools and two gyms so you'll always find room.

Expereicne has been good. Dealt with good people at the leasing office who helped out with all my questions/quick with responses. Love my unit and was able to work through a variety of circumstances needed.

Good price for great amenities and location. Friendly staff. I would like to recommend hard floors installed all throughout the units and improved heating and air. I love the amenities and locations. Beautiful view of the city. Very safe.

This apartment complex is in a great location with several breweries and restaurants in walking distance. On a pretty day, it's even in walking distance to uptown. The maintenance staff is prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. Also, I like that it is pet friendly.

Overall a good experience, especially with the speed of answered maintenance requests and I like the parcel pending service. The only exception is the upkeep of the building/appearance of certain ares. Apartment doors are all marked and banged up. Complex's exterior has dog poop everywhere still. Carpet in hallways does not look good/clean. Exterior door handles are often broken and take days to repair. Claim the apartments are treated for bugs, etc. (and we're paying for it) - but I haven't seen any evidence of that.

Car got broken into in parking deck. Entrance doors unlocked or broken when they should be locked. Other than that I enjoy living at 1225 s church apts. The location is the probably the best thing about living here, Southend, right next to great bars/brewerys and restaurants.

Great place to live. Love how close it is to everything but also tucked away in south end. Ammentities are great. Parking available most of the time, sometime there are no garage spaces left though. Would live here again

Prime location, nice amenities and professional staff. Only downside is the quality of construction. Paint is the worst part. There are drip marks all over the floors and fixtures. Make sure to try and take a look at the actual unit you'd be moving into.

The apartment complex is very clean and new. The grounds crew is spectacular and there is never a piece of trash or debris in sight. The on-premise parking is very convenient and there is never and issue with parking.

As a new tenant, this complex has not at all met my expectations. The location is prime, however it comes with a lot of other unwanted variables. I understand that this is a pet-friendly complex, however, i should not have to be subjected to the uncleanliness of the stairwells that are full of pet hair and urine. I don't think the stairwells have been cleaned since i moved here in May. It also appears that management is more concerned with the exterior parking surfaces and parking garage vs. the cleanliness inside the buildings. This carpet is HORRIBLE, it reeks and smells like mildew. This needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. I see the cleaning staff, but it appears they are only cleaning the "gathering area" is no attention is given to running a vacuum cleaner down the halls. The 1st floor of phase 2 smells like garbage....for the amount of rent we tenants pay, management needs to be more concerned with the interior upkeep. The one positive is that when i do submit a work order the maintenance crew is timely, courteous and friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to move uptown/southend and i am highly considering biting the bullet and doing an early lease termination.

Experience was horrible. Things that were included in rent were then added on in the future. Hallways were never cleaned, outside of your own unit always smelled like trash, they were always performing maintenance and not telling you, staff in leasing office was rude, elevator broke every other week, amenities would go weekend without being fixed, dog ---- was everywhere

The location of the apartment building and the apartment that I am renting are great, however there is really no security and building maintenance of the hallways, trash, and stairwells needs to be improved.

This is by far the dirtiest apt complex I have ever lived in. There is no security. All the doors leading into the buildings are broke and stay broke. Hallways smell like rotten trash! I wldn't recommend to anyone. They don't vacuum the buildings, clean the parking garages, or anything. The hall carpets are disguising, and have had the same food on them for weeks. They don't do monthly apt maintenance, such as replacing furnace filters. I put in two work orders and no one showed up for either. I eventually ended up doing it on my own.

My experience has been decent. The service team is awesome and responds SO quickly - it's fantastic, especially as compared to other apts I have lived in. My complaint would be that the hallways are never cleaned and the coffee machines are consistently not working or available for use by residents.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Nick was great, and made sure we had everything we needed during the move in process. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. We do wish the elevator closer to our apartment was working though.

Just moved in, but loving it so far. This community is in a prime location in the center of Southend and I can walk almost anywhere. The amenities are amazing. I've already used the grill twice and my roommate says the pool is amazing!

So far everyone has been very helpful and kind. The staff was able to go in great detail about setting up the internet, cable, parcel packages, parking, electric, and other services. Any questions we asked, they were able to answer.

Great so far, management is good at handling issues in a quick and kind manner, apartment is nice and sound is good between apartments. I put in a service request because I keep finding ladybugs in my apartment and an exterminator came, but I am still having this issue.

When we moved in there was one person in the leasing office. The girl who assisted us was from a different MAA communitie and knew nothing about the place. Our carpets had not been cleaned as there was dog hair all over the floors. Our spectrum package was not set up and the modem we received was broken.

The apartments are so cute and the staff is very friendly and prompt. I had a wonderful time getting moved in, elevator access is easy. Everything is clean and well maintained and I'm happy to be a resident here! 10/10

1225 South Church has been great so far. I love having close access to center city and a comfortable living space. All the staff members are always responsive and helpful. Good amenities, access to transportation, shopping, food, etc.
