It's been an easy move in process and the community is clean and beautiful. The staff and neighbors are all very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet and in a nice area and overall the experience has been good.

This apartment complex has very kind employees. I was locked out one morning from a dead bolt issue and they helped me get my door fixed very quickly, with great customer service. Everyone I have talked to who works here is very nice.

This complex is in a super convenient location and the units are relatively updated. However, while living here I have encountered several security concerns as well as stolen packages, both with no resolution. The building needs more cameras and better package rooms because whenever the package lockers are full, packages will be left strewn on the ground and you will not be informed that your package has arrived. There is also no way to let in a cleaning crew without being home to manually let them in, as the call box does not work and would only let guests into the stairwell even if it did. Several inconsistencies with security and amenities, but it is a trade-off for convenience in location. The staff are very friendly.

Staff was always very friendly and tried to be accommodating but the process of moving in was complicated by some technology and administration issues. Other residents were not surprised to hear of the difficulty we had with the fob that is supposed to grant access to the parking garage and other doors, restricting our use of the elevator as we tried to move our furniture. There was also an issue establishing an account with a utility provider as the previous tenant's account had never been shut down. When we arrived, the kitchen, bathroom, and living room were not clean, and my girlfriend spent a lot of time cleaning before we felt comfortable using them. Staff was always responsive when we brought issues to their attention.

My new roommate and I are moving from Michigan. Obviously that's a big move so we were very nervous. When we toured this apartment complex with Andrew, he took away all of our concerns. We were quickly able to get a tour of both one-bedrooms and two bedroom apartments. Then he went through the options that were available for our move-in date which we really appreciate it. Once we toured, we definitely fell in love with space, it's hard not to, it's very clean very big and spacious. There are two outdoor heated pools and we are both swimmers so that was the cherry on top. We loved the other amenities such as the gym office space, pool table, etc.. overall we picked this place to be our next home because the staff seemed very genuine and welcoming, which was different than some other tours that we took. We also loved that the entire complex is indoor even the hallways which is definitely preferable for anyone with pets. We are excited to move in soon!

Relatively a good price for location. There is zero room for negotiating, even when issues are on the apartments side. Amenities aren't the greatest and they don't seem to fix those often when they break

Office staff is not super helpful. I had a problem with the brand new washer/dryer they installed. They sent the maintenance team up 3 times and I had to be the one who figured out what the issue was, not their staff. Hallways smell and are not clean. Dog urine gets left on the grounds outside the elevator for weeks at a time

Generally good location. Upkeep and appearance of common areas - hallways, staircases, etc. have deteriorated over the last several years. Rent increased dramatically last year. Lots of other options in the South end.

The place is safe and quiet enough. The cleaning was improved and the change of the lights in the aisles and clean of the carpet. Everything has been correct till now, only the lights in the gym need to be fix, some of it are not working.

Overall the community is okay, but not great. There really isn't a sense of community. No one talks to each other when passing in the hallways or on the elevator. Also neighbors do not care about people living around them. My upstairs neighbor loves to blast music at top volume on his speaker at 3 AM when he gets back from the bars and has what seems like 50 people in his apartment at that time. It is a great location, and not over priced (but trending towards it). Guest parking is a nightmare. When I moved in, I was told that I would get a guest pass. When I went to ask for it so my parents could park overnight, I was told that the community does not do guest passes.

The office and maintenance staff was helpful but there was a lot of things wrong w my apartment when I moved it and I really feel like the place wasn't ready for me to move it. If I stay I would like those things to be taken care of.

The maintenance staff is great at the upkeep within the apartments. The leasing office is subpar, along with the communication about items. Everything has to go to "corporate" and no answers are in person.

We enjoy the community. It is a very young crowd and area. We enjoy the location and amount of living space the most. Maintenence always responds quickly. It is tough to get in touch with the office manager if you need something only they can help with. We have walked over and called a few times and they are never there even when we are told they would be. But, we understand they cannot already be in the office so we will keep trying.

It's a decent apartment for young people. Nothing super fancy but a great location and great maintenance services. We also have amenities like two gyms and two pools. One thing that I find annoying is that there are only a few guest spots and even though we have the space we are not given guest parking passes

Overall apartment is in good condition. The floors and carpet were not clean upon move in (dog hair on rug, paint specks on floor and counters). Also the hallways are not very clean and smell like dog/garbage.

This location is great! I love all the amenities, parking, my apartment, maintenance staff, and office staff. I always have very quick response from maintenance and never any ongoing issues. The wifi is included in rent which is awesome. I love having two pools, two gyms, and two leisure areas. The courtyard is very relaxing. The mailroom gets crowded and packages are left on the ground in the open but I haven't had an issue with missing packages. People are kind about that. Lots of doggos to get to know. A few things have bothered me such as the amount of half empty white claw cans strewn about every Thursday-Sunday. Sometimes some of the building locks on doors are broken or jammed. I recently got an electric vehicle and there isn't a charger for it although they say they are working on putting some in. You have to be careful where you park if you don't have a pass but it's pretty self explanatory.

There have been a number of issues throughout the property but it is the cheapest place to live in the most expensive part of town. The elevator breaks constantly. I had to have my AC fixed four times in one month before they found the actual prop Len resulting in a power bill that was 400% higher than usual.

The leasing staff is great. I like the office people. However the place is poorly maintained. Hallways smell like dog feces. Residents typically very immature and don't clean up after their pets. Place is smelly, unsanitary, and run down. Elevators also constantly break.

Like living in a frat house. My neighbor smokes so much weed that if I leave my closet and bathroom doors closed I'll hotbox myself when I go in there. The hallways smell like trash and the noise level is not great (some coming from street and some coming from neighbors). I will say, the front office staff has always been nice and helpful, but that's about all I can say for it.

So far MAA 1225 has been great. Majority of the time the property is quiet and everyone has been respectful. The only thing that has been frustrating/annoying is the blinds on the sliding glass doors. The blinds constantly fall off and/or individual panels break off. Frankly, they are just cheap blinds and should be replaced with nicer, more efficient blinds.

The community is great. The amenities are what you would expect. It's nice that there are 2 pools. One is more younger and a little rowdy and the other is definitely more chill. The studio apartment without the wall is very efficient in the use of space and how it is laid out. Finishes could be better but not a deal breaker for me.
