Everything has been very good with the community so far. I had a few small issues at move in but they were corrected quickly and in a professional manner. The pricing for the apartment sizes is among the best in the area and the amenities are very nice.

Decent experience so far. I enjoy the location and amenities that 1225 S. Church have to offer. The new fitness area equipment is extremely nice. The office staff is also very easy to get along with. One thing that needs some attention is the hallways and stairwells. They are gross

This apartment is a great value for the location. It is not the newest apartment in the area and doesn't have all of the amenities of other locations but it has all you need. Biggest complaint is lack of guest parking.

Great experience. Extremely friendly staff. Upon move in every resident I encountered was help and friendly. Building is clean, however the carpet in the hallways could use a cleaning. There are nasty stains all over. Overall, best apartment I have lived in.

It has been fine, but could be better. Front office responses need to improve greatly. I have sent emails and visited the office requesting things that have never been completed. This is specific to the gentleman who sits in the middle of the leasing office. There were items on my move in list that still haven't been fixed. I also wish there was a way for guests to enter building without me getting them- if there is, this was another item missed on my tour. The garages seem to be broken way more frequently than they should for this to be advertised as a community with secure parking.

I love how everything can be handled through the website and email. I am a flight attendant, so it is very difficult to talk on the phone. Having the website to submit payments and service requests online is amazing!

My stay in these apartments has been great for th most part. There seems to be some pretty content maintenance going on in the building, but I suppose that is better than letting problems linger. All-in-all my time here has been good.

Great thanks Tim and Nick for being so helpful. The only issue I had was the Modem not being present because the last resident took it. Other than a few minor easy fixes which were quickly taken care of the experiance was great

I've loved my experience here. Like I've said previously, the dog poop is a huge problem, and the common areas/hallways are not cleaned well. The janitorial staff seems to do a cursory job and not much more, which is disappointing. It's led to some embarrassing moments when inviting guests in to my home. This is not a college dorm, and seeing throw-up in the halls or elevators is uninvited, to say the least. However, having said all of that, the management staff is SUPERB!!! I cannot say enough about how friendly, knowledgable, and helpful they are. I've never met a staff so involved in and caring. It makes the minor inconveniences COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

Good place to live, really close to a lot of cool places that are easy to walk to. The proximity to uptown is an awesome plus, easy to walk to panthers games and a healthy walk or very short uber to bars in the city. Signing up for lease is no problem and made easy, can ask for Nick, did a great job.

Living at 1225 south has been an overall good experience. The staff is nice, the maintenance is typically on top of things. My only complaints are the following: Parking is a real issue. They expect you to pay $4 a day to park in addition to the $1400 rent you already pay to ensure not being towed because there is not parking in the parking garage. They enforce towing like I've never seen before. The staff gets away by saying they can not guarantee parking and that it is common in the south end area. That is not true. My second complaint is how disgusting the carpet continuously is on each level. It is a gray color with stains all over it and quite embarrassing for residents. I've never seen anyone clean it in the past 8 months.

A lot of young residents, which makes for a fun, but noisy, environment (especially on the weekends). Parking is terrible - it's extremely hard to find a spot on the weekdays after 8:30 or 9, so I've had to pay to park at neighboring lots multiple times.

I love living at 1225 South Church Apartments. They communicate with residents about everything. It is also super close to a ton of restaurants, breweries, bars and things to do. I love the proximity to Uptown, the blue line, and all the neighborhoods in Charlotte. Our view from our apartment is amazing! We love the front office staff and maintenance folks.

I love this community because of its location and its walkability to uptown Charlotte. I like the amount of security this complex has as far as scanning to get in and go up the elevator. I also like that they allow dogs, I have adopted a rescue pup in my time living here.

This is a great community to live in. Amazing location - uptown and south end area restaurants, breweries, shops, etc. are all within walking distance. Feels safe and the grounds are well kept. Amenities are good, while it may lack a few of the ones that fancier, more expensive apartments may have - the location and security more than make up for it.

It's centrally located within walking distance to a lot of different things. Restaurants, bars, commuter train, Sports Stadiums and locations of employment. There's easy on and easy off many traffic/highway arteries.. close to the airport as well.

Renters run! now! This is the worst of worst building in Charlotte that you can ever find! Issues ranging from bed bugs, broke-ins, 3-month long construction that totally blocked all you windows and workers coming to you apartment without asking all the time despite countless desperate complaints as they just don't care. These are not the worst part yet - the management is the most unprofessional and irresponsible you can ever even imagine. I moved out with agreeing to keep paying rent for three months and they started to add all random fees to my bill thinking I would notice. As I pointed that out to them, they kept using all kind of excuses to delay response and not correct the bill until the the day for the payment is due, they quickly added another "late fee" although they corrected the amount on the same day. When I refused to pay for the amount, they just threatened to "evict" me from the apartment that I moved out a month ago! Bottom line - this management makes the building the worst place to live in Charlotte!

The service requests are responded to in a timely manor. The pool area is great and well kept. The outside of the apartments has been recently updated. However the inside of the apartment complex could use some updates.

I've lived here for almost a week so far, but overall I've been very pleased so far. The location is great, It is well within my budget, and it is pet friendly - which is a must for me because I have a dog. The only gripe I have so far is that my first visitor I had got their car towed. They were parked in the spots between the buildings, which I thought were reserved for guest parking since their are two gated access garages for residents. It cost $250 to get the car out.

Awful from start to finish. There was construction when I immediately moved into my first unit in 2016. At the beginning of 2017, my roommate had to move due to unforeseen circumstances and my only option was a lease transfer due to financial reasons. I ended up paying almost $1200/month for a studio apartment when my original plan when signing my lease for the apartment with my roommate was to budget about $900/month. I understand you all need to make money but there should have been some level of understanding there because I had no control over the situation. Then, this past November, I told the office I needed to move to Greensboro for a job opportunity. My lease is up in March since they made me RESIGN a 13 month lease rather than simply TRANSFERRING my original lease term length to the new studio apartment I had no choice but to relocate to. I now can either pay the 2 month advance rent to take this job opportunity or hope that somehow my unit gets leased quickly so I will only have to pay january's is doubtful because everyone I've spoken with has nothing but negative things to say about 1225 South Church.

Worst issue is the parking here, there is no designated parking so if you come home after 10pm, you will probably have to park on the street if you can find one. Walls are paper thin, there is aleays dog poop somewhere in the community, pool is dirty
