My experience at my community is good. If I need help or need something to get fixed it gets done. The maintenance team are very professional and nice. They come in to fix the situation, clean up, and take out all the garbage. They ran test to make sure the washer and dryer works.

So far, so good. Everything looks kept up and everyone is friendly and helpful. There are a couple stains on the hall floors from time to time (I'm guessing for people's pets) but they seem to get cleaned relatively quickly. Valet trash is a very nice service.

I love the community and everyone has been so helpful! The move in process was a lot easier than I was expecting it to be. Everyone that works here had been very helpful and I am loving all the features this complex has to offer. I would recommended to anyone!

Awesome. New buildings. Gym. Great A/C. Everything just works. The leasing staff = phenomenal and go the extra mile. Any time there is an issue, they get on it immediately. Having lived here for a week now, I can say I am honestly very happy. The pool gets a bit "pool party"-ish on weekends, but nothing out of hand early or late.

So far it has been great. My neighbors are nice, the front office staff is very nice as well. I haven't had any noise issues, the apartments are very clean and my maintenance request was completed very fast. I like how spacious the apartments are and how close they are to everything you would want to do in Charlotte.

Everyone here is very friendly and eager to help! The condition of the unit met exceeded every one of my standards. The location is great, as well! Popular bars and restaurants are within walkable distances and ubers/taxis to uptown are dirt cheap!

I have not spent much time living at the apartment complex however their prices are very competitive and it is in a great location! Sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the staff at 1225 South Church Street but that's the only negative thing I have to say about this place so far!

It is a very young community, for people in their 20s/30s. People have been known to leave trash & dog fesus around the apartment. Besides that, the 2 pools are kept well and the 3 gyms are great. The staff have been accommodating with maintenance requests. Constructions over the years has been a pain. I love the location.

I visited 12-15 different communities. 1225 South Church was the best value for what I was looking for: an enjoyable community, close to entertainment / night life and a great apartment. The size of the apartment was a massive bonus. *Thumbs Up* While doing my research on 1225 South Church, I read that the building was loud and you could hear your neighbors through the "thin walls". That may be true for others, however, I have had no such problems. Do not let that be the reason for passing on 1225. Hope this helps!

Amenities are nice. Apartment has everything I need. There really should be a mirror by the free weights though. Most lifting injuries occur due to bad form and as a lifter I like being able to look at myself while I'm lifting to b?e sure I don't injure myself

I've been incredibly happy here. I love the layout of my studio and kitchen, my bathroom could fit four normal bathrooms in it, my hallway is always quiet, and the management office has always been very friendly and helpful. The pools aren't huge, but get great sun, and the courtyards are beautiful.

The apartment is spacious for a studio. But, the amount of storage space is pretty terrible (every closet is filled with something:washer/dryer, ac/hot water; except for the single clothes closet. There isn't a linen closet or pantry). My sink is also tiny, basically makes it impossible to clean 1 dish without making a complete mess. The community is clean and quiet. I haven't been here long, but it also seems like a diverse community.

Welcoming workers and the environment is great! If you need anything, someone is there to help within a day. Perfect location as well! The uber ride to uptown is only $5-$8. You get the best of both worlds. You're so close to uptown, but you're in southend surrounded with great bars, restaurants, etc.

My girlfriend has lived here for almost two years and I am looking forward to living here for a while. We have met so many nice people. We really enjoy the workout room and the pool is one of the most popular. I occasionally bartend and a lot have people have told me they have been a visitor at the pool. I enjoy telling people I live here!

The apartment is beautiful, includes full amenities and is a short walk to uptown Charlotte. The kitchen appliances are modern and the gym and pool amenities are extremely convenient. Having your own washer/dryer in unit is extremely useful.

Frustrated with the constantly leaking building face. I have had the staff enter my apartment multiple times to repaint but not actually fix the cause. Also, they are unable to tell when exactly they will enter the apt which is very frustrating since I work nights.

Very happy with my decision to join the 1225 South Church community. I have been away from Charlotte for a few years so being welcomed back to the area with open arms is quite refreshing and appreciated. If I come across anyone looking for a place to live I will definitely recommend 1225.

Great place to live. Price is great. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The complex is walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars in South End. Also it is very easy to get into Uptown Charlotte, as it is walking distance to the Carson Blvd light rail station.

I have enjoyed this apartment with its great security to the buildings, modern interior decor and good location. You can tell the building is starting to age as there a cracks in the walls from it settling. Also, recently the garage has had very limited parking which must mean the office has handed out more parking stickers than spots, which is one of the reasons I left my last apartment. Overall, as long as the rent remains the same, I plan to re-up my lease.

There are pros and cons to living at 1225 South Church apartments. The pros are: easy access to uptown, convenient, and minutes away from the light rail. The apartment is centrally located and the size of the apartments are relatively large in space. The cons are: the elevated rent prices during renewal time, the noise level of neighbors and thin walls, cleanliness of apartment, and parking at night can be very limited. Although their are many professionals that live here, this place can be loud on the weekends, which makes it difficult to really rest on your downtime. It's not a place for families and many of them move out within months.
