Like the community. Do not like all the fees. Close to shopping. Great walking location to entertainment. Vibrant community. Wish I could have stayed longer but rents went too high for the neighborhood. Uptown is very competitive. Thank you.

1225 is a fun, young, lively community. It's super close to the Panthers stadium and is located nice and close to several bars and a sweet little beer shop called Craft. The residents can be juvenile and loud, but really what do you expect when you live in Southend, home of the bros and former sorority girls on a string of apt complexes known locally as Frat Row.

Just moved in, seems good so far. Can hear my neighbor upstairs easily, but they seem like the louder type. Overall noise is low though (can't hear anything else besides usual noise outside). Location is great because you are near the light rail but not to close for it to cause disturbances, etc.

I've been here for over two years. No complaints. The landscapers can be loud at times. There is close and convenient access to the city. Many things are within reasonable walking distance. Or you can use the light rail. Still have a few characters left.

The staff has been pleasant to work with and very helpful. The maintenance crew are prompt and efficient. The whole apartment complex is well maintained. It's a very convenient location and layout. It has been a pleasant experience living here.

My experience has been both good and not so great. The apartment complex cant be beat as far as location. Pricing is fair considering the location but the annual renewal is always an issue as they try to hike up prices. Maintenance staff is usually slow to respond and often the office staff gives different answers to questions you'll have which is a little frustrating.

Rules are not followed by residents. Complex is like a frat house. Quiet hours are not adhered to at all. There is no courtesy patrol officer to help keep the peace after hours (10pm-8am). There should be a 25 pound max for dogs on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

Move-in conditions exceeded expectations. The carpet seemed new and everything looked great. For the price we pay, we could not find more space in the area. This community is safe and the location is perfect. One of the leasing agents helped me move my bedframe in right when I got the keys, it was so helpful! I've only lived here for 1 week but I've enjoyed it so far. It was easy to move in and the apartment was great about clearing the ice/snow from the sidewalks in a timely manner this past week.

We enjoy our new apartment. We have an issue with the noise level from other apartments, the trash chute, and the elevator. The carpet is coming up in little pieces and our dishwasher gets stuck when trying to close it. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

The management is great - seriously, they are all so helpful and kind. The maintenance guys are always on time, quick to do their job, and very kind. The amenities are great, we especially love the fire pit and the grills. The cupboards, paint, and doors are very good quality - they scratch, chip, and break very easily.

Had a good first experience. I've lived there a week so far and I have loved it. I don't hear anyone above me, only when they flush the toilet, which isn't bad. People's voice echoes when they walk through the hall and you can hear everything they say, but that's only on Friday and Saturday nights. Really love the place though. Good size apartmenrs.

Lived here for 6+ months (Jun'14-Jan'15) and I have never been any more satisfied with an apartment complex and I've lived in 4 previous complexes. The unit was extremely clean, rodent-free, contemporary and safe. Our unit is wheelchair accessible which makes the sink and closet racks lower than normal but I can't ding them for that. The wife and I have no complaints. We absolutely love our unit and are sad to be leaving (work related). 1225 S Church has high quality units/fixtures/appliance and in 6 months, I've never had a reason to have them come fix anything. Stainless steel appliances, modern lighting, spacious master bedroom, both gated & ungated parking, very strict (often inconvenient security), two well-furnished clubhouses, two pools, two gyms. The bads... 1) Got my car towed in error, office staff gave my wife a ride to pick it complex. Apartment paid for the towing. Still suffered the inconvenience. Have better communication with your towing partners! 2) The water pressure is medium. I like high pressure showers. Have to use a jet stream showerhead (Walmart) to get acceptable pressure. Booo!!!! 3) The office picks up the phone half the time. But when you take the time to go there in person, you typically leave satisfied. 4) The residents get loud during the weekends and you can hear them when they pass by your door but you can't hear those living next to you or above/beneath you. 5) Pray your unit in not near the rear elevator...that's where the floor's trash receptacle is. Gets quite stinky during the evenings after valet trash does their rounds. Note: my company is paying for my housing so it's possible my treatment was preferential as per a contract, though I doubt it. Good luck!

It is a great value. I enjoy living here. There are small details that could improve it a great deal. The noise level within the complex is not bad at all, despite what I saw in the the reviews, but there is a fair amount of street noise. I believe this is a little worse right now because of construction.

The staff made move in extremely easy for me. I was living in a hotel, while apartment hunting, so they sped up the move-in process as much as possible to accommodate me. The apartments can be a little noisy, but it's nothing that's ever really bothered me. Overall it has been a good experience living in this community, and I would recommend it to my friends.

I love the location and how close it is to uptown. South end is a very nice area. The place is always clean and maintenance is quick to help. The leasing office is very helpful when you need them and fairly quick to get back to you. It is sometimes hard to get ahold of them on the phone though.

I have had a great experience at this community.The awesome Feng Shui feel in the court yard is great. I feel safe and , is very happy with having a parking garage. I also, enjoy how how close my apartment is to all popular venues in the city. The property is so tucked in , yet so close to everything, I love that.
