So far the experience has been great. The price and location along with the amenities are great! I couldn't ask for much more. I think one of my favorite things about the property is the courtyard and how the layout of the apartment is. I also enjoy the club house and pool.

it would be nice if there were carts avliable near elevator to help carry groceries and other items of the sort. I also think it would be a great option to offer people the ability to have both cars parked inside the garage. there is plenty of open spot inside and if at least a limited number was up for grabs it would be convenient for those who work 2nd and 3rd shift jobs

It was below average. I've lived in a few different apartment buildings/complexes and this fell below the line in many categories. the groundkeepers are there only once a week and the property is littered with dog crap. the package delivery service (parcel pending) is ineffective, the dry cleaning is in the garage so your clothes smell like fumes, by Monday the place looks like a dorm party, the management allows college banners all over the property, so it feels like a dorm. You have your choice of properties in the South End of Charlotte. This one is priced the same as the others, but dumpier, covered in feces, and resembles freshman dorm.

Very frienfly environment. The residents are extremely family like and they embrace everyone. The areas are kept neat and tidy which is nice. A fence in dog area would take this place to another level as far as comparing to newer complexes popping up.

so far terrible. There have been two problems with the apartment and both times it was left to me to fix. The wall outlets that are to be used for Ethernet connections don't work and I must plug directly into the modem. The suggestion by the rental agent does not solve the problem. The choice to buy a wireless router should be a decision I choose to make and not a remedy to the problem.

I looked at about 10 of the surrounding apartment buildings prior to moving in. I was very picky about what I wanted. I like this apartment because my floor plan is very spacious. Things are kept rather clean. Having two pools gives you the option to party or relax at the pool. And maintenance is rather quick. Only complaints:My bicycle was stolen from the parking garage once but that is the price you pay for being so close to uptown and bars I guess. Also the rent is fairly expensive for Charlotte.

I initially enjoyed living at this complex. The amenities were nice on the surface and available for use. As time passes the amenities were often closed, off limits, or out of order. The process of service requests is now intolerable due to the fact that they are never completed as expected on they first or second time. This has now caused severe problems in our apartment that make me concerned for our belongings and health

It has been up and down. The complex is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. The population is mostly 24-29yrs old it seems, so the weekends get very rowdy around the complex. Overall, it has been a mostly positive experience. I would recommend it to others.

I am extremely happy and feel at home here. I feel safe and I think the location gives us as residents the most "bang for our buck". I love my apartment, and how home-y it feels compared to some others I have seen. I also really appreciate the timeliness of the maintenance staff and all their help.

The facility is often laden with dangerous trash (broken bottles, etc.) and damage to walls,floors and doors is frequent and repetitive. The lovely courtyard is almost exclusively used to relieve pets and is not cleaned by pet owners, so others cannot enjoy it. I recommended putting extra trash bins in the stairwells, as neighbors cannot seem to carry trash and food inside to their individual apartments. The carpet in the hallways has been partially replaced by laminate flooring and I would like to see the carpet in the entire building replaced. It is difficult to keep heavily trafficked carpeting clean. My apartment itself could be quite charming but has terrible, cheap carpet that stains easily and is separating at the points it meets flooring. I would suggest better interior paint -- eggshell, I believe, does not show fingerprints and cleans easily. The walls in my apartment stain very easily and are impossible to clean. I pay a lot of money to live here and hate to see it deteriorate. I realize many of the problems are resident induced so, other than better vetting, not sure much can be done. This community bears the title LUXURY apartments - it's on the building - but often doesn't seem very luxurious.

The community is easy access to many areas. The rent is most reasonable for the area. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I would for the parking to be assigned to eliminate the illegal parking in the garage.

The apartments are clean, updated, and almost everything seems new. The people I have met seem friendly. Their are a few nice places to eat and/or grab a drink within easy walking distance. Downtown is only a few minutes away by car or light rail. The pricing is competitive with the other places in the area.

The staff is generally attentive and maintenance responds quickly to requests during weekdays. I live in phase I, and residents seem friendly and mature (not rowdy or noisy). I have lived in this apartment building the past three years and have not found any place else that beats it in terms of value and location.

1225 South Church has a great location right near Bank of America stadium, Uptown and multiple restaurants and bars. It has awesome amenities such as TWO swimming pools, TWO gyms, and TWO clubhouses. The great views, location and value are unbeatable.

Save yourself the trouble and find a place that is managed better! I have lived here a year and am being forced to move because the management staff will do nothing about the noise level in the clubhouse! I have had to repeatedly call the security officer to ask that they help in breaking up the loud parties in the clubhouse at all hours into the morning. Well that individual has moved and now I get to just lay up and wait for the party to end! This does not just happen on the weekends but often occurs on nights that I have to worry about being up for work during the week. The music that I am speaking of is not just noise, but you can hear every word to the songs because they wired the speakers through the walls. I have asked management for help and they responded by suggesting that they will send an email. Not sure what that will do to keep the tenante from waking up and having to suffer through the noise that night! So if you are considering living here, I would not suggest living anywhere near the clubhouse and I would also caution that management just wants to keep the place filled and you are just a number! Cant wait to move on!

Loved living here! Great community, awesome amenities. They're a really pet friendly community and always throw resident events like Food Truck Wednesday which is cool. Office staff is always friendly and always say hey even if they're busy. Maintenance staff is super efficient and I've never had to wait more than a couple hours after putting in a service request. Hate that I had to move out of here because of my job, but can't wait for the day I can move back. The location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to everything in South End, as well as the Panthers Stadium. Only a $4.00 uber ride to uptown. Overall, I would give 1225 S Church 5 out of 5 stars.

We love living this close to the city for a reasonable price. We both work in uptown and love the luxury of walking in. The staff is wonderful and we really enjoy how dog-friendly the complex is. I would absolutely recommend this community to a friend- especially if they are looking for a dog-friendly environment in uptown Charlotte.

I have had a wonderful experience here. Staff is amazing and the apartment was in excellent condition upon move-in. I don't like that you're required to pay for the trash service, but it's common in most apartments for the area, so it's whatever. Also, not the management company's fault at all, but many of the dog owners are lazy/disrespectful owners that don't pick up after their pets, which is annoying, especially when management has done a great job at placing multiple trash/litter bags around the property. Other than that, a great place!

The staff here is exceptional in all areas. You couldn't ask for more. Construction of the building is shoddy however so maintenance has a tall task. Walls are thin and noise levels are high. Location is exceptional and the maintenance crew does a great job keeping everything nice and in order. The leading office staff are very, very professional.

I just moved in but so far everything is great! Everyone is very friendly, the property is kept clean, I've found it to be very quiet, overall everything has been great. You can't beat the location, everything is conveniently located to me!!
