Do not live here. Leasing staff is awful. Common areas are not taken care of. There is dog poop all Over the place hat sometimes stays there for weeks. Since I have lived here, the fire alarm has been pulled twice for no reason. You can never get in touch with anyone to help with questions and/or concerns. Rent has gone up Each year for no reason. Look elsewhere

It has been great. No complaints. The community is close to everything in uptown Charlotte. The neighborhood is quiet. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. It has certainly been my favorite place I have ever lived.

I have been very happy living here. The staff is attentive, maintenance requests are always done immediately, and the location is perfect. The prices seem to be going up ever year, but that's my only complaint.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities, and close walking distance to many things. Lots of dogs and dog-loving people here! Easy experience from finding the apartment, all the way through leasing and moving in. I took the apartment sight-unseen (relocating from the New England area), and have not regretted it.

I don't have a problem with hearing my neighbors on my floor (walls are pretty well insulated). I don't USUALLY issues with resident parking, but there have been a handful of times (in the 10 months I've lived here) where I've come home late on a week night and had to find street parking somewhere. I like the safe location and walking distance (or cheap ubers) to breweries/bars/uptown. This complex really utilizes the square footage of my unit well so it feels larger than it is. That's something I didn't see in the few other apartments I toured when I moved here.

I was towed from the garage the first day I moved in because I was not given a sticker for my car. The price I pay for rent is good but I wish the overall community like the elevators were cleaned more often.

So far so good! Our move in went smoothly. The location is prime, and our view is killer! Really happy with the spacious rooms and beautiful court yard. Our neighbors even welcomed us to the community with a note and brownies!! Nick was so easy to communicate with prior to moving in and getting all the paperwork set. Thanks again!

Well I already filled this exact question out earlier this week so I find this very repetitive, and completely unnecessary waste of any tenets time. Especially because you are even dictating the number of characters used. It seem ridiculous to force someone to say more than needed to move forward.

My experience at this community was overall fairly pleasant the first year maybe year and a half that I have lived here. Since the property management company changed, this place has gone to complete ----. The hallways are never vaccuumed, the cleaning crew only mops the floor areas directly in front of the elevators on each floor. The construction has been nothing but a nightmare. They told us that we would not have access to our patios for 2-3 weeks, it has now been 10. My sliding glass door is still boarded off with a piece of wood so that I can not even open the door for air. Parking is still extremely restricted and full access to all amenities is not granted, yet we are not compensated in anyway. Save your hard earned money and don't throw it to a slumlord management company!!!

I was told parking is "first come first serve" that makes me very nervous. Minor spiderwebs along wall edges. Garbage disposal stinks. Everything else was clean and all appliances in good working condition.

its good, good amenities and has a balcony. Front gate could be easier to get into code doesn't always work and got towed once with my parking ticket visible so fix that. overall pretty good. people dont pick up dog poop

Fantastic community located just on the edge of uptown giving you the uptown lifestyle yet in a quiet neighborhood. Leasing office staff are always friendly and helpful and would recommend this community to anyone looking to move in the Charlotte area.

1225 South Church has been the easiest transition with moving to Charlotte. The staff, specially Nick Walton, went above and beyond to answer each question that we had. The prices were explained upfront with no confusion, and our move in process went extremely smoothly.

Generally the cheapest rent in the South End area. Unfortunately, that is for a reason. It seems like there is less cleaning by staff and messier residents compared to two other apartment complexes I've lived at. Haven't been able to use some amenities since they are being worked on. Construction going on is very loud. The fact that there was going to be construction outside my balcony for potentially months was not disclosed at lease inception.

I had a short stint at 1225 but I can honestly say it was amazing. The apartment was great, the location unbeatable, the neighborhood safe and friendly. The combination of a luxurious apartment near absolutely everything in Charlotte makes it the best place in Charlotte and, if I ever come back to the city, I will go back to 1225 again. The differential factor, however, was not the pool, or the gym, or any of the other fantastic amenities. It was the personal treatment by the leasing agents an, more specifically, Nick Walton. He was very helpful from day 1- giving me a tour of 1225, until even after the day I left. He was always one email, one text, one phone call, or one visit away. He takes personal interest in every resident, and goes way above his job description. I personally cannot believe he could have performed any better. I recommend 1225 to every Charlotte Resident, and I recommend Nick Walton to be your leasing agent.

The experience was very turnkey. Nick in the leasing office made it so easy and he was the best at making you feel welcome and also explaining all the details. Sometimes moving is stressful but this was very simple. I will say I wish there were better service elevator options for move in and more carts to help get stuff to your place.

Great place to live if you work in Uptown or just want to be close to EVERYTHING. The staff is friendly and the amenities are well managed. Parking is taken very seriously and the technicians are very responsive and eager to help in any way!

I love it here. Everyone has been super friendly. The location is great. I wish the pool was open year round and the business center had a printer. Parking can sometimes be an issues with all of the construction going on but they are doing a great job of making accommodations for us.

Clean , large, excellent location. Close to uptown and shopping- Southend has a lot of breweries and plces to eat. Can easily walk just about anywhere. Pools and gyms are great and convenient. I would highly recommend

Cool place to live as a young professional. The only thing is when I moved in it was not clean as I expected. My shower and toliet wasn't cleaned. The bathroom sink stopper doesn't work. After my third time using the washer it stopped working. The second bedroom wood and carpet were not glued together. Other than that whenever we put a service request for the dishwasher and leak in my ceiling they responded quickly.
