Location is ideal however the way the rate has increased considering the upkeep of the property it's just not worth it. My biggest issue is not having guaranteed parking. If it's past about 8pm on a weekday you will have to go street park. I get nervous walking home on those nights.

    So far, it has been great! Everyone is friendly and I love the location. I do sometimes feel the interior of the apartment isn't a updated as I would like for the price, but overall I don't have any real complaints.

      so far everyone in the building has been very nice. The staff has been professional and completed my service requests in the quick manner. The only area I see were there is improvement needed is the trash areas on the floor.

        The only good place about this apartment is the location. Everything else is terrible. The office doesn’t care to help you at all they just want you to leave them alone. The overall building is rough. The window on the 4th floor is broken held on by one screw. They have broken tiles in the phase 2 club house that have been broken for 4 months. The place is a flop house rented by college kids who treat it like a dump.

          The tour and receiving my keys were amazing but ever since then the lack of care for how upset I am over the condition of my unit is making me second guess signing my lease. I have communicated my frustrations several times and I just hope everything turns around.

            Great location near a lot of breweries, cool amenities like pools gyms and a club house, good price for rent, the apartment is big. However, the hall smells like trash, the walls and doors in the hall are really banged up in some spots, and some of the light fixtures have lost their covers. That aspect makes it feel a bit like a frat house or something. They just need to paint the halls more often and it would be a lot better in that regard. Honestly though, it's not bad at all, I'm very satisfied with the place overall.

              If you are looking for a homely community with a respectable, communicative office staff please turn the other way. Quickly. The only upside of this place are the maintenance guys and cleaning lady! She's amazing and they are polite and flexible. However the front office staff and the management are terrible. Be prepared for your rent to be upped every year with absolutely no perks. Much better communities in Charlotte.

                The move in experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The communication was good, except for the fact that they told me I could move in early and then said I wouldn't be able to the day before. My apartment also did not have a modem for the wifi so I had to go and get that as well.

                    It has been a relatively good value for the area. However, there are not enough parking spaces, the common areas and parking garage usually look dirty, and things aren't in great condition. Doors and walls have dings on them in the common areas and hallways and spots missing paint. As far as my particular apartment, I moved in and discovered a sagging cabinet that I was told cannot be repaired. My apartment also grows mold very easily (even in my dishwasher that I run frequently) and I'm on the top (4th) floor. Besides a good location for the price, the other positive is the great staff. Everyone is very nice in the office and on the maintenance team and the maintenance team is quick to repair things.

                      Overall not a bad experience in this community. Guest parking is hard to come by. There seems to be a large number of younger residents who like to stay up late and be on the louder side. But the front office and maintenance people are professional and friendly.

                        It's been up and down. The location is great but the cleanliness of the common areas has been terrible. They are always messy, dirty, and smelly. There is dog poop and pee and throw-up on the stairwells, garage and hallways. There are also issues with the outside door never being secure. They can be easily opened by anyone without a key. The rental managers are nice and helpful but cleanliness has definitely been an issue

                          This has been the easiest moving experience yet. I had several minor concerns that needed to be updated prior to the move. The complex handled them within 24 hours.                               My apartment looked nothing like the mode home in regards to the up keep of it. Mine looked old and needed upgrades that should of been done before I moved in. Cabinets are faded, paint chipped, and need to be replaced

                                Biggest studio apt in the area and the only one with an actual porch. Most have Juliet balconies but 1225 has a real porch. Also the maintenance staff are THE BEST. They're always polite and super helpful.

                                  overall pleasant. However, the leasing office is not helpful in regards to being flexible with maintenance requests. My dishwasher was broken for two months and I have to fill out three maintenance reports and visit the leasing office several times in order to fix the problem.

                                    The parking situation is horrible. The grounds are not kept up well and the residents are too loud. The office staff is not helpful. I called to complain about parking and the guy I spoke to just said there's nothing I can do to help you.

                                        Bugs in apartment and dog ---- in the hallway. its been filthy since I moved.l and the place has a musty chemical smell that my girl said "always smells like hairspray". Hvac and carpets in the hallway offer a unique aroma we can call "home"

                                            This apartment complex barely holds any social events, the hallways are always dirty, there is not enough parking for the amount of residents living there. They want you to park a mile away and walk, even if you are a single woman. Rent is high. Construction is loud.

                                                  Value was great at first but at the building gets older we pay more and there seems to be more problems. Safety continues to be an issue where anyone can get inside the building. Parking is a huge concern as well.
