Horrible customer service and horrible neighborhood. Cars get broken into weekly. Ceiling has been leaking for months and still no response. A/c unit doesn't work properly so they gave us a fan to sit on the floor.

The apartments here are very clean and the floor plans are great. This complex is so quiet I barely even know I'm living in an apartment. Staff is helpful and very friendly and has answered all questions that I have had. Great place for pets.

The plumbing system needs to be improved. There are lot of leakages i found. The outer place needs to be maintained cleanly. Staircase is never cleaned. I can see lot of dust in the building entrance and at stait cases.

This is an old community when compared to my previous one ( CG - Mallard Creek) but the service is very good so no issues. The only big concern is that we dont have a Car Wash here :( It would be very nice if we had one.

The leasing office is very helpful. The community is also clean and well maintained. I have encounters several maintenance issues that were fixed promptly. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends.

The guys in administration are very bad. The buildings are very dirty and they are never cleaned. Devices are easily and frequently broken. Maintenance cannot fix devices. However, the roads and environment of pool seem clean.

The apartment was not clean when I moved in. The carpet was not vacuumed, the cabinets were not wiped out, and their was visibly hair in the bath tub drain. The management is nice and I am overall happy though. I do not like how they make us pay for the cable.

In terms of security this community is not that good. Hearing traffic noise always in home. Location and other accessibility is good. Shopping, hospitals, school and offices are near by. Handling service request is not professional.

very quiet love the sq footage and upgrades as far as appliances and counter top decent amenities, I have not heard or seen a lot of loitering around the property packages that can not be left at the door are secure at office nice an friendly staff

This property is well-kept, quiet, and management-sensitive to the needs of tenants. The location is central to shopping centers, grocery stores, a YMCA,and quick access to uptown venues. It gives me great comfort to reside in this area.I feel safe here.

Too Many dogs leaving too much poop all over the place. Neighbors let their dogs bark at all times of the day and night. Overall the apartment complex is in a good location and close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice and comfortable apartments. The leasing team is very professional and always treat you with professionalism and kindness. The only bad thing is that my rent was increased by 17%! On my first year!

I really love living here! It's quiet and the staff is friendly. It's close to the malls and food places which is a huge plus. I Moved from a different state so once I got here and saw everything I was presently surprised!

not a good experience during move in. The patio was not cleaned and the front door lock was not working. Insects are coming inside through patio door. Despite several complaints except front door nothing has bee fixed.

It's ok so far. The only issue I have is the windows and the fact I can hear everything on earth in my bedrooms! It doesn't help with sleep which I have not been getting much of! But I love the layout

It's was great management is always responsive. However I wish they would update their living quarters. The bathrooms and kitchens are outdated. On a positive note grounds are well maintained. In fact we intend on staying with MAA properties until we purchase a home.

I enjoy living at Legacy Park. Issues get resolved very quickly, there is no reserved parking and the community is perfect for my needs. Great position right off WT Harris allows me to navigate between and play accordingly.
