Bri is super friendly and took care of all of our questions and concerns, so was so helpful!The complex is kept up we have not had any issues. The office has good communication and I feel the rate is good for the area with lots around it. Parking is great as well I always have a spot and I do it need to park far from my building.

The location is amazing. You can't ask for a more outstanding staff. CGLP is an excellent place to live. From the beautiful pool, to a great gym, and you can't forget the Theater that's on the premises for you & your family & friends. The landscaping and waterfall at the entrance welcomes you.

Not great. But its ok. There are few things to improve.cleaning common areas. Controling car parkings in community. Ppl drive too fast in above things are controlled it would be better place.

Nice staff and maintenance workers quite for the most part convient spacious and would recommend to others schools are close stores are close and interstates are near by neighbors stay to themselves don't care for community not picking up their pets poop

It's very nice and spacious the closet isn't that big bugs it's big enough, the living room and patio is huge, staff is very friendly a few things needed to be fixed but they have been on it for the most part.

Worst unsecure apartment... every weekend lots of guys [around 150] doing pool party .moreover staff members are very money minded and unprofessional. If you leave this apt after completion of lease they will charge you unexpected amount of fine. Stay away from this community.

Good place to live. The people in the office are very nice they will do all they can to make things work for you. And I like the way they keep the lawn clean and together. And the pool area is great just like you at the beach. Nice place to live with your family

My overall experience has been pretty good. Neighbor above me is very inconsiderate. Making complaints only seem to make things worse. The property team will try to fix the issues but nothing gets resolved.

Overall Good stay experience. Apartment should be upgraded after 2 years stay. Cabinets are not having enough space. Play area should be enhanced. Tennis court should be provided.Cleaning is also needed in common area passage.

It's good community. One plus point is if your are looking for STEM school then it's location is near by, CATS bus stop is very near to apartment; few per schools are also very near by. Food market is with in 1 miles rage.

It's okay at first the apartment had so many issues and it was a hard time getting them fixed but finally most of the issues have been resolved. I kind of gave up on asking for them to fix things in the apt.

Colonial Grand at Legacy Park is nice apartment. The builds are bit old but the location of apartment is very good , near to shopping, school and work ( IBM drive and University Research park) which helps a lot. The Floor plans are standard. The maintenance team is very responsive and does not let you feel that the community is old one. The residents could be more responsible in trash dispose and pet waste handling and that will make community more beautiful.

Except for my bike being stolen and car being broken into its been ok. Maintenance usually responds right away. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors singing. My upstairs neighbor likes to vacuum in the middle of the night
