My experience here has been pretty good. The neighborhood is nice and the amenities are as well. I like the layout of the apartment, especially the big patio! If you plan on moving here you definitely won't be disappointed.

Staff is helpful, maintenance team is professional, some things can be done better such as repainting the parking spaces and the last time the stair well was washed stains were left behind a better power wash would be useful

Everything has been great until the neighbor from Hell moved in with multiple vehicles with no respect for others. It's hell now! Office staff is aware and nothing at all is being done. Others no where to park some days.

We moved here from Missouri. Within the first month of being here there were issues with water damage, mold, and a faulty water heater which caused significant flooding in our hallway and one of our bedrooms. The water damage was due to a slow leak from an upstairs unit, so they had to put a hole in our bathroom ceiling, replace piping. The space for the water heater was completely rotted, the water heater was replaced twice. Because of all these issues we had no hot water for a few days. No offer of accommodation while various ppl were in and out of our home. It was as if we were moved into a unit that had not been properly prepared/inspected before moving someone in. We asked to be moved to another unit and to cover our cost for the move. They granted the new unit but refused to pay for the move because they felt they addressed the issues in a timely manner, completely missing the point of the complete inconvenience this caused us. We have two young children. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am not completely happy with my experience since I moved here. Non residents still park wherever they want. The rent is too high and nobody ever came to fix my countertop since last year. Overall not satisfied. I'm moving this year.

Not very military friendly. Not very renter friendly either. They don't allow any rental assistance apps (Flex) in case residents are in a bind. The rent goes up but the amenities stay the same. Honestly the location is prime, but it is an older community so more modern looking interior options will not be present here. The community is changing, but that's nothing the company can manage. It's just the times. They care a lot about the grounds keeping than anything else.

The experience of living here is unpleasant. Young children hang in the breezeways smoking weed at all times of day. There is always activities going on outside such as yelling, fights etc. Dog poop is everywhere.

Let me start by saying Rena Ellington totally sold md on this place. The ladies at the leasing office are fantastic. I have had some issues with maintenance requests being handled in a timely manor, due to staff turnover. But when handled, the requests, for the most part, have been handled to my satisfaction.

I love this community. I love the amenities. I like the keyless locks on the doors. It's extremely convenient. The management is extremely helpful and the maintenance team responds quickly to requests.

I applied to this community without looking at it in person. I lived in New York all my life and decided to move to North Carolina because it was my dream to relocate after retiring. I decided to move to MAA Legacy Park. My decision could not be better. Not only was the apartment to my liking with large rooms, but the location is excellent. I've been here for almost 8 months and I am enjoying every moment. My daughter is here too and it took her no time to get employment. Legacy Park is a clean community and we have a very nice staff. Just come, you will love it here..

At the beginning was good, people was different and was clean. Now it changed. It's dirty everywhere, people throw garbage at any place, pets poop and owners don't clean up. Smells weed everywhere. Garbage out of the breezeway. Looking forward to move out. And one of my cars was vandalized and of course I had to pay for everything.

I like it. The neighbors can get a little loud with music but for the most part quiet. I suggest getting a third floor apartment if you are noise sensitive. Pool has been open every summer I've been here so far. Wish they had a computer room where you could use a printer/scanner but they have a movie theater instead. They also do not have a car care center like another MAA a relative of mine lives.

My first week here there was a fatal shooting at the building across from me and nothing was sent out by the leasing office. There are roaches, the stairs creak, no fire extinguishers. There's trash in the staircases.

I had a great experience viewing the community so not surprisingly I also had a great move in experience. Sasha and Alita are super sweet, patient and answer all questions without any hassle. Someone is always there to answer the phones in office and there was a lot of effort in making sure the apartment was clean and ready for my move in! so far so good

I have only been in the community a day so far, so i feel it's a bit premature to give a fair review of the community so far but i will say it appears to be clean. Move in process was quick. Apartment overall was in pretty good condition outside of a few appliance issues
